Very nice touch to have breakfast provided with ceral, toast , yoghurt and fresh fruit. Rachel was great at making sure my stay was comfortable and food requirements / options with bread and milk etc for breakfast were suited to my needs.

• David (10/5): - Greg and Rachel were lovely hosts, ensured everything was in order and I wanted for nothing. The accommodation is located in a beautiful and very quiet section of the suburb. Checking in was a breeze, Rachel was very clear on instructions to access the room. Breakfasts and condiments were plentiful, the bedroom and ensuite were immaculate and extremely well appointed. There was also a lovely shaded and private patio area accessed from the bedroom. Washing machine and dryer were also available at any time and at no cost. It was a 15 minute walk to Royal Melbourne for the Australian Open Golf, 10 minute walk to Westfield Southland ( huge shopping Centre), and a bus stop about 200m from the accommodation. In short, this stay was a gem in leafy suburban Melbourne, I would recommend it to anybody wanting a solo or romantic couples retreat, or to use it as a base for exploring in the area. 10 out of 10, and thank you again for ensuring a lovely stay. I could not fault a thing.....

• Margaret (10/5): A very impressive and comfortable stay at a good price. - It was delightfully furnished and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the Southland Westfield. We enjoyed the breakfast provided immensely. Our hosts were helpful in every way. It would have helped to have reading lights on both sides of the bed. Some washing up detergent would be useful.
• Michaela (10/5): Great value homestay with private en-suite facilities, super clean, with all amenities could wish for. - Visiting daughter who lives in Cheltenham so it was super convenient for us location wise. Had everything we could need and the family we stayed with were lovely.

Great coffee and nice to have the cereals / milk / juice / bread and butter/jams etc. Parking was a bit hit and miss in the street but not a major problem.

• Catherine (8/5): This is a very comfortable room with an amazing breakfast and Rachel was a great communicator. - There was an amazing amount of options for breakfast. The room was fully self contained with entry via sliding doors and an ensuite attached to the room. Everything was really clean and comfortable. The room is on the lower floor of a two storey townhouse. Unfortunately you can hear rather loud footsteps on your head, people in the kitchen clunking dishes and talking. Some ear plugs would be helpful in this instance.
