You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 150 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Due to local laws, all guests over the age of 14 must register with a government issued identification which will be sent electronically to the local police. For stays longer than 10 nights, a contract must be signed for the rental. Price is based off of 2 guests per room. Fees for late arrivals between 20:00 - 22:00, 20€ and between 22:00 - 00:00, 40€. Additional guests not on the reservation have a 25€/night. All guests must shower before using the pool. No food or drinks are allowed at the pool. Pool is closed from 15:00 to 17:00.

Andreea (8/5): Good value for money - The kitchen included numerous tools, and the location was good. Good and clean shower water. Good communication with the host. Since they didn't have time to dry, I think one towel for five days is less—at least two. -beds can be quality improved. -There was an unpleasant odor on the first day, but we eliminated it after cleansing the air for a day.

Alessandra (10/5): Great location to spend holidays - We were in 5 people and spend great days. The apartment is nicely located, 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and 5 minutes to the tram, that connects to nearby locations. The apartment was very clean and tastefully and comfortable furnished plus the kitchen was very well equipped. The Appartement is situated in a building with mini-golf and pool - everything well maintained and clean. We definitely recommend this location! Thanks Nothing to complain about
Basia (10/5): Short but wonderful stay - The apartment is really spacious, clean and quiet. There is everything you need. Also the apartment is just really nice and well planned. The owner is really friendly and you can get in touch with Elsa whenever you have questions. The neighborhood Was very peaceful in April. The beach is is just on the other side of the road as well as the tram station. Team takes you to the center of Alicante in 20 mins. Everything was perfect.
