Guest Reviews
- Jean Jacques BODIN (6/5): -
- Азамат (7/5): - Понравилось в принципе все. Постель грязная была, на кухне и в вванной антисанитария полнейшея.
- Eileen (8/5): -
- Michael (4/5): Lots of room but a bit unpleasant. - Lots of room. It wasn’t particularly clean and we had to clean several areas ourselves when we arrived such as the fridge and table.
There were quite a few cockroaches so we went out and bought our own cockroach baits.
The bedding and towels were old and stained. Several of the beds had hairs throughout.
The washing machine didn’t work so we had to go to a coin laundry.
The downstairs toilet washlet control panel leaked.
The response from the owner was quick but nothing was done to rectify any of the problems.
- Fleur (10/5): - The price was cheap compared to other places and the house was 3 minutes walk to a bus stop so convenient. The kitchen was too small and didn't have proper cooking facilities.
- Arispe (9/5): Superb - All Notbing
- Colin (8/5): Great spot, comfy atmosphere, will stay again. - The concept of staying in a day-to-day Japanese house was a drawcard compared to hotels, and being in the suburbs gives you a bit of a break from the cbd.
Being near a train station, convenience stores and local eateries was a bonus. The stairs are really steep and I can imagine some guests having issues on them.
Also, having your volume tracked to ensure you don't disturb the neighbours felt weird, but I understand why they do it.
- Jacob (7/5): Amazing, close to station, and spacious - Lots of space for sleeping as an eight person group
Good bathroom
Relatively close to stations - both JR and NON JR Door height - but it was a traditional house so that’s expected
- Supanan (7/5): Good -
- Filip (8/5): Charming Traditional Tokyo - This traditional house in Tokyo offers a spacious and authentic experience. Located in a convenient area, it includes a charming tatami room that adds to its Japanese character. The staff is very helpful and responsive, making the stay more enjoyable. It’s important to note that the house is quite old, so while it’s not perfect, the imperfections give it a unique charm and authenticity. However, the kitchen is poorly equipped, making it hard to prepare larger meals. Additionally, the neighbors are very sensitive to noise, so you must be mindful of that. There's also a garbage collection point nearby, though thankfully, there's no odor.
- Kaveh (7/5): Big old house, cheap. - Big place, nice old house The house could use a renovation. Kitchen needs more supplies.
- Tong (6/5): Pleasant -
- Marjolein (6/5): Pleasant - Bathroom, nice warm shower.
Clean beds. It was very badly cleaned (long hairs everywhere, greasy kitchen, smelly toilet)...
Kitchen had only one pan, and the stove had to be put on the table of fridge to be able to plug it in (dangerous!)
- Kaini (10/5): Very Nice - Nice
- Kaylee (10/5): Quiet, clean, comfortable - It was clean, comfy, and in a nice location
