• jonathan (5/5): - Great location. It was advertised as having a lift. The lift has been out of order for months apparently. Three flights of stairs for my disabled wife wasn't good. We had a number of issues when we arrived, the front door had been punched through, the bedroom window frame was hanging off, the headboard of the bed fell off and the TV didn't work. In fairness the guy that showed us in came back and repaired the main room problems.

O acesso à acomodação é uma prova de resistência: ficamos alojados no quinto andar do edifício e enfrentamos 63 degraus de escadas até alcançar o elevador do segundo andar que nos levou ao apartamento. Definitivamente o espaço não é indicado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida nem para acomodar 2 casais. Uma dica: se quiser degustar um vinho na acomodação, compre suas taças porque lá não tem.
• Kieran (7/5): Perfect Location, few small tweaks would make the world of difference! - The location is perfect. Round the corner from South Kensington tube station and only a short walk from all sorts including Harrods, Royal Albert Hall, several museums, and lots of places to eat. Very good price relative to some other places in the area. The kitchenette with a fridge, wine glasses, plates, pans, cutlery etc is well equipped. The host was very kind and friendly and offered his services if we needed anything. Our apartment was on the back of the building so didn't have a problem with noise that others have mentioned. While the place is decorated to quite a high standard, function seems to be an after thought. The only plug sockets anywhere in the room were in the kitchenette or in the corner with the air con unit, nothing near the bed and nothing near any mirrors for hair straightening for example. The mirror at the dressing table is too high to sit down and apply make up. There's no bed side light switches or lamps, so when you turn the lights off at the door you have to blindly find your way to the bed. As other reviews have mentioned, this is not an accessible apartment. You have to go up 3.5 flights of stairs, then a tiny lift, then up and down some other steps. When exiting the building, when you get out the lift, narrow stairs start immediately at the lift threshold with no banister for the first 3 steps so could easily fall. Not necessarily a problem but anyone booking should know about it. Couple of other little niggles but not deal breakers. There is no live TV such as ITV or BBC for example, just a load of online channels streaming reruns of old episodes of many different shows. The air con unit had a European plug with no adaptor. The bed and furniture did have a few marks on but was mostly clean. The apartment door creaked all night even when it was locked and not moving. Ironing board with no cover so you end up with loads of tiny diamonds imprinted in your clothes. The area just before you get to the lift could do with a bit of a tidy/hoover. We really enjoyed our stay, the ideal location far outweighs any problem we encountered in our stay, and I'm sure if we had contacted the hosts they would have resolved what they could there and then.

Hyvä viikon ajaksi maksimissaan neljälle. - Sain helposti yhteyden viestillä ja puhelimella soittamalla Keittiön varustelu ei vastannut odotuksiani. Ruoanvalmistusvälineitä oli heikonlaisesti ja kahvinkeitintä ei ollut. Lisäksi puuttui siivousvälineitä, että olisi itse voinut viikon oleskelun aikana hieman siivota itse huoneistoa. Keittiöpyyhettä ei ollut eikä uunikintaita. Hieman paremmat koneiden käyttöohjeet voisi myös olla. WC-paperia piti pyytää lisää. Huone oli aika meluisa, kun kadulta kantautui ääniä vaikka huoneistoon oli asennettu tuplaikkunat. Korvatulpat piti olla.. Huoneisto oli siisti päällisin puolin. Sijainti hyvä, koska pääsi metrolle ja linja-autopysäkille ihan vierestä ja museoita kadun toisella puolella sekä muita nähtävyyksiä oli ihan kävelymatkan päässä.

Main bed very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Large shower. Broken internal window in main bedroom - affected noise control from main road + temperature control. No broom/vacuum to maintain floor cleanliness. No tea towel provided.

Difficile de trouver le sommeil dans ces conditions. Les 6 paliers à monter... 🥴 Après une journée de marche dans Londres, ils finissent par vous achever.

