• Emma (10/5): Unreal spot! - Amazing location. Super comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen and laundry for a longer stay. Nick the manager was fantastic on comms and was able to provide us with an early check in/late check out.

• burak (10/5): 11/10 - The house is perched right above the ocean, arguably in the best possible location between Bondi and Coogee Beach. The angle of the natural light and the positioning of the house are perhaps the finest you can find. It simply doesn't get any better than this. Don't pay any mind to those claiming the house needs renovation. Any home sitting directly over the ocean weathers quickly; that’s just nature. Please ignore the critics and just enjoy the life and the view that a multi million dollar home. It is impossible for an owner to renovate every three months. The house sits on a hill, right at the ocean's edge. Personally, I wasn't bothered by a single thing. It’s a mistake to compare a coastal home like this to a standard city apartment. Focus on the endless ocean, not a 2 mm bubble on the wall. I am deeply grateful to the host for opening their home to me. I had the chance to experience a priceless property at a very reasonable price. Thank you.

• Krystyna (7/5): Enjoyed the location - The location was great, easy walk too Bondi & Brontë Lovely views Disappointed with the outside area, as rather unkempt!! Sofa needed a clean! The bathroom was very poorly fitted with a very old & dirty bath. Needed a good upgrade as not as described.

• Liam (10/5): Incredible views in a comfortable and conveniently located apartment. - Amazing views and convenient location. Everything we needed to as there a the host was incredibly accomodation and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our weekend visit to Bondi Beach.

• Jimbo (3/5): Nice view but couldn't enjoy it due to the loud party next door and condition of the bathroom. - The view is very nice - fantastic really. The front room is very nice and the TV is large however the wifi was intermittent so we could not get a picture. The location is very good with easy access to the coastal walk and a 10-15' walk to the nearby beaches. There was a bbq and outdoor furniture. The kitchen and everything in it was very nice. The owner was nice and very easy to get ahold of...he allowed us a late check out time. The bathroom is in need of a deep scrub and repairs (toilet seat and sink faucet very loose.). Bathtub and tile grout had mold and there was what looked to be a patch in the bathtub. The bathroom floor's tile grout needed cleaning - and no mat to stand on. No hand towels or washcloths. Window jambs in bathroom and bedroom need a wipe down. We spent two nights here - arriving at about 7 pm our first night. The boys next door played loud music until 10 pm which was not bad; however, the following day, a production company arrived next door in the morning and started setting up for a pre-Mardi Gras party. Very nice young men who quickly informed us that the party was going to end at 8 pm. The speakers they brought in were very large. A platform was built in the backyard with speakers and DJ's turntable equipment assembled on top - very professional - something you see at a club. We were not able to spend much time in the apartment that day because the music was soooo loud. Wall to wall people - all very nice; however, it was room shaking. Every time we walked on our back porch or in the glassed-in back room - we were very nicely requested to join the party. The security guards on hand were very professional and kept the young adults in line; however, it was all a bit disappointing in not being able to enjoy the apartment - especially for the amount of money we paid to stay there.
• Metcalfe (10/5): Incredible location and views. - The view. Insane. Incredible location close to all the beaches. Nick sent someone to clean the windows after a storm. So nice. Could use a bit of updating but not much.
• Caroline (10/5): Amazing apartment - Amazing apartment. Loved the location, in a quiet residential area, but within easy reach of everything I needed at Bondi Beach or Bondi Road. Loads of nice places to eat, great shops, yoga studios etc. And, of course, the view! Such a treat to sit and watch the surfers and use the coastal path to head to places up and down the coast. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great to have a cool bag and ice blocks to take to the beach. Nice to have good quality tea and toiletries, thank you. Everything was so great, my only wish would have been for a bedside lamp (the rechargable one doesn't seem to be working).

• Trang (10/5): It is probably the best beach stay with best view and gorgeous spacious room proportion - Everything! Location is a multimillion dollar location and truly stunning. Spacious, beautiful and extremely comfortable. The rocky beach nearby offers a great swim. The Bronte to Bondi walk is right in front of the place and offers stunning views of rock formations, sculptures along the way to Bondi. Heavenly place.

Apartment was neat and clean with everything you need. terrific walks and places to visit. A really good vibe! Host Nick was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Apartment needs some minor maintenance done. Bathroom could be renovated but not a deal breaker.

• Jitisha (10/5): Excellent . - The property is located on the Bondi walk which was great. It has direct access to the walk and the beach front is 7min walk. Nick is a fantastic host. Made sure we had everything we needed with very clear instructions. The apartment is in the best location with walking distance to lovely coffee place M cafe and restuarants on Bondi walk. Nick was so great and he complied a list of attractions and restuarants. He replied to all my messages straight away The only thing I would say is that the room and bathroom needs updated. Bed needs replacing. The living room is very modern and you can have an excellent view

The most sensational view and wonderful host. - The property is modern, clean and comfortable with the most sensational views. Home scent products and hand-washes were all locally sourced from Bondi and surrounds. The apartment is well appointed, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils making cooking super easy. A drying rack would be nice

• Jec (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazingly on the ocean with a great view. It's a short walk to Bondi with plenty of things to do around. The apartment itself had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay in both the lounge and kitchen areas. The owner was so considerate in giving us another night due to poor weather so that we could experience the real sunny Bondi weather. All around amazing. Due to weather you could hear the powerful winds against the building, but I had earplugs and eye mask anyway. An extra blanket would've been nice just coz the night got a little chilly, good thing I brought an oodie. Be careful walking towards the front door of the unit, might trip.

Love all the electric bikes around to get home on. Great weather. We didn’t cook but you could with full facilities and tv with streaming services. Comfortable bed. Great host. Leave windows open all night and hear the waves rolling in. The apartment is a bit old and bathroom could do with an upgrade.
• Jessica (10/5): PERFECT VACAY SPOT - Honestly I loved this stay! The location was AMAZING! It was right in front of the beach and the Bondi shops! So whether you needed to grab a coffee, go for a swim or make your way along the costal walk - it was perfect for it all! I stayed here for 3 night and Miss it already!! The host was super accomodating whenever we needed anything and would reply at the touch of a button!
