• Geoffrey (9/5): Great family time with fabulous views. New Year fireworks were spectacular - There was no breakfast as such and we went out for breakfast most days. The cockroaches weren't nice. Didn't stop us having a good time. Needs addressing though.

• Joanne (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location with stunning views - The apartment was perfect! It was in a great location, easy to access everything & get to everywhere & only a short walk to the Kangaroo Point Cliffs. The pool are was small but nice but the roof terrace & views were stunning. The apartment had everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. The free on site parking was a bonus too. There was nothing I didn’t like

• Victor (5/5): Usually a great place to stay, but not on this occasion - It is generally a great place to stay, great location, modern and clean building, everyone is friendly, and the apartment is always clean and spacious. I see it as my home from home. But on this occasion ...the airconditioning unit on the entire floor was not working due to a gas leak in the building. This information was known but not communicated to me. Brisbane is experiencing hot and very humid temperatures and it made the experience very uncomfortable. I felt mislead and let down.

• Megan (8/5): Nice spot close to the city and great restaurants too. - Liked the location, and also the style of apartment. I liked the low tox soaps, and cleaning products. I liked the communal section at the roof top - so gorgeous to enjoy space away from the apartment. It would be nicer to have better bed linen - the double sheet version is very frustrating and also not comfortable. Why can a dooner cover not be used? Also there needs to be more hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels - say behind the door
• Belinda (4/5): Beautiful apartment and views spoiled by ongoing construction noise. - Beautiful views. Washing machine and dryer. Good size balcony. Easy access. Lovely pool area. Close to Dockside ferry stop. Nice light bright apartment. Good communication. Easy check in. No hot water on our last morning. Constant construction in the area 6 days per week. It’s so noisy when you have the doors open and as a result we weren’t able to use the balcony. It looks like it will be ongoing for quite some time. Could hear it poolside too. I wouldn’t stay anywhere in the Kangaroo Point area for the minute. I think that there was animal hair in the bed head and also in the rug. The bed was extremely small. Also, the ferry stops have altered since we were last there. To get a ferry into the city you have to go from Dockside backwards to Sydney St on the other side of the river and then you have to wait for the next Rive Cat to go into the city. The same for the way back.

• kumiko (6/5): また使用したいが、キーボックスの仕様は改めてほしい。 - 静かなエリアで設備も良かったと思います。屋上からの景色も良かったです。家電も揃ってました。 長いフライトで夜12時に到着し、キーボックスが全然開かなくて、私は英語が堪能ではないので迎えに来てくれた現地の友人が連絡してくれたが、待ってくれ。ばかりで、再度教えてもらったピンナンバーを押しても全然開かず30分以上のやりとりでやっと開きました。疲れてるのに立ちっぱなしで辛かったし、友人がいなかったら開かなかったと思います。お湯が出なかったり、エアコンが止まったりはしましたが、午後には直ってました。パーティ禁止のはずですが夜にエレベーターホールで大勢が騒いでる事が数回ありました。水回りの使いにくさは感じました。
• Cooper (10/5): Good place to stay for a getaway - Good location that it is close to the ferry dock , The gym was the best hotel gym I have ever been to. The Sauna was also great. Rooftop Sauna overlooking the city was so good Rubbish had not been taken downstairs and created a bit of a smell. Also there are no close convenience stores close by

The premises are pristine and staff support was quick and helpful. The location is quiet and beautiful but some may find it remote from the action of city life. Easy to get around though via shared scooters.

• Indira (9/5): Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location with modern amenities, though parking and building access could b - The location was fantastic and the space itself was very comfortable. The apartment had great modern facilities, and we loved having access to the rooftop with its amazing views. Being pet friendly was also a huge bonus for us! Off-street parking was a bit tricky when collecting the keys, and the allocated parking spot in the building was quite tight — we could only park front-in, which made it a bit harder to manoeuvre. Also, access to the building required entering a code instead of using the fob, which was a little frustrating since it meant having to remember an extra pin.

Love that someone meets you to hand over keys and run through everything. Extremely clean and beautifully appointed with a beautiful view and very private balcony. The room was very quite and comfortable with quality linens and nice touches. Beautiful building with great facilities located in a beautiful area with secure parking and easy access to ferry. Would definately stay here again. Very minor but the bathroom was very small with no space for toiletries but I made do.

• Myrene (10/5): I could just live in this apartment place! - Like: We had the pleasure of making this apartment our home the last (8) weeks whilst we wait for the completion of our new house build. It was a great way to help settle in the new year with my youngest commencing university and my husband also commencing a new appointment at work. It has been a wonderful place for us! Great facilities, fantastic rooftop, lovely pool, bbq facilities, clean and nice comfy beds, nice apartments and good size fridge. Beautiful place! Dislike: Insufficient toiletries soap shampoo conditioner for an (8) weeks stay. There is an ant and cockroach nest next to the rooftop dining area (in the bush section)

It was like being home. Overall a very relaxed and personal atmosphere. The owner has taken care to put together an experience that is user-focused. All of my expectations were met.