• fa111a5d5e1d7253495d530c6859052c (8/5): - Great location and cosy apartment. It is ideal for a couple but we also had a pretty comfortable stay as a family of four. Even though there was no central heating, the heating units provided could heat the apartment really quick and there was always hot water available. There was noise from the street throughout the night which takes some getting used to. Also, even though we had booked the apartment for 4 people, the sofa-bed was not made when we arrived and we needed to make it ourselves. The main bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed not as much.

A placa do fogão estava partida no canto e a porta da casa de banho estava perra e sem o puxador- tirando isto estava tudo impecável. À noite ouvia-se a música alta de um bar que se encontra na cave - mas também isso era suportável.

Brn dotata per la cucina. Letti non proprio comodissimi. Ma comunque sufficienza più che guadagnata. Alcune finestre interne erano danneggiate, ma comunque l'alloggio va oltre la sufficienza. Ci vorrebbe solo più trasparenza sulle foto dell'appartamento che effettivamente ti viene assegnato. Le foto dell'annuncio raffigurano tutti gli appartamenti dell'hotel.
• Mamaheja (9/5): - Iziuzetno dobar položaj pokraj stanice metroa. U blizini svi potrebni sadržaji: restorani, dućani... Imali smo problem s wi-fi vezom. Radila je možda 50% vremena. Pokazivalo je povezanost s mrežom, ali bez pristupa internetu. Domaćin je obaviješten i istog trena je odreagirao i pokušao riješiti problem, ali nažalost nije uspio...Možda je do operatera. Ulica ispred apartmana je jako velika i prometna pa je bučno.

• Philip (4/5): Fine for a night - The location was perfect. We requested a cot which was approved but was not bought to the property until the evening and required multiple reminders. The kitchen was poorly equipped if we were staying more than one night and had wanted to cook this would have been an issue. The tap also was a bit janky. Lots of noise from people elsewhere in the building.

The elevator wasn't working and the stairs were a bit narrow so not the easiest way to get in and out the appartement yet for the location and the price it worth it.

• sonia (1/5): Lamentable, inseguro y mal servicio mantenimiento - Ubicación La inseguridad de la puerta de la habitación, sin poder echar llave, hacia ruido constante y de una simple patada podías abrirla por la olgura, el trato grosero del " mantenimiento", que nos dijo que solucionásemos nosotros el problema y que el vivía en una zona peor... además el portal del edificio está siempre abierto con una cuña porque desde ahí se accede a un bar, por lo que cualquiera puede subir, y NO hay vigilante como dicen. Tampoco iba el ascensor y nos dieron un cuarto piso (eso no se dice en Booking), el trato por mensajería por sms muy rápido, pero el chico de mantenimiento nos trató grosera y chulescamente, preferimos evitar problemas y decidimos poner una mesa detrás de la puerta para dormir algo mejor, pues NO nos sentíamos nada seguros, también faltó una simple escoba.

• Kristi (8/5): Tuba on väike, kuid armas ja väga hea asukohaga. Lühikeseks linnapuhkuseks sobiv peatumispaik. - Asukoht oli suurepärane, väga mugav vastas asuvate muuseumite külastamiseks. Tuba oli armas, hubane ja tundus, et hiljuti remonditud. Toa temperatuur oli parajalt soe ja olemiseks mõnus. Köögis esmavajalikud vahendid olemas (kuigi nõuderätik oleks olnud tore). Sobib hästi maksimaalselt kolmele inimesele. Tuba asub korrusel, kuhu liftiga ei pääse – sinna viib kitsas trepp. Seda on hea ette teada, eriti suure pagasiga reisijatel. Televiiisoris ei olnud kanaleid saadaval ning kahjuks ei töötanud ka ahi. Samuti on ukse konstruktsioon üsna õhuke, mistõttu kostab koridorist heli tuppa.
• Laura (8/5): Functional and great location - Really close to The Royal Albert Hall, which is what we required. But even closer to the museums! Great location in the Kensington area. Not far from the tube stations either. Bed was comfy. As was the sofa bed I'm told! The stairs and areas leading to the apartment aren't very pleasant. Assume there is work being carried out, but there was rubbish everywhere and smelt very damp and the smell of cigarettes was strong. Room was ok. Also, we faced the main Cromwell Road, which remains pretty busy all night, so if you don't sleep well with noise, you might want to take earplugs.
• Natasha (2/5): Good location, but comfort, transparency and safety were lacking, I would never stay here again. - The location is convenient The windows do not open, so there is no access to fresh air. A portable AC unit was provided, but it was extremely loud and blew warm air back into the flat, making it uncomfortable. Access to the unit is very poorly explained and far from straightforward. You are required to enter through a restaurant/lounge, go up three flights of stairs, then enter a flight before crossing over to reach the apartment, which is not made clear beforehand. As a young woman travelling alone, this felt uncomfortable and not particularly safe. The property also looks considerably smaller than the photos suggest. When I was leaving, I was told someone would assist me with my luggage down the steep stairs, but no one came, and I had to carry my bags down alone.

