• Renata (8/5): - Very nice, clean apartment; just a short walk to all tourist attractions. A few nice restaurants on the same street as well. Just from perspective of a family with kids: it was quite noisy on Thursday and Friday night due to the nightclub next door. Also, the second bedroom is a bed added over the bedroom, and it's not safe for younger kids: there are no doors, and you climb a ladder to the bed.

• Sung Shin (9/5): - 위치가 진짜 좋아요. 그란비아 거리 바로 뒤쪽이고 도보로 솔광장 매우 가깝고 왕궁, 프라도 미술관도 도보 15분정도로 가능하고 바로 앞에서 버스이동도 가능해요. 집이 예뻐요. 엘리베이터가 있어요. 사실 소음부분만 빼면 거의 흠잡을곳 없는 숙소에요. 나머지 불편사항들은 소소한 정도였어요. 세탁세제나 주방집기들은 잘 준비되어있어요. 1층 상가에 나이트클럽이 있어서 새벽 6시까지도 많이 시끄러워요. 안방은 많이 시끄럽고 안방 문을 닫고 거실쪽 복층 침대에서 자면 조용했어요. 쇼파와 침대 매트리스가 탄탄하지 않아요. 빨래건조대가 없어요. 식용유가 없어요. 두꺼비집이 잘 내려가는데 조명이랑 배선이 다르게 되어있는것 같아요. 불 켜져있어도 드라이기나 충전기가 작동하지 않으면 현관문쪽 두꺼비집 확인해보세요

• Sharon (8/5): Comfortable stay in the middle of Madrid - The location of the apartment is super good just a couple of meters from metro station and from the center. Everything is close by. The apartment itself is modernly renovated with all amenities and lots of storage and space. The host was really nice and the apartment was very clean. Due to the location of the apartment it is very noisy. The building is not equipped with good insulation to keep the noise away especially at night. Nevertheless I recommend this apartment as it is very convenient.

The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped — every small detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The design is stylish and cozy, and the atmosphere is calm, warm, and welcoming. It truly exceeded all expectations. I enjoyed my stay so much that it’s honestly one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommended, and I would love to come back again. So central that the taxi can't get right up to the building, so it drops you off near the metro, which is a minute's walk.
• Nikita (3/5): Very dirty apartment and late check-in - Location We had two big problems with this apartment: 1. We were checked in two hours later than the listed time, which was a big problem for us. We needed to put our child down for a nap, get ready, and go to an evening event. After a long day of traveling, we did not have the chance to shower and change clothes, and because of this, we had to cancel all our plans and lose money on tickets. 2. The apartment was very dirty. We waited two hours while the cleaners tried to clean, but despite having enough time, they did not do their work properly. The bed was messy and had hair on the pillows (we had to ask for them to be changed again), the table was dirty (we had to ask for it to be wiped), and there was trash on the floor under it. During our stay, we also found a used hair tie in the shower, a used coffee capsule, leftover food in the kitchen and fridge, and the apartment was very dusty. The living room sofa was disgusting, stained, and smelled awful. There was dust on the TV and everywhere else. Overall, it was unpleasant and disgusting to stay in such a place. The apartment looks bigger and nicer in the photos. Our experience was very disappointing, and the apartment was clearly not properly cleaned. The host also offered compensation if we didn’t leave a review, which may explain why there are so few negative reviews.

• Yozlem (8/5): Great place to stay, I would love if it was no dust. - It was wonderful. The location, the bed, facilities. All good and worth the money. The decoration was good. The host was very kind. We might live there for a long time without any issue. The only issue that the house looked quite clean in the first glance however, there was too much dust, especially on the duvet covers. I don’t know why they were like this because they looked clean. If the laundry dryer machine is not clean or the air conditioner was not clean and when we started, it spread dust. Not sure about the reason but it was unpleasant.
• Santiago (10/5): - Es un apartamento excelente, recién reformado. Edificio señorial en el centro de Madrid. Al apartamento no le falta ningún detalle. Completamente equipado para entrar en el. Decorado con muy buen gusto. La iluminación al detalle y el bañó de lujo. A señalar que la segunda cama está en un espacio en alto al que se llega con una escalera de madera extraíble. No es apto para niños muy pequeños ni para personas mayores. El apartamento está perfectamente insonorizado, pero a pesar de ello debe de haber una discoteca al lado y se oye ligeramente, así como las conversaciones de los clientes al salir. Es una pena que las autoridades municipales permitan la degeneración y el ruido abusivo en el centro de Madrid. Deberían ser más serios y facilitar la vida a la gente que reside en el centro de la ciudad.
• beatriz (5/5): imposible descansar… - La limpieza y ubicación excepcional una pena que el balance no compense lo malo con lo bueno Está debajo de un pub el cual se escucha la música y un comercio que está abierto hasta muy tarde hay jaleo,gritos,peleas… que se escucha como si tuvieras las ventanas abiertas a calicanto TODAS LAS NOCHES y TODA LA NOCHEde nuestra estancia ,(estuvimos de jueves a domingo)lo que hizo imposible descansar ni una sola noche así como la desesperación de mis hijos de no poder dormir y el miedo por los gritos y las peleas.

