• Allanah (6/5): Nice on the surface but could be alot better. - The apartment was a good size and in a convenient location for the tube. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had modern fixtures and fittings. There are shops and take aways very nearby and the apartment is fairly quiet despite being next to a tube line. To start with the key code given didn't work and when I called the phone number it just went to an answer phone. I was sent a new code via message fairly quickly but there was no apology for the inconvenience or stress. There were a number of issues with the apartment. The main reason for booking this apartment was for the bath as I was doing the London marathon. So it was incredibly disappointing to find that the hot water only got luke warm. There was barely any body wash left and when I complained the contact offered to send some over so we waited in and then they contacted me again hours later to say their system had gone down and hadn't sent it, at which point I gave up hope. The kitchen is poorly equipped a lot of basic things are missing. No cheese grater, cafetiere, tea towel, dishwasher tablets. Attention to detail regarding the cleaning wasn't great either. Crumbs everywhere in the kitchen, hair everywhere on the floors and in the bath and dirty carpet in the bedroom. The apartment itself feels very overlooked so would benefit from some net curtains. The bedroom curtains also let in alot of light.
• Mahsamoh (10/5): We had a delightful stay - Very clean and organized. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We loved our stay. The location is a bit far from the city center, however the public transportation will Make it easy to get anywhere.

• Francisco (8/5): no heating - nice new place, everything needed is there. a code was required to collect the keys, which wasn't very well explained or highlighted on the email, the code was on the email, but it was way at the bottom and away from the other collection onstructions, which caused a bit of confussion. the person at the collection shop was a bit of an ass and made it more difficult. We could never turn the heating on, i wished there was some instructions available. we tried everything, but we just couldn't turn it on.
• Jermaine (5/5): No reply back from property in regards to hot water and temperature which was very poor from these, as we only stayed fo - Good location for where we wanted to go. No hot water and was cold all night. The apartment did not look like the pics we booked.
