• سالم (9/5): كلمة شكر للاخت العزيزه صاحبة الشقه بصراحه كانت في قمة الاخترام وكانت تتابعني من تحركي من ابها حتى دخولي الشقه وحاولت ان - موقع هادي كنت اتمنى ان يكون فيها مصعد هذا الذي ينقص الشقه
• YAHYA (10/5): الاستجمام والراحة - المالكة في قمة الاحترام والتعاون وتوفير مايحتاجه النزيل . الشقة ممتازة من ناحية الموقع والنظافة والرائحة الجميلة التي تستقبلك من مدخل العمارة. يتوفر مواقف مجانية خاصة بالعمارة.قريب من جميع الخدمات والحي هادئ . ستكون وجهتي الدائمة في المستقبل. فقط مكيف واحدة من غرف النوم يحتاج تغيير وهذا لايؤثر على جمالية الشقة لان المكيف يعمل ويبرد بشكل جيد بس المشكلة في التحكم بدرجة الحرارة.

• toofeeme (10/5): اقامة مميزة للعائلات - اشكر المالك على كرم الضيافه والاستقبال وكل شيء ولله الحمد مرتب ومنظم وعلى النظافه العامه وعلى ما قدمتموه من جهد وحسن ادراه ومااعجبني/ 1/ قريب من محطة القطار 2/ قريب من الخدمات شارع الامير بندر 3/ يوجد جامع على مسافة 250 متر تقريباً 4/ المواقف متوفرة 5/ الحي هادئ ولم الاحظ ازعاج 6/ المدخل للعمارة نظيف ولا توجد روائح مزعجة 7/ توفر شبكة الانترنت 8/ مطبخ متكامل 9/ اسرة مريحة ونظيفة 10/ اهتمام المالك بالخدمات والتواصل المستمر لاي ملاحظات وتوفير كامل الاحتياجات بلطف. ودمتم بخير وعافيه.. 1/ توفير مظلات للسيارات 2/ توفير اريكتين نفرد بنظام سرير في الصالة للاستفادة منها

• غيمة (9/5): - الشقة نظيفة فيها ثلاث غرف نوم وحمامين مجهزة بأدوات مطبخ وغسالة ملابس للمهتمين وأدوات نظافة ومهتمة بأدق التفاصيل شرشف صلاة وسجادات صلاة وبخور وعطور الله يبارك لصاحبة الشقة ويزيدها من فضله تعامل راقي واسلوب جميل وقريبة جدا من محطة المترو تروح مشي النوافذ مافيها عزل جيد وتهتز مع الرياح واتمنى يكون فيه افياش كهرب إضافية في المطبخ

• khalid (10/5): من أجمل الشقق في الرياض من كل النواحي - المكان من افضل واكبر الشقق اللي سكنت فيها بالرياض اصنفها شقة فندقية بس سفن ستار .. والاجمل من ذلك تعامل ورقي وكرم صاحبة الشقه من افضل ومن النادر نحصل مؤجرين يحسسون المستأجر بأنه سأكن وكأنه في منزله .. ومتوفر في الشقه كل انواع الضيافة .. ولي عودة لها مره ثانيه

• Saud (10/5): Exceptional - Miss. Wafa’s apartment was very spacious. She paid attention to details and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The beds thought were okay. She bed sheets were just washed and smelled good. She even offered to bring us Saudi Coffee to as a welcoming and that was a very nice gesture. Everything was beyond expectations

Special mention to WAFA the owner, who was extremely helpful in whatever request asked for. Would definitely book this place when I am in Riyadh. Value for money and quality. Nearby( 1.9 km) one Malayalm Indian restaurant is there. Nice food and tea at unbelievable cheaper rates Breakfast. Not mention worthy. Better to arrange in nearer restaurant. WI-FI. Very weak signal Bathroom No towels. No paste and brush. Shower Water flow average. One bathroom door not able to lock. No caretaker physical presence. Only WhatsApp and phone communication . They sent message we will provide Arabic coffee. We have to drink on their convenience?😀.

Especially the hospitality was very excellent and wonderful by Mrs. Wafa madam, with friendly approaches all the time . The cleanliness was excellent, Wi-Fi good, and Arabic coffee and breakfast served accordingly. We truly recommend for a visit and good stay! Finding the location was a bit difficult, rest everything else was Excellent.
