- Laure (1/5): Ongelooflijk vuil, hebben een ander hotel geboekt want de bedden waren onbeslaapbaar!!! - Bedden waren verschrikkelijk vies, verstopt onder zwarte lakens zodat we het niet konden zien. De zetel stond onder de vuile witte vlekken, er was geen klink aan de deur (die moest je toedraaien met een tang)... Het was er zo vies dat we de avond zelf zijn vertrokken en een ander hotel geboekt hebben!!! Verschrikkelijk....

- Livia (3/5): Challenging stay - The location and price convenience for Brussels. The property has serious hygiene issues. When we arrived, we immediately noticed a strong odor in the entrance, dandruff on the sheets, body hair in the sink and bathtub, and dirt and dust in the kitchen and living room. We notified the host, explaining we couldn’t stay without a minimal cleaning. The host was cooperative and agreed to reimburse us for the first night, so they could clean the property while we stayed elsewhere. When we returned, the sheets were changed, and some cleaning was done, mostly in the bathroom, so we decided to stay. The following day, however, as we were leaving the apartment for work, the built-in internal key broke, making it impossible to exit. We informed the host immediately since we had a work meeting to attend. Eventually, someone we knew in the city helped us leave by opening the door from the outside after we passed them the keys under the door (without them, it would be impossible to exit the apartment). After some time, the host gave the suggestion of using tweezers to unlock the door, which we didn’t have. Later in the afternoon they provided a pair of tweezers, so we could use the door “properly” again. Until the end of our stay we continued using the tweezers system, even though we asked if it was possible to fix the built-in key system. Which wasn’t done. In general, this stay felt less like a comfortable work trip and more like an exercise in patience and resilience.

- Maria ximena (1/5): pésima experiencia - Nada Era una decepción total, el baño lo tuvimos que limpiar nosotros de lo sucio que estaba. No había calefacción ni agua caliente. La cama tenía un olor horrible junto las sábanas, dormimos en un sofá super manchado, "puesto que era la mejor opción"con nuestras chaquetas del frío que hacía!