Opposite the museums, fantastic views of the science museum at night. Surprisingly quiet road even though it's a main road. Great facilities, good size shower, hairdryer, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker and even a washing machine. Large sofa bed which was very comfortable. Amazing communication from start to finish with them. Easy handover. Works was being done while we were there on other flats but never started early or finished late so no disturbance and everyone was very friendly saying good morning. Actually made it feel abit more safe. Highly recommend already planning a future trip to London and hoping to come back to this apartment. Amazing value for money. Beats a hotel due to size of room, facilities available, location and even price. Thanks
• Melissa (7/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - would definitely stay again when visiting London. - Convenient location, clean and tidy and comfortable beds. Small snags- not enough glasses and mugs for 4 people and no tea-towel. Wardrobe did not slide properly. And the hairdryer is not good quality. Ongoing renovations to the wider building detracted from the overall look and feel of the accommodation. But all of what I mentioned can be resolved easily and over time.

• Hannieh (3/5): Die schönen Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Die Wohnung war zu klein für vier erwachsene Personen. Die Ausstattun - Die Lage ist top, aber das war eine Falle! Die Heizung funktionierte im Dezember nicht. Das Fenster war undicht, wodurch wir wegen Kälte und der Musik im Erdgeschoss nicht schlafen konnten. Für vier Personen standen lediglich ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa zur Verfügung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte aus unserer Sicht nicht!
• tania (5/5): Interesting experience - The location next to the museums was awesome. The host was very helpful. The extractor fan just went into the cupboard above (not outside), the washing machine didn't work, the bathroom door lock was on the outside, taps plumbed the wrong way round and not enough cups/glasses for 4 people. No spare bedding, pillows etc. We think the bottom two floors were used for a brothel, which was not appropriate for a family. Ladies stood constantly outside, men waiting in the 'waiting room'. Even if it wasn't a brothel it felt like it, which was uncomfortable.

Logement bien équipé, conforme à la description, très fonctionnel. Accueil flexible, rapide et chaleureux. Beaucoup de musique le soir jusque minuit. C’était un samedi soir et un dimanche soir. Prévoyez des boules quies si vous voulez vous coucher tôt.

