• Jan (10/5): A reasonable place to stay - Perfect location, you get the middle town experience but totally silent night. Very modern and new equipment. We booked a room for 2 and got a room for 4 (living room was prepared with the Sofa - bed ) Kitchen fully equipped. Coffee machine etc.. Someone could complain about the online check-in experience but we actually we very happy about it. Maybe a little bit better communication about how to get into the parking lot (that is actually big for a suv with 3-bike tow-hitch bike rack without any problems ).

• Lorena (10/5): Insgesamt eine erholsame Nacht, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. - Einfaches einchecken, Personal sehr freundlich, gut Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Zimmer hatte genau richtige Größe, bequemes Bett, Lage für uns top, nah am Hauptbahnhof. Der Bach hat nachts beruhigend gerauscht Es war etwas staubig unter dem Bett und im Bad recht verkalkt, der Wasserhahn tropft und die Balkontüre ließ sich nur schwer öffnen, weil der Griff fast ausgebrochen ist.

• michele (9/5): - appartamento molto pulito spazioso e vicino al centro. con piccola cucina per un soggiorno breve e anche una piccola area esterna con giardino. il divano letto molto scomodo, da rivedere il check in poco pratico, se non c'era una persona al desk sarebbe stato difficile. forse conviene fare un video che spieghi come procedere anche per la stampa delle chiavi, o rendere tutto più semplice.

• William (9/5): Convenient and clean even though it's not next to the train station and old town. - It was clean, and quiet. Even though it is not near to the central train station, it is right next to a bus stop which has a bus that brings us to the central station in less than 10min, so that works just fine. Good value for the price we paid. Housekeeping could perhaps be improved. We asked for new towels but the housekeeping team may have overlooked. But the receptionist on duty sent new towels to us immediately when we asked, so that's great.
• Olivier (6/5): Intéressant mais un peu loin du centre. Arrivée et départ super facile. - Facilité d’accès soit tour digital soit quelqu’un disponible à la réception. Le parking sous l’établissement a un prix super démocratique. Dégât dans certains meubles, table perforée de plein de trous, ambiance globale un peu bizarre mais c’est black comme le nom de l’hôtel. La chambre mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Un peu loin du centre ville.

Das Sofa war zum schlafen nicht wirklich geeignet. Für ein Kind wahrscheinlich okay aber nicht für Erwachsene. Allgemein sehr eng im Apartment.

• DREVARD (5/5): Erreur sur le type de logement : 2 studios délivrés au lieux d’un appartement deluxe pour 4. - Les studios sont tres propres et bien equipés. Nous etions en Autriche pour passer un moment convivial en famille avec ma fille qui fait ses etudes à Innsbruck et maleureusement, au lieu d’avoir un appartement deluxe pour 4 personnes, nous avons eu 2 chambres separées dans un autre etablissement. A l’arrivée, on ne nous a pas expliqué cela. On nous a juste expliqué que nous n’etions pas au bon endroit. Nous nous sommes rendu à l’autre endroit indiqué et là, une seule chambre pour deux nous a été delivrée en self check-in par une machine. Apres avoir contacté la reception du 1er hotel, on nous a demandé de revenir au 1er emplacement.. et puis, alors que nous etions presque arrivé, on nous indique de retourner à l’autre etablissement et qu’on va nous delivrer une seconde chambre pour 2.. (tout ça a 23h00 le soir) Nous avons le lendemain demandé s’il etait possible d’avoir l’appartement pour 4 que nous avions initialement reservé mais il fallait deposer nos bagages à la reception en attendent de pouvoir acceder à l’appartement. Comme nous avions des rendez vous programmés, cela ne nous convenait pas et nous avons preferé rester avec les 2 chambres separées et ne pas gérer le transfert. Finalement, comme cela nous a ete presenté comme un surclassement, nous avons verifié sur booking le coût des 2 studios au lieu de l’appartement deluxe pour 4. Il s’est averé que les 2 studios coûtaient 66€ de moins que le grand appartement deluxe pour 4 ( 2x33€ pour 2 nuits). Nous avons demandé un geste commercial à la direction, ce qui nous a ete refusé sous pretexte qu’on nous avait proposé de changer de logement pour la deuxieme nuitée et que nous avions refusé. Je suis toujours tres satisfait de booking et suis tres fidele au site que j’utilise tres regulierement. Je m’en remet à votre jugement pour ma demande de dédommagement.

Kambarys nešvarus, mėtėsi šukės, plaukai, kavos aparate paliktos kapsulės, itin nešvarūs langai. Svetainėje stovinti sofa itin nepatogi. Įsiregistravimas per registratūrą ir gana sudėtingas, daug informacijos. Mokama automobilių aikštelė. Kambaryje nėra šluotos, negali apsitvarkyti, Jei gyveni ilgiau nei naktį, gana nepatogu.

• Olena (10/5): Great experience - We had a wonderful stay in this hotel in Innsbruck. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — good coffee, a small kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The location is great as well — about a 15–20 minute walk to the city center, which felt just right. Check-in was smooth and can be done contactlessly, although we chose to check in at the reception. The staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful. We booked a room with breakfast and I was a bit worried it might be too basic, but it turned out to be really good and tasty. Also, the receptionist kindly offered us extra coffee for the room, which was such a nice touch. Overall, it was a really great stay — we would definitely come back.
• Radisa Paunovic (10/5): Alles super toll . gerne wieder ;-) - Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und komfortabel. Die Küche bietet alles was braucht. Sogar Caffè und Tee war vorhanden. Ein kleiner Tisch wäre gut am Balkon und wenn die Matratze eine durchgehende ist ohne Spalt dazwischen.

• Björn (8/5): Ein komfortabler Zwischenstopp in Innsbruck - Moderne Einrichtung und Ausstattung An einem Fenster in Wohnbereich hat ein Vorhang gefehlt. Dadurch war es nacht sehr hell.
