Important Information

The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access. The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to: 1) complete the online check in 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready. Office hours: 10:00 to 21:00. Address: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga. Emergency line available 24/7 via phone. No WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival. In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night. Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance. A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. Claire (8/5): Chilled beautiful setting - Lovely property in a quiet area. Not far to walk to the centre of Malaga. The traditional house had been beautifully decorated and laid out. Everything clean and modern. The roof terrace and pool was lovely. But no sun loungers, only stools. This limited the time spent there as uncomfortable.
Maureen (8/5): - We definitely liked the location, which was close to supermarkets Mas&Co and Dia, and to the bakery. The house was also not too far away from the Plaza de Merced. and just too far enough not to be in the crowded areas. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the Caleta Homes office. We missed some utencils in the kitchen, such as a knife to cut bread, a wooden (or other material) board to cut on. Basic herbs such as oil, salt & pepper would also have been much appreciated. A few cups for the coffee maker upon arrival also makes one feel welcome

EVELYNE (10/5): Perfect verblijf - We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit mooie huis. Het ligt in een leuk straatje, net wat buiten het centrum, maar toch heel goed bereikbaar. Ideaal als je wat rust wil, terwijl alles toch vlot te bereiken is. Het huis was zeer proper en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De airco werkte ook perfect, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Het contact met de verhuurder was uitstekend. We mochten zelfs vroeger inchecken, wat heel fijn was. Ook de taxiservice was prima geregeld, wat alles nog gemakkelijker maakte. Zeker een aanrader! Helemaal niks!

Malgorzata (7/5): Nice apartment. - Lovely old town house with fair amount of space. Only one wine glass no cereal bowls no chopping board only 4 drinking glasses, no wooden spatulas. For what it was I thought the kitchen would be better equipped. Also downstairs bedroom stank of cigarettes.

Sarah (9/5): - Lovely property just a 5 minute walk to the old town. Pool was a bit disappointing. Stairs really need a handrail. Property is on 4 floors. Collecting keys the receptionists were so helpful and gave restaurant recommendations. Small hard to access pool

Also we had trouble getting to the airport for our trip home and the staff at the office went above and beyond to help us get there on time. Stairs could possibly have a handrail.

Philippe (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed our stay. Very easy to use the bus to move around, also walkable to the old town. Easy to communicate with the agency. Sometimes it gets really humid upstairs and the bathroom is wet for a long time. A lot of stairs also so it is hard for old people to walk around.

Serena (10/5): Very relaxing time in Malaga - The rooftop pool and aircon were definitely a big hit especially after exploring the city. Everything was great - we had no issues with the stairs but someone with mobility issues might.

Danielle (9/5): Beautiful little home from home. Has everything you could need and want. Beautiful decor and views. - Comfy beds, great location and lovely outlook on the terrace. All the fixtures and fittings were high quality and great showers. Air con was brilliant. Would stay again I felt the pool was a nice bonus in the city but the filters weren’t on when we got there so was not sure how clean it was. Managed to get the filters on and kids loved a dip when it was hot.
