• Ngoc (3/5): Hơi thất vọng về vấn đề vệ sinh. - Gần trung tâm Chỗ nghỉ vệ sinh không được sạch sẽ, gương, bàn rất bụi bẩn, dường như vệ sinh qua loa . Tủ thì không có đũa, thìa. Dạng homstay nhưng không hề đầy đủ khi nấu nướng.Điều khiển điều hoà thì hỏng.

• THI CUC (4/5): Tout simplement Insatisfaitsante - Emplacement est bien, tranquille pas trop de bruit. L’état de cet appartement laisse à désirer. Il est vraiment mal entretenu et sale. Le 1er salle de douche avec la douchette presque bouchée complètement, le deuxième juste un peu mieux. Les draps sont tachés. La cuisine est déplorable, manque de tout. On est venu avec 6 personnes mais on n'a pas grand-chose pour manger ou boire à six. Heureusement, on n'a pas fait la cuisine sur place.

• Kip (2/5): A mistake. - The only thing we liked about the property was the washer and dryer. It was an unpleasant and stressful stay. The location was difficult to find because of a lack of proper signages — my Grab driver even had to call to find out where it was. Upon reaching the property, we spent the first three hours cleaning it ourselves, including washing their towels and sheets. We sent a message to the staff asking for extra towels, but there was no response. When we asked about payment, however, they replied immediately. If you’ve already made the mistake of booking this place like we did, I hope your stay is short. If you are still planning, I highly do not recommend this place.

• Gunasekaran (4/5): Dont book if u really need a hygiene and comfortable place - Nothing I booked my stay from 22/7 to 25/7 but arrived on the morning of 23/7 at 8 AM. Despite my booking, they asked me to pay again, which was very frustrating. It seemed like there was a serious communication issue, possibly due to a lack of English understanding, and the replies were unhelpful and slow.The cleanliness was unacceptable – the shower was dirty and uncomfortable to use, and overall, the place was not well-maintained. They even stored their personal belongings in the fridge, which is very unprofessional. If you care about hygiene and proper service, I would not recommend booking this place.

• Đức (1/5): Bad - The room had a beautiful view – no complaints there. But the management? Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived late for check-in, around 3:15 PM, without notifying them in advance. When I got to the room, housekeeping was still cleaning because the previous guest had just checked out at 3:00 PM. I wasn’t informed about any of this. I called the front desk to report the issue, and what did I get? No apology, no explanation – just a horrible attitude. The person on the line spoke to me with this arrogant, dismissive tone and clearly had zero customer service skills. The only thing he said was, “I don’t know, I’m just the operator,” and then proceeded to dodge every single question I asked about check-in time. When I asked tougher questions, he just went completely silent – literally 5 to 10 seconds of awkward silence. I ended up asking, “You seriously don’t even know how to respond to me, do you?” and of course, no reply. I thought that was the end of the mess. But the next day, I was told I had to check out by 11:00 AM. I called again to request a check-out at 12:00 PM, and guess what? Same condescending tone, and I was told I’d have to pay a 200k fee because it was the weekend and they were fully booked. I asked if anyone had addressed the issue from the day before – silence again. I asked why my check-in time had been cut to accommodate someone else without notifying me – again, no answer. After another 10 seconds of silence, they finally agreed to let me stay until 12:00. I thought it was over. But no. At 11:20 AM, while I was trying to nap before checking out, a security guard came knocking, saying the company rep had told him I had to leave immediately. I refused, told him it had already been approved for me to stay until 12:00. This was honestly a terrible experience – from the attitude on the phone to the complete lack of professionalism. Such a waste of a place with such a beautiful view. Everything was ruined by how poorly it’s managed. Deeply disappointing

Worth the money, Cheap given its unit size which is a 2 bedroom unit with the other one having its own bathroom, a living room & kitchen. It's a 15-20 minute grab ride to the city center but it's still okay cuz the grab taxis in Hanoi is cheap.

• Aoife (4/5): Disappointed after misleading photos - The area is calm and 5 min away there are a few cafes and a small lake. The security guard was friendly. The property was not the same as in the photos. In the living area there was one tiny window so it was dark and gloomy (in the photos there were more windows so we were expecting there to be some natural light). The bedrooms had no bedside lamps only very bright unpleasant ceiling lights, as in the living room, and the bedding was quite uncomfortable. The bathrooms had a bad smell and in one of them the drain was clogged with hair and the shower door would not stay shut. The walls in the living area were dirty with small holes and sticky tape on them. There was no decor whatsoever, again unlike what the photos advertised, giving the place 0 charm. The kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils, not even one dishcloth, and there was no broom or any cleaning equipment so without a cleaning service the apartment got very dirty over the 12 nights we were there. There is also a lot of noise in the building that you can hear from inside the apartment as if it was in the next room, people shouting late at night, and you could even hear every time the elevator opened. When I contacted the host to ask why the apartment was different to the photos and if we could change to a nicer apartment I got no reply.
