• Martine (10/5): L’appartement idéalement placé pour tous les sites d’intérêt à Naples. Alberto est un hôte tred agréable - Très bon emplacement : pratique pour visiter Naples et Vomero est un quartier agréable de Naples (très animé : beaucoup de commerces, restaurants et bars) Alberto et Marina ont toujours été très disponibles, réactifs suite à nos demandes et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants et activités. Nous avons même eu la livraison de croissants chauds , la veille de notre départ. Nous avons regretté que le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas pendant notre séjour
• patrick (9/5): Agréable séjour à Naples - L'emplacement, le bel appartement ancien, et l'aide du propriétaire. Quelques rénovation du matériel à faire. Bien se renseigner sur les modes de paiement la cb n'est pas acceptée.
• hanane (5/5): Logement proche du métro mais très sale, mal équipé, froid avec chauffage défectueux, climatisation payante non annoncée - Proche du métro (environ 8 minutes à pied) -Logement très sale (poussière, problématique pour les allergies) qu’on a réclamé auprès du propriétaire mais qui a refusé d’admettre cela (je lui ai même envoyé une vidéo des tonnes de poussières sous le lit et sur la tête du lit..) -Température trop basse, chauffage n’existe pas et climatisation payante non indiquée avant la réservation - Sanitaires défectueux (toilettes difficiles à utiliser la chasse d’eau ne fonctionne pas dans l’une des toilettes ) - Brosse de toilettes très sale avec des traces visibles de selles, hygiène inacceptable. - Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine (assiettes, poêles/Tefal) graisseux et sales à l’arrivée. - Logement sombre, manque d’éclairage - Fenêtre difficile à fermer dans la chambre où se trouve 2 lits. - Problème de sécurité majeur (porte de terrasse ne se fermant pas) - Demande injustifiée de 200 € pour la Clim qu’on a jamais utilisée et d’ailleurs on a fait une réclamation sur Booking qui a été acceptée .
• Sawyer (10/5): A stress free stay in this comfortable apartment - The location was a wonderful mix of touristy and local. The area has many restaurants to choose from for any meal, feels safe, and has taxis and public transport readily available to go exploring. Alberto is a wonderful attentive host! He met us at the apartment to show us in and how everything works, offered great suggestions for the local area, and responded quickly when we accidently locked ourselves out! The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and homey. It is equipped with an adequate kitchen to make most any meal. We really appreciated that there was enough coffee for 4 adults for the entire time! The little garden area was a nice bonus to have coffee and start the day. We absolutely recommend staying here, and you can relax knowing that Alberto has got you covered for any needs that may arise. :)