Lamentablemente, debajo hay un club/discoteca y como las ventanas no son aislantes, hay mucho ruido toda la noche, porque el local cierra a las 5.30. Por otro lado, el día de la salida del apartamento nos pidieron que esperáramos a que vinieran a recoger la llave, porque no encontraban la otra, y después de una hora de espera y de no contestar a nuestras llamadas ni a los mensajes, nos dijeron que podíamos dejarlas encima de la mesa del comedor. La persona que debía recogerlas nos dijo que nos compensaría las molestias, cosa que no ha sucedido.

• Tim (10/5): Sjiek, ruim en comfortabel middenin de stad! - Riant appartement hartje centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien en smaakvol ingericht. Een ideale uitvalbasis voor een city trip in Madrid. Goede airco. Schuin onder het appartement zit een techno club, waardoor het 's nachts wat rumoerig is. Maar het appartement is goed geïsoleerd.

An absolute gem of a location. The apartment was beautiful inside, huge shower, fully equipped, super comfortable beds, could not ask for more. Everything was perfect

• Mónica (9/5): Muy agradable apartamento con buena ubicación - La ubicación, el edificio, el apartamento en sí muy bonito, la equipación con todo lo necesario (aunque no cocinamos por lo que no puedo comentar sobre los utensilios de cocina), la atención de Noelia y la comodidad de la cama En mi caso no fue problema porque mi hijo durmió allí, pero para gente mayor, hay que tener en cuenta que el segundo dormitorio realmente es un altillo al que se sube con una escalera de mano. No apto para todos.

• PAOLA (10/5): Elegante soggiorno a Madrid - Elegante bilocale di recente ristrutturazione in centro a Madrid in una bella palazzina sita in una parallela della Gran Via. L’appartamento i cui dettagli sono molto curati è distribuito in modo efficiente, pulito e attrezzato con tutto. Si presta anche a un soggiorno lungo. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori notturni. Due osservazioni. La seconda camera è un soppalco cui si accede tramite scala a pioli. Non un problema per noi (anzi simpatico) ma magari non adatto a bambini piccoli. L’aria condizionata è unica per tutta la casa e non molto uniforme ma raffredda bene e velocemente, l’impianto è moderno.

• Katharine (10/5): We would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Madrid! - The apartment was gorgeous! Beds are super comfy. Location is convenient. Hosts were great. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of space and all amenities—washer/dryer, coffee, kitchenette. Loved it!

There's a club nearby which is open until very late, it's not a huge problem but the bass sound is noticeable and can be annoying. I used earplugs, my friends didn't notice it.

It's located in a charming old building, but the apartment itself was newly renovated, modern, and had everything we needed. The bed and bedding were so comfortable as well. It's on the first floor so you can hear everything that's going on. Didn't help that there was a club right downstairs. It is in a very central location so it's understandable that there will be noise. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you're a light sleeper. For us, the comfort of the amenities, spaciousness, and proximity to everything outweighed the noise.

Newly renovated, every possible convenience. They even put ice in the refrigerator for us. During our six weeks in Spain, we have stayed at five properties and this is by far the best. The location is perfection. You cannot be any closer to the center of it all. The nightclub below is pretty noisy, but they provide earplugs and it’s not terrible. Air Conditioning was glorious. Truly, this is a really luxury find in the middle of Madrid. The building does not match the apartment. The building is quite old and the elevator is very, very old. But you walk in the apartment and it’s absolutely stunning. So I think it is still worth it!

There were pantry items, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, comfortable bed. The location was excellent, being within very easy walking distance to the major attractions of Madrid. • Joel (10/5): Beautiful apartment, a minute from Gran Via, with an extremely comfortable bed. - The location was excellent just a minute walk to Gran Via, and five minutes or less to Plaza Sol. The apartment is very well appointed and stock with plenty of everything you would need. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is very nice. I will add that on our next trip to Madrid, this is where we will stay. It is perfect. Nothing, everything was great.
