Accoglienza con frutta fresca e bevande di vario tipo (tè, caffè, bevanda vegetale) Ottima posizione, vicino alle fermate di autobus, e metro. Host disponibile. Nella sala con il divano letto consiglierei di mettere le tende alle finestre, usando anche quella come camera da letto la mattina la luce potrebbe dare fastidio.

Close to cafes and restaurants as well as overground. Amazing back patio - suspect summers are wonderful out back . Family living above were loud at times. Mostly just one female. But was not huge issue

• Theresa (9/5): Cute, cosy and quiet location - Lovely little apartment on a very quiet street. Like most of Hackney it's not very close to a tube station, but lots of excellent bus routes nearby. The neighbours above were very friendly, but very noisy late into the night, so made it difficult to sleep. 100% not the hosts issue and totally to be expected in a basement flat.
• john (9/5): Great value, location and convenience - Apartment had everything you need. Lovely shower. TV. WiFi. For a basement apartment it was bright. Nice outside area. The house over the apartment is noisy at random times during the night.

• Hannah (8/5): Very good - Great location. Very pretty flat with lovely outdoor space. Host left refreshments and fruit.
• Henny (9/5): Superb - The accommodation is very close to Broadway Market, a lively area with nice restaurants, shops, and cafés—only a 10-minute walk away. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Also, our contact person, Martha, was very responsive whenever we had a question. The neighbors above the accommodation were very loud on some days, but of course, the landlord can't be held responsible for that. Nevertheless, we did mention it to him.
• Michael (9/5): Perfect with a minor tweak. - It was a super location, great Appartment and lovely details. However, there was no wine glasses or corkscrew. We had to improvise! Will definitely come again. Thanks. Missing corkscrew and wine glasses.

• David (9/5): Great comfortable base for a stay in hipster Hackney. - Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment in this up and coming trendy area with loads of eating places, cafes, parks, and canals. Well appointed downstairs apartment and we appreciated extra touches like the fruit bowl, milk, cookies, and coffee pods. Thoughtfully set up. Really close to three different train lines. Maybe the outside of the property could do with a cleanup, as it didn't look great on arrival, and the shower rain head tends to drip cold condensed water. Small points.

Host Marta was fantastic and always ready to help with any request. Just a few extras in the kitchen would be good: knives, tea towel. If the back yard was cleaned up and there was somewhere to sit outside, it would be fantastic.