• Kristopher (3/5): Too many problems, and definitely not a place to stay in the middle of summer if you’re sensitive to heat. - The location was steps from an underground station. It was also conveniently located near a few museums and lots of restaurants. Having a full sized fridge and freezer was nice for keeping drinks cool and saving leftovers from several meals. To get to our flat on the top floor took 3 flights of stairs and two lifts. There were two portable air conditioning units in the flat, but they couldn’t keep us cool. One of the units was exhausting hot air right back into the apartment when we first arrived and required a maintenance call. The bathroom door also managed to lock itself behind us after one use requiring another maintenance call in the middle of the day that took 4 hours to resolve and resulted in our inability to go on a planned excursion for that day. There were hairs all over the bathroom that didn’t belong to us. The cable and water also had problems throughout the day. We ended up leaving for a hotel by the 4th day of our stay and checked out early despite having paid for a full week.
• Humza (7/5): - Loved staying here — the location was unbeatable! Right near everything: shops, restaurants, the Tube, and the natural history museum is across the road! Super easy to get around. Perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment had all the main amenities you’d need for a couple or small family. Only issue was the cleaning — it was a bit dusty in places. Otherwise, a comfortable and convenient stay.
• Laura (1/5): Scam - had to leave this apartment within the first hour of check-in due to a severe allergic reaction. Something in the property triggered a rash all over my body, face, and neck, making it unsafe for me to stay. I contacted the host immediately, shared photos of my condition, and explained the urgency, but they refused to cancel or refund me. Instead, they kept repeating that the request was “under review by management” before ultimately declining to help. This was not a matter of comfort or preference — it was a medical emergency. I had to move to a different accommodation the same night at my own expense. I cannot recommend this property given both the health risk I experienced and the lack of support or accountability from management.

• Valerie (7/5): Lovely room in excellent location but access a problem - The location was excellent - room was lovely (although slightly unfinished) Access on arrival was difficult as it was via the restaurant which was not open Also the room was on the 5th floor - part served by lifts and part by stairs - being slightly disabled this caused a bit of a problem - On the morning of leaving there was a fire alarm which deactivated the lift so I had to crawl down 5 flights of stairs - stairs were quite dark and the carpet needs cleaning !!

• karen (5/5): - The location was excellent and the apartment was easy to find. The bathroom was lovely & the shower had plenty of hot water. The heating was not working properly. The bathroom towel rail was warm but the heaters in the living room and bedroom were not working. There was a small electric heater that we turned on in the bedroom but this was totally inadequate to heat the apartment We did stay on one of the coldest weeks in December so having very minimal heating made the stay unpleasant.

• jian (1/5): Serious Hygiene and Comfort Issues - Upon check-in, the apartment was far below acceptable standards of hygiene, comfort, and basic facilities. Key issues included: Unhygienic conditions: dirty dishwashing sponge with hair, no cleaning cloths or broom, and a dirty floor. Bedding not properly cleaned. No air conditioning, making the stay very uncomfortable. Elevator does not reach the apartment floor, requiring guests to carry luggage via stairs. Poorly sealed windows, causing drafts. Excessive external noise affecting rest. Television only worked via my personal Netflix account; no standard or satellite channels were available as advertised. I immediately contacted the host to report these issues and requested a full refund, but the apartment was clearly not as described on Booking.com. I moved to alternative accommodation due to the uninhabitable conditions. The host falsely claimed a refund had been issued; in reality, only a Booking.com credit was offered, which was later denied. I have photographic evidence and WhatsApp communications to support these claims. This matter has been reported to UK Trading Standards and Booking.com’s headquarters in the Netherlands. This listing should not appear on Booking.com, as it constitutes misrepresentation and fraudulent advertisement, putting consumers at risk. Immediate action is needed to remove it and prevent future occurrences

• Silvia (8/5): Vicina alla via dei musei e alla metro - Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e proprio davanti alla Natural e History Museum. Piccola ma accogliente. Non c'erano utensili per pulire: ad esempio per spazzare mancava la scopa, non c'era un asciughino per asciugare le stoviglie.... Inoltre il forno era staccato, quindi inutilizzabile.

It was clean and, for London standards, the shower area was pleasantly spacious. We were also very happy to find a bidet spray in the toilet, which was a nice and unexpected touch. The flat is a bit tired, and the steps leading to the lift may not be suitable for everyone, although it was manageable once we handled the suitcases. The sofa upholstery in the living room is quite old, and the front panels of the drawers are removed, which makes the apartment feel somewhat worn. However, for guests who won’t spend much time in the flat, it is sufficient. However, there were no hangers inside the wardrobes, and with a few small renovation the apartment could be made even better. .
• Samuel (6/5): Good Overall, I would work on the towel thing a bit more, but its a great area especially if you want to use the undergr - Good Facilities and Clean Very Small, it said it could fit 4 people but there is only a double bed and a small sofa bed, luckily we were 3 people so for us it was fine. Towels had an unpleasant mould odor. I found it a bit overpriced.

