La cama y las instalaciones cómodas, todo muy limpio. Incluye desayuno, buffet sencillo pero aceptable. No ingresé al centro fitness, ni a la piscina porque se encontraba en reparación. Hay un casino y un cine en el hotel. La ubicación en belize city es muy buena, hay restaurantes variados cercanos, se puede caminar al faro y otros puntos de atracción de la ciudad, central de taxis acuáticos etc. espero que pronto reinstauren la piscina y el bar!

• Travis (7/5): Location we needed, near the edge of the city, but close to walk to food. - Location close to airport, but also not far from things to do/see like the light house. AC worked. Elevators were fast and quiet but one of them the screen did not work, nor did all the buttons light up, like our floor number 4. They had card readers in them, yet you didn't need to use them, should have a sign over them, or tape. Room was not ready on time, so was offered a room not near our friends and a free drink at the bar. Room we got was missing towels and facial tissue. Bathroom had open window to outside walk way which couldn't be closed, and loud kids could be heard easily, and screen did not fully cover window opening which let in bugs. Not a lot of parking.

• Leo (7/5): Great location but to price/quality ratio is off - Rooms are roomy and location is great, breakfast was included and lots of variety and extensive hours. Staff was friendly as everywhere in Belize. Nice water front location. Price / quality ratio was off, the hotel and rooms can use a make over, the AC was loud and the shower took a very longtime to warm up. Also temperature in bar and restaurant area was a little high. Not really worth $134 per night. And one bottle of water per room when staying with the three of us is little stingy.

• Sandra (5/5): Naja - Die Zimmer sind schon recht heruntergekommen. Irgendwie schon fast gruselig. Laut Schild soll aus dem Wasserhahn im Badezimmer zwar gefiltertes Wasser kommen, aber wir haben dem Ganzen aufgrund der alten Armaturen nicht getraut. Der Check in dauerte recht lange und wir kamen zunächst nicht aufs Zimmer, weil das Schloss nicht funktionierte. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr ansehnlich und appetitlich. Grundsätzlich nur zu empfehlen, wenn es keine guten Alternativen gibt und für eine Nacht vielleicht.

I came down the end staircase (supposed fire exit) but couldn't get out at the bottom. Went back to floor above which was closed for refurb works yet there were no signs from the way I came.

The hotel is centrally located, offers excellent amenities, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They responded quickly to every request and even connected us with a local tour operator to ensure the best experience. Lori’s stay was truly memorable, and the hotel went above and beyond to make her time in Belize beautiful. Highly recommended!

• David (5/5): Needs a facelift. - Location was good. Within walking distance to several good restaurants and the port. Port is a bit of a trek, but walkable weather permitting. Employees were nice. Needs a makeover. Like others have said. This place looks like it is in 1989. The tiles, decorations, etc. Things like the bathroom need a full gutting and makeover. Does not need to be fancy, but it needs to be updated. Old tile, faded pictures, etc. They are redoing the pool. So I think they are trying. Casino is unusable from the cigarette smoke. I’m not a health freak, but get rid of that. I was in there for half an hour and I was hacking the whole next day.

The customer service was pretty terrible, I can see from the last time we stayed they definitely tried to improved things such as serving food in the restaurant and the free breakfast but it’s just not great. The pool was also closed.

• vic (4/5): i am glad it was only for 1 night! - actually nothing flight was diverted to belize city. hotel had not enough staff so the line-up for registration was several hrs. hotel overbooked on-line. some guests stood in line 2 1/2 hrs and then were told they had no rooms available. so we invited a another roomless guest to sleep in our room. she would have been forced to slept on the lobby couch. no restaurant open ...just a casino for eating. had to check in even our hats to enter the casino to eat. that was weird! when do they clean rooms? oh ya ...if someone books they rush to get it ready

