• Sirena (8/5): Very nice location but extremely noisy around and thin walls where you hear all neighbours - The property was very conveniently located next to beach. The property was well maintained and very clean. The apartment was as pictured but does need some maintenance and upkeep. Unfortunately the walls of the apartment were paper thin and we could hear everything from upstairs and next door in the bedroom. Given people go to bed very late in Spain, it was difficult to get a good nights light. I do not recommend this apartment if you want a quiet place and like to get to bed early. Also there was a lot of loud maintenance going on next to the property and around which was also a disturbance. I attempted to raise this issue with Homewatch but my email was ignored. On the beach right in front of the complex they are building a new residence or restaurant so there was heavy machinery making a lot of noise. We had to walk 500m down beach to get some quiet.
• CESAR (5/5): Buena ubicación resto con posibilidad de mejora - La ubicación y la urbanización. Acceso directo a playa. Solución a los problemas por parte del equipo de Homewatch Relación calidad precio, no hay cobertura móvil, no había cambio de juego de sábanas camas ni de toallas, mobiliario algo de trote, el agua caliente del termo te da para una ducha, pondría una cafetera nueva, sin armarios en los baños … todo críticas constructivas por supuesto. Digamos que tiene bastante oportunidad de mejora …
• Maria Victoria (7/5): Muy agradable salvo por el ruido de 10 a 12 de la noche - El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien Por las noches había mucho ruido por estar al lado de plaza donde juegan,corren y gritan niños impidiendo el descanso hasta cerca de las 12 de la noche
• Iryna (8/5): Если будет работать ресторан на пляже , то это будет самое лучшее место для отдыха. - Просторно, чисто, техника вся есть . Прекрасный пляж, близость к центру. Красивая терраса и территория: газоны, бассейны, ухоженные растения шикарные! Ничего страшного, мелочи, которые я написала владельцу.
• Marek (1/5): Nightmare! - the location is very nice for families and people who wants to enjoy the nature. Please do have a look at the pictures which are selfexplenatory. The outside of the building of the rented apartment was in reconstruction. We werent informed about it before, it was a big bad surprised that nearly ruined our holidays and the Homewtach real estate didnt support us at all. We spent the holidays in the reconstruction dust, havin dangerous item falling onto the terrace - spatula etc, the workers woked us for the whole week in the early morning basically on the ladder at our windows. Homewatch didnt offer any other stay for us, not even supported in any way. We asked for some money return but the Homewatch didnt even reply. In general the communication with Homewatch was very bad - starting from small question regarding bicycle rental thruh the support and complaint processing. If you want to have a nice calm holiday - do not choose Homewatch rent estate.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - Great location, safe area, large patio, direct access to the beach. Some equipment need maintenance. Check in was not smooth. There is no indoor dining table or desk.
