• Mariya (6/5): Needs improvements - The apartment was generally clean and looked well maintained despite the kitchen looked a bit old. The fridge was new, the rooms are spacy and the apartment is located very close to the city center. There was detergent powder provided for the laundry machine. We didn't liked the extremely soft mattress and pillows, but that's just our preference. It was cold and the heaters were not working while outside the temperatures were 10-15 degrees Celsius, inside it wasn't much warmer. The window in the living room cannot be properly closed. We had some stains on the duvet that looked like blood. There was no washing liquid provided nor capsules for the dishwasher. The dryer was dirty and a bit rusty as it was outside on the balcony. Its hard to find a free parking spot especially for a bit bigger car (combi/wagon). The apartment is located in an old building mainly occupied by non native people.

• Sarah (8/5): - Die Wohnung war schön und gut ausgestattet mit Utensilien (Besteck, Tassen, Gläser usw.). Alles hat sehr sauber ausgesehen. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist - glaube ich - kaputt und die Wände sind ein wenig dünn, aber da kann man nichts machen.

• Adnan (10/5): Nice place with good parking - Free parking around the building was a big plus (although it can get pretty crowded in the late hour). The location is quite good, you can get to the Hauptplatz in 10 minutes by foot. It was a bit colder though

• tomasz (10/5): - Duże, przestronne mieszkanie. Bardzo czysto. Kuchnia wyposażona w najpotrzebniejsze akcesoria. Około 20 minut pieszo do ścisłego starego miasta. Sklepy pod domem. Sprawne odebranie kluczy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Bardzo polecam mieszkanie. Materac w sypialni bardzo miękki. Mi to przeszkadzało. Miejsce parkingowe na placu osiedlowym nie numerowane. Przy dużej ilości aut może być czasami problem z zaparkowaniem. Mi się udało znaleźć ostatnie wolne miejsce.

• Gabriel (8/5): Buon appartamento in zona abbastanza vicina al centro - L'appartamento internamente è molto carino, e molto spazioso. La dotazione di cucina è abbastanza completa, c'è una lavatrice (ma non asciugatrice), una lavastoviglie, frigo + freezer, ecc. I letti erano comodi e la presenza di un divano letto nella stanza della TV dà ulteriore respiro a un locale ampio. Cucina, stanza da letto, disimpegno, bagno con WC e bagno con vasca, stanza TV, corridoio, sono i vani di questo appartamento ottimo per coppie e piccole famiglie di 3 (massimo 4, ma un po' stretti) persone. Il centro si raggiunge abbastanza rapidamente a piedi, dato che a circa 700m c'è Mariahilferstrasse. Il pannello LED della TV era rotto; inoltre non è una smart TV quindi l'unica opzione era il digitale terrestre austriaco, niente streaming. Inoltre il contesto in cui si trova l'appartamento non è splendido: si tratta di un vecchio palazzone di edilizia popolare, insomma un contesto non di particolare pregio, ma fortunatamente sembrava abbastanza tranquillo e non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi di rumore.
• Bronislaws (10/5): - Apartmán sa nachádza v bytovke s vlastným tichým dvorom a parkovaním, čo je veľkou výhodou. Od centra je vzdialený približne 10 - 15 minút chôdze. Čo sa týka vybavenia, je evidentné, že je nedávno kompletne zrekonštruovaný, zariadený niekým, kto ho považuje za domov a ten chce "ukázať" aj návšteve. Komunikácia s majiteľom prebiehala len elektronicky, ale úplne bez problémov. Za tú cenu je to neodolateľná ponuka. Tu nemám čo vytknúť, všetko bolo ako má byť. Citíli sme sa tam ako doma, v podstate nič nám nechýbalo, centrum blízko, obchody ešte bližie. Prekonalo to naše očakávanie, takže palec nahor a určite, keď by sme sa do Grazu opäť vrátili ubytovanie navštívme opäť.

Localizat central, foarte aproape de centrul vechi, de muzee și cetatea Graz. Proprietarul ne-a oferit tot sprijinul pentru a ajunge cu ușurință la locație. Nimic notabil.

• Antonljs (8/5): Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. - Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. 15 minute walk from the historic centre. Friendly and accommodating host. Free parking on site. Perhaps not the most salubrious part of town.

The apartment had everything we needed for both living and cooking, which made our stay very comfortable. The hosts were a friendly and kind family, always ready to help if needed. Highly recommended!
• Ladylunar (9/5): Superb - A very nice and cozy apartment in the center of the city. It has a big bedroom and bathroom. You can find anything you need in the kitchen and there is a balcony. The neighborhood could be a litlle bit loud.

Private parking is included (but it wasn't easy to find it, maybe a picture with the directions would be helpful). Some minor reparations e.g. the living room window might be necessary.

Location was perfect for getting to all the destinations you needed to enjoy Graz. Close to bus stops and very walkable. Close to fresh vegetables and grocery stores. Very quiet location. Loved the soft, nice decorating. Super kitchen with deck. Completely stocked with everything a person needed. Bed was very comfortable and bedding was pristine when we arrived. Had a pull out in the living room for watching TV and if you needed space for another person. Great washer machine and dishwasher, all detergent included. Was on the second floor and also had an elevator which was fantastic. Lots of space for clothing and to hang up clothes. I would definitely choose this place again. Also the host was very accommodating. Had a hair blower that failed but brought a new one immediately. Thank you for our lovely stay We loved everything! Thank you!

Also a big plus is the short walking distance to the historical part of Graz. I would recommend the apartment for young couples without small children. The house itself and the area around in our opinion was sketchy!

• Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely nothing to complain about. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is good, just one or two tram stops from the center. Two big grocery stores nearby. There is parking available. The owner is kind and communicative.

Parking was in the private area of the building. The host was very helpful and also facilitated our check in/out. It was a bit tricky to get around the parking place especially with a large car (but still manageable).