Wat erg tegenviel, was dat er elke avond een zeer luide nachtclub actief was, zonder dat dit vooraf bij de boeking werd vermeld. Het geluid was zo hard dat het je echt wakker hield. Daarnaast waren de bedden oncomfortabel en vies, waardoor er nergens een fijne plek was om goed uit te rusten. De badkamer en keuken waren wel schoon, maar het verblijf bood overall weinig comfort.
• alyson (5/5): - Location is fantastic, across the road from The Natural History Museum and 5 mins from Harrods. Room is fairly small but ok if it is just being used to sleep in. There is a bar in the basement of the block that plays very loud music until 2:30am making it impossible to sleep.

• Cook (1/5): Don't go ! - Area Hi I am not happy with the property we stayed in on 3 cromwell road last night , we requested a crib and wasn't provided with one , the bathroom door had no lock or door handle, shower handle missing , draw handle broken, fan was broken and unsafe plug near window only one works and other sparks as you plug anything into it, floor boards squeeky , generally dirty and needs alot of updating for the price of one night. The toilet has a rank smell coming from it and All we heard all night was the extraction fans outside the window I am complaining but property doesn't seem to care
• Alicia (7/5): Excellent location for us. There were two of us , but could accommodate 4 yet cutlery & glassware were not sufficien - Location is excellent for Royal Albert Hall. Very close to underground. Good local cafes, bars & restaurants. Felt safe Despite keeping good communication about arrival time we had to wait 25 minutes after official checking in time. Directions & suitable transportation requested prior to arrival were not as accurate as they should have been- a short bus journey was assumed necessary when it wasn’t which resulted in us going to the next underground stop & taking a walk. A street name was mentioned which was not close by. Found Google Map more helpful. It should be said in the location that the apartments are above the Boca Cafe & Bar. When we arrived & had to wait around we thought we were in the wrong place.

• Martin (9/5): Super poměr cena/kvalita - lokalita TOP Great price/quality ratio. TOP location - Absolutely luxurious location of this accommodation. Very close to the tube, a few minutes walk to the park, good position for travelling around London. The location felt very safe. Our room was spacious enough for 4 people, beautiful bathroom, hot water, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Quite a nice view from the window. Lots of cafes nearby where you could have breakfast and typical English pubs. You have to climb a few stairs in the hotel and they also have an elevator to the upper floors. No noise from the downstairs bar disturbed us. We were there in the fall, it was quite dry outside and the room was pleasantly warm. The room was very clean. I hope that based on this review it will not increase in price now 😁 Great value for money! Naprosto luxusní poloha tohoto ubytování. Velmi blízko na metro, pár minut pěšky směr park, dobrá pozice pro cestování po Londýně. Lokalita působila velmi bezpečně. Náš pokoj byl i pro 4 osoby dostatečně prostorný, krásná koupelna, teplá voda, pohodlná postel i rozkládací pohovka. Celkem hezký výhled z okna. Poblíž spousta kaváren, kde se dalo posnídat a typických anglických hospod. V hotelu je potřeba vyjít pár schodů a mají i výtah do vyších pater. Žádný hluk ze spodního baru nás nerušil. Byli jsme na podzim, venku celjem sychravo a v pokoji bylo příjemně teplo. Pokoj byl velmi čistý. Doufám, že na základě tohoto hodnecení nyní nezdraží 😁 Poměr cena/kvalita super! The air conditioning pipe would like to be replaced and I would recommend making a cutout in the window so that it doesn't have to be pushed into the partially open window. I'll fix the door for you next time I visit 🤣. That's the only thing that doesn't correspond to the very nice and comfortable accommodation. Trubku od klimatizace by chtělo vyměnit a doporučil bych udělat výřez do okna, aby se to nemuselo tlačit do částečně otevřeného okna. Při příští návštěvě vám opravím dveře 🤣. Ty jediné nekorespondují s velmi pěkným a pohodlným ubytováním.

