- BAUTOO FAMILY (8/5): - Very well located with direct access to Lalaport mall and some 400 mts to Berjaya and really very near a lot of shops and attractions. The appart was well maintained. The staff very helpfull. Security there was on top. My familly had a very good time there. The pools and the gyms were very well maintained. You can find good pubs and foods at the mall. There is also a well equiped grocery in the mall. Nothing to report.

Something is wrong with your sewage because the unit above us has the same problem. TV does not work. The cost of per night’s stay does not justify these issues

- Maria (9/5): Comfortabel, mooi gebouw, aardige host - Fijn appartement. Mooie zwembaden. Leuke locatie naast het Lalaport winkelcentrum Uitzicht vanaf ons appartement was minder mooi. Andere kant van het gebouw mooi uitzicht over de stad.

- Karolien (8/5): Mooi appartement met super rooftop zwembad - Mooi appartement niet ver van het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden van Kuala Lumpur. De beschrijving stemt min of meer overeen met de realiteit. Het appartement was proper. Het uitzicht vanaf het rooftop zwembad is fantastisch zowel overdag als ‘s nachts. Er was de mogelijkheid de bagage langer in de kamer te laten aangezien we pas ‘‘s avonds vertrokken. We hadden een appartement met uitzicht op de Petronas Towers geboekt maar kregen een ander aan de andere kant van het gebouw. De host meldde bij vertrek dat dit was omdat er een probleem was met het initieel geboekte appartement (geen warm water). Toch jammer. De communicatie voor check-in en vertrek verliep stroef met lange wachttijden; door de vele security overal kom je nergens binnen zonder een badge dus wachten op de host. De zwemkleding gebruikt in het rooftop zwembad is helemaal verkleurd (roestvlekken).

Ability to extend check out upon request Good water pressure from the shower and sufficient toiletries for a short stay Bedding was comfortable, air con was good. Washer and dryer were very efficient in getting the job done The mirror is behind the bed and doesn't serve a use in this case.. The access card has some problem with the contact with the card reader causing some difficulties to press the lift buttons. Toilet has some sewage smell and it will be good to take some action about this. If there are some hooks or pole in the bathroom will be helpful to hang towel or clothes.

I sincerely appreciate him to the fullest. The lalport mall is absolutely convenient and the place is walking distance to all the cool parts of the inner city.

Location is great next to Lalaport. Nearby Lrt. Security is strict. All location access by card only. We are able to do laundry- washing machine & dryer work very well. Wish there are more hooks in toilet and boxes of tissue for living area. Newer floor mat will be great.

The room was clean too, and the host is very approachable. in just one message he will answer, he will give also anything u need. This is very worth it. All is good and nothing to dislike.

- Ruoyang (8/5): Very good - The room is clean and bright. You can enjoy the night view from the balcony. Washing machine and refrigerator are in the room. Lalaport mall is just downstairs from the apartment where you can find a lot to eat. It just takes a few minutes to get RapidKL. You need a QR code to enter the main gate. Just remember to conform with the owner before you check in.

- Witold (8/5): Great value, polite host, clean unit. - The unit is new, it was clean and nicely decorated, the host was polite and welcoming-offered to provide extra water or towels if needed. The place was quiet at night, no noise from the outside. The Lala shopping mall was downstairs and the Berjaya Square Mall was easily available though the walking bridge. The pools were great - especially the one on the 3rd floor, very relaxing. The rooftop pool with the see-through hole was a nice addition :) The gym is also spacious. Great value and cooperative and polite host. Just the sofa cover and cushion covers in the living room could use extra cleaning. There was a blanket covering it so that's a plus but it would be more pleasant to enjoy the space.

- Dexian (9/5): Clean and great place for a good rest in the midst of the city rush - Very clean apartment with good view and very quiet environment for a good break away from the rush of the city. Has hot water, clean towels, toiletries and all the basic amenities like microwave, fridge and TV. Overall very satisfying stay. Friendly staff and great security. Has a kitchen with the basic equipment and they even set the table up for you to welcome you. The instructions for access to the carpark could have been clearer. Security is too good that they denied us access to the carpark due to a faulty key card 🤣 Had to trouble the staff to assist us to scan with another card for entry.
