- Jessie (7/5): I would stay again. - Everything was spacious, owners are lovely, entering in the house is welcoming. Everything was tidy. I would stay again. No privacy curtains in kitchen/dinning area. Lots of communication in texting, was a little overwhelmed. It wasn’t very clear on property layout/look. It’s a house that is dived into four private rooms. I wasn’t aware that owners also lived on premises. The carpet on stairs are a trip hazard, it’s to stop the loudness on steps. Dryer would be convenient. Clothes rack is small and not in sun. I didn’t want to use face washes as they stated no makeup stains etc but they are white. The house is huge in a townhouse private location, hard to explain.
- Gerald (5/5): - The unit was tidy and clean ,the Shower rose was loose needs maintainence,the water pressure was not the best in all Taps . Their is an odour within the Wetroom/Shower area.Required new Linen / Towels for the length of Stay,no on site Parking . Shower Rose loose hanging .No cleaning Utensils/Cloths for Wiping down No Tea Towels for Dishes. Needed Brush and Pan to clean the Floors.

- lee (8/5): - The apartment is lovely, very clean and has a nice kitchen area there was nothing I could fault with the property. The check-in/ check out process was crazy! I have never experienced anything so unnecessary when checking in and if I had another choice of somewhere to go I would of cancelled but it was British lions week so had no option. In fairness to the host they were excellent in responding to all my queries.

- Jacqui (1/5): Would NOT recommend this stay to ANYONE! Host does not keep to her word. Parking is on the main road - The unit wasn't easy to find. We drove up and down the streetlooking for it. It was dusk when we arrived. I had put the expected time of arrival on my application. No lights were left on to assist us to find the accommodation. When we finally found it the front door was not easy to open with the keys given. We phoned the owner " Olivia Harris " several times but she was NOT very helpful. After a week there we asked for extra toilet paper and sheets to change the bed linen and were told to "feel free to purchase our own toilet paper" . Also we asked for extra sheets and towels and were told "someone" from housekeeping would drop some off to us. On return to the unit the next day we found a laundry bag in the garage, no note or text to say the linen was ours to use. On contacting "the owner" we were initially told we were speaking to her. Then the person who admitted she was "Olivia Harris" met my husband as he asked her would it be possible to have our accommodation cleaned. She assured him she would be back "later" to do so. We stayed in all day and it was not until 2300 that the same woman appeared and denied ever talking to my husband that morning.

- Wei (3/5): Poor - Decent size and comfortable Check in process was shocking. Keys were not in the locker as advised and the person in charge was not helpful and didn't even respond. Had to stay under the rain for over 15 mins searching for the keys ourselves.
