• Anita (7/5): - Location to bus & underground stops. Many bars, cafes, restaurants & shops in the area to choose from. Cleanliness of apartment, free parking. The bathroom is in need of modernizing. The shower in the bath is too low. I'm 5f 1 and struggled to stand underneath it. The height of the bath to climb in to shower is difficult for people who are of limited mobility. The water through the tap was not regulated and came through exceptionally hot or exceptionally cold at times therefore it is dangerous and you can easily scold yourself. Paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom. Personally, in the bedroom I would of like lamps so I can read without disturbing my daughter because there was only the bright main ceiling light. A coffee machine would be a nice touch.
• Iveta (9/5): - I recommend for families of 4, playground just in front of the window. Appart. tiny, but very clean, tidy, ecquiped. Heating worked well, quiet location. Tesco 5 min. Tube, 10min.

Picture pretty accurate. - Overall a positive experience, very clean and tidy, heating, hot water, facilities generally good, parking excellent, location handy for tube and shops, bed comfy. Hosts very helpful. TV great. A bit noisy at night in the bedroom due to road nearby. Maybe the decor could do with an upgrade, but not a show stopper. Location is good, but better to head to Clapham vs the other way.

• Phil (8/5): - Lovely ground floor flat with good parking in front. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. Handy for Stockwell shops and Nine Elms tube station. 10 min trip into central London. Landlord was attentive and helpful. Small toilet.

• diseven (10/5): - Eine Busstation direkt vor dem Haus. Zu der U-Bahn ist es in wenigen Minuten zu schaffen. Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber mit guten Tipps. Parkplatz ist im Areal.
• Henrike (6/5): Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in recht lauter Umgebung - Die Kommunikation mit dem zuständigen Ansprechpartner war sehr gut, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man unter einem zumutbaren Zeitaufwand relativ gut überall hin. Die Wohnung ist schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut, was zum Einen an der nebenliegenden, stark befahrenen Straße als auch an den sehr hellhörigen Wänden zu den zahlreichen Nachbarn des riesigen Wohnblocks liegt. Auch könnte die Wohnung m.E. noch etwas liebevoller/gemütlicher eingerichtet sein.
• Adrienne (9/5): Loved it. - Mauricio is a very polite host. He keeps in touch with you during your stay (if needed). Very clear communication. You can ask him anything. I liked the place, the environment and the bed was comfortable. I recommend this place. There were some minor issues with kitchen equipment, that Mauricio was wanting to resolve ASAP.
• José Antonio (8/5): Buen apartamento a precio razonable - El acceso con código, sin llaves ni necesidad de quedar con nadie. El sofá-cama era muy cómodo. Buen wifi y cocina equipada. El grifo de la ducha. El espacio del wc era muy estrecho. Lo peor el olor fuerte a curry de los anteriores inquilinos en toda la casa, que duró varios días a pesar de dejar las ventanas abiertas.

• Ľudmila (9/5): Spokojnosť. - V byte bolo všetko potrebné, pri príchode bolo upratané, čisté. Na posteliach sa spalo dobre a bolo dosť priestoru na uloženie vecí. K dispozícii bolo všetko, čo bolo deklarované. Wifi fungovala bezchybne. Majiteľ nás včas kontaktoval pred príchodom s informáciami, vstup bol bezproblémový, cítili sme sa bezpečne. Takisto pred odchodom bol kontakt v poriadku. V blízkosti ubytovania sú vynikajúce portugalské lahôdky, kde sme sa každé ráno zastavili na výbornú kávu. Kúpite tam dobrý chlieb, koláčiky a veľa iných dobrôt. Neďaleko je zopár obchodíkov s potravinami aj väčší supermarket. Páčilo sa nám ako blízko boli autobusové spoje do centra, vrátane nočných liniek, čo nám umožnilo skoro ráno bez problémov sa dostať na letisko. Najbližšia stanica metra Nine Elms tiež nie je ďaleko. Celkovo sme boli s ubytovaním spokojní. Vždy sa dá niečo vylepšiť, ale všetko prebehlo ok.

Very clean, quite spacious, fully equipped kitchen (stove, toaster, mixer, dishes, cutlery, etc.) very large closet in the bedroom for storage, closet in the hallway with sports items that can be used in the nearby park (table tennis, field tennis...). The photos in the description on booking correspond exactly. Located on the ground floor, in an area that turned out to be extremely quiet, we felt safe coming late at night. The host responded promptly to requests whenever we needed them. Tesco store 5 min walk (there is also a bus stop here), Sainsbury's large store 12 min (there is also a metro station here). Well positioned, we chose the bus to get to the Westminster area, Buckingham Palace, etc. (for the pleasure of riding the famous red double-decker buses.) Thank you Mauricio -
• Denis (9/5): Superb - Great communications. Very clean. Comfortable. Lots of shops nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants. Access to 2 tube lines and train 15 minutes or less away.

• Venelina (9/5): Great value for money - Clean property, free parking, location was okay (bus 452 goes to city center), all essentials were available. Comfy beds, good wi-fi. A bit noisy during the night, but was not problematic for our sleep.

So I couldn't open my front door, had to squeeze through the back to come out from back doors The toilet had no basin, so i had to go into the bathroom to wash hands
• Riley (9/5): The stay allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the city. - The constant check up from the host made it very easy to address any concerns I had, not that there were many. The rooms were pretty spacious and comfy. The location was amazing due to food/convenience shop and underground close by. The water was really hot too! The shower room and bathroom were just a little bit small and cold for my liking.

Next to station for many busses such as 87 77 that goes straight to the sights. And ten minutes walk from tube stations. The neighbourhood has everything, super markets ,fast food etc, park and playground.

Inside, there was everything needed for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a living room with a TV and amenities. Both check-in and check-out were very easy. I would love to return here.
• Jugoslav (10/5): Excellent apartment in London - The apartment was clean and heated when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped with toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine. The beds are very comfortable and the whole apartment is tastefully furnished. A few minutes' walk away is the bus stop that takes you to Westminster Abbey, National Gallery, and Trafalgar Square, and the metro station is about 300 meters away. A few minutes' walk away, on the main road are markets as well as fast food restaurants that are open until late at night. Communication with the host was excellent, Mauricio was always available and answered any questions we had. Thanks again for your hospitality, We had a wonderful week in London and in your apartment. We personally missed the dishwasher. During the night, it is noisy, you can hear the traffic noise.

Metro stations are a 10-minute walk or 2 bus stops away My husband and I are traveling with a child and a baby and this apartment has everything you need, from the travel crib, the baby's dining chair The integrated washer and dryer was also a key. The apartment has a gigantic closet in which you can store everything you need and more We loved it and Mauricio was very helpful, very attentive and always available to answer our messages. I recommend visiting the shopping center, Clapham junction and Clapham Common areas, all very close by, either walking or a few bus stops as there are many life and fascinating restaurants.

Starting with Mauricio’s good attention and disposition. from days before arriving at the stay until the moment we left we had constant and very good recommendations and support The apartment is very nice, cozy and clean, It has everything you need, good facilities, heating and Mauricio leaves you towels, a duvet, and all you need, a cell phone adapter if you come from another country... It has a room with a double bed and a very comfortable king sofa bed. On the other hand, it is very well located, to get to know London it is great. We walked 10 minutes to the Stockwell metro station (it is a direct line to the stops of the tourist monuments of London) or we went out to the avenue less than 1 minute away to take the 87 bus that left us in the center of London. I highly recommend it, we were delighted the days we were there Everything was perfect 👌🏾
