- Phil (10/5): Bel appartement idéalement placé - Emplacement idéal, bel appartement lumineux avec de belles vues. Petite terrasse appréciée pour le café du matin. Silencieux, (excepté les sirènes régulières et inévitables compte tenu de l'emplacement face au palais de justice, ce qui ne nous a pas gêné). Électroménager complet et fonctionnel. Possibilité garage (payant mais très utile) . Ascenseur petit mais tellement pratique. RAS excepté petit problème technique (douche).

- Nicolaas (9/5): This was the perfect location for our weekend with old study friends. - The apartment is easily accessible by tram, especially convenient if you're coming from the park and ride facilities. The common area is spacious, providing a comfortable setting to relax and socialize. The shower is roomy and clean, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the balcony is nice wonderful touch. The people who slept in the living room mentioned that the noisy traffic (police cars with sirens and street racers) on the busy road caused them to wake up multiple times during the night.