• Jason (6/5): One and done. - It was a great idea to have the hotel offer a hotel shuttle to the airport, but... Offering a hotel shuttle is great, unless the people running it are trying to rip off your guests. A taxi from the International airport to your hotel is $30 USD. That's how much you advertise your shuttle for. My flight landed at 9:00pm and when I called I was told I would be charged $50 USD because it was late. I called a taxi driver I know and he said from International to the Ramada is $30USD and I asked other taxis at the airport and guess what they said? $30USD. When I called the front desk and asked why they where trying to charge me the extra $20USD, she just hung up. Having someone trying to pocket an extra $20USD off of me isn't a great business model.
• Mia (2/5): Doesn't deserve credit for customer care - Pool was closed for a longer period. Didn't get notified about this until the morning of arrival. The hotel really didn't seem interested in any compensating, that could be of any help to me. Wasn't able to get breakfast to go, sine I was leasing for an early flight out, even though breakfast was included in the price I paid. I had contacted the hotel to months in advance in order to arrange airport transfer as well, but as I was there, the price for this had suddenly gone up with 20 usd, even though I presend all the information needed. Lastly I needed a cab to take me to a medical centre, and I told the reception that I needed to pay with credit card for the ride, but that information seemed to be forgotten calling the cab right after, so at the end of my ride I had a very annoyed taxi driver, who rally wasn't to blame for anything for only accepting cash that I didn't have.

The best part about being in belize city or this hotel was being locked in my room The staff dont even say hello, Most Walking around with face like a smacked arse. The pool has seen better days, although the water looked clen there in no pool bar ect, its been abandoned. The restaurant for breakfast the was nothing left, At 9.10 I ask for a bit of fresh scrambled egg, she said no it closes soo. (10am) In the end she scooped up all the slips, put it in a bowl, microwaved it and gave it to me. Piping hot and 1 big block of rubber. Avoid this hotel unless you just want a good sleep and watch tv

• Rashanna (1/5): I was very disappointed with the stay.So much so that,we checked out early and went to another hotel - If I’m being perfectly honest, there was NOTHING I liked about my stay at this Ramada location. I was thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities overall. Everything is old and dated and did not look clean. There was a visible dirt on the lamps, walls and table. We did not even have a phone. Visible spots on the bed linen. Showered in my swim shoes because the tub looked questionable. I had to take a shower because it was soo hot and the AC barely worked. We thought if we just stayed busy with other things at the hotel, we wouldn’t focus on our terrible room. We went to the pool, the pool was dirty and cloudy and not well maintained. I’m lead to believe there was not enough chlorine in it because the local birds took up residence in the pool. At least 5-10 birds bathed in the pool for the 20 mins I was out there. There is all of 3 beach chairs! The free breakfast is trash!! And the dining room is taken over by flies. Movies theatre was closed!! Even though we was told it would be open. This stay was soo terrible, that we decided to check out early because of the conditions. My review, in 3 words. “Don’t do it”.
• Lorena (7/5): - Hotel con buena ubicación en la ciudad de Belice (especialmente si vas en auto) y con habitaciones con buen espacio. En general, personal muy amable. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no tenía la potencia suficiente considerando el calor de la ciudad, la mayoría de las noches me desperté por el calor (sin contar los diferentes cortes de luz que viví durante mi estancia) y a veces era más fresco abrir la puerta en las mañanas que mantenerse con el ventilador + aire acondicionado con tan baja potencia.

A more welcoming attitude would significantly enhance the overall experience. Unfortunately, my stay at the Ramada in BZ did not meet expectations. The room was outdated, basic amenities such as the TV remote and microwave did not work, and cleanliness—particularly in the shower area—was lacking. The curtains also appeared old and contributed to an unclean atmosphere.

Angefangen beim unfreundlichen Personal und alles total runtergekommen, dreckig, von Vorgänger Socken und Tüten im Zimmer, Bettlaken als hätte schon jemand im Bett geschlafen, Handtücher zerfetzt und eklige Flecken, einfach alles widerlich.. Alles! Dazu ganze Nacht laute Geräusche von Klimaanlagen? Von vorne und von hinten raus!

La porte de la salle de bain était difficile à ouvrir et bruyante. Le personnel du restaurant n'était pas aimable