Apartamenty mniejsze niż na zdjęciach, to nie przes,kadza ale wprowadza w błąd. Nie działały grzejniki pod oknami. Grzaliśmy sie za pomocą grzejnika łazienkowego odkręconego na maksa jak i jednego elektrycznego panelowego. Zanim sie nagrzało było zimno. Później już oki. Pełno różnego rodzaju grzejników, wentylatorów w pokoju. Nie wiadomo co działa a co nie I robi to niepotrzebne zamieszanie. Nie działał nam telewizor (nie mieliśmy potrzeby oglądać, ale gdyby ktos miał to pewnie duży problem) . Nie otrzymaliśmy prześcieradła na sofę (dopiero kolejnego dnia) .W Apartamencie naszych swpóltowazyszy w sobotę było strasznie głośno. W piatek także ,ale sobota była najgorsza. Trzeba sie mocno zmęczyć zwiedzaniem zeby zasnąć. Nam sie udało. Klucze do drzwi trzeba mieć cały czas przy sobie bo jak sie zamknie drzwi z drugiej strony to już sie ich nie otworzy.

Se fosse possibile mettere zero stelle lo farei di certo Oltre l’enorme danno, economico e morale che questa struttura ci ha fatto vivere, ci ha prese in giro promettendoci aiuto giorno dopo giorno, inventando scuse da persone diverse ogni giorno, per poi negarci il rimborso, ne totale, ne parziale Sono arrivata prima delle mie amiche che pernottavano con me, ho dovuto attendere 30 min al freddo chiamando ripetutamente, nonostante gli avessi avvisati prima, perché non capivo dove fosse l’entrata E sapete perché ? Perché era la stessa di un night club, indovinate a cosa servono le camere sopra? Abbiamo vissuto un incubo, l’ambiente rumoroso (musica fino all’una di notte fortissima) e presenza di prostituite per le scale, palese. All’interno, porta che non si chiudeva bene con uno spiffero di diversi cm dal quale entrava il gelo Termosifone rotto e acqua calda assente Immaginatevi che dopo un viaggio al gelo volevamo solo una doccia calda e un letto accogliente, immaginatevi che dovevamo dividerci una stanza in 4 due sul letto (con peli e macchie) due in un divano letto da una piazza e mezza pieno di macchie di sperma e altro, ci faceva schifo metterci sopra Per cui abbiamo “dormito” in un letto in 4 Avevamo dei programmi per la nostra vacanza che sono stati rovinati perché la metà del giorno dopo lo abbiamo passato cercando un posto che ci potesse ospitare all’ultimo a spese nostre. Lavandino del bagno intasato e con pezzi di sporcizia di altre persone che galleggiavano. Esperienza NEGATIVA, non mi è mai capitato in tutta la vita Ma sopratutto sapere cosa stai “offrendo” e non sentirti neanche un po’ in colpa per aver rubato dei soldi, but karma exist Truffare le persone così e proporre delle condizioni igieniche sanitarie peggiori di un ostello Lo trovo assurdo Se avete bambini poi, alla larga ❌❌❌❌❌ NON PRENOTATE mai!!!!! • AHMER (4/5): Nightmare getting into, a dream once entered. - Location and appearance of room was excellent and clean. Spacious for London. Good amenities eg hairdryer fan shower gel and kitchen was very functional, view from window was nice of South kensington. Bed was very comfortable. It was nice and warm considering how cold it was outside. Ac and fan available for summer. The lift situation was awful, the second lift is a huge safety hazard with the door opening in a different direction with a set of steep stairs going down. The stair case and corridors made me feel uneasy with my baby as it looked like a brothel. Really difficult with suitcases and a pram getting to and fro the room. There was no hot water in the room all days so could not shower my baby. No plugs by the bed head side
