- Gavin (4/5): - The check in process was not good. The kitchen had very limited utensils. Not good value for money. Other than that it was clean and the bed was comfortable and it had a good location. I will look elsewhere next visit to Najera.

- Ian (9/5): Lovely bright and modern property directly on the Camino - Very bright and modern with comfortable bed (and sofa bed), good washing machine. Great location on the Camino. Complementary bottle of wine 🙂 Kitchen equipment a bit lacking - no sharp knife and no corkscrew, so was very difficult to open the complementary bottle of wine - we had to improvise with scissors.
- Joan (3/5): Very poor communication leading to a stressful arrival. Incorrect description of facilities. - The description was very misleading. I booked because it stated that there was 24hour reception. There is no reception. It is self check in. No instructions were sent, the phone number was not receiving calls. Only by chance did I find another property with the correct phone number, otherwise I would have been stranded. Staff were not apologetic. The WiFi was broken but I was not informed There was no hairdryer.
