The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If the keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. The guest will need to collect the replacement keys from our office. On check-out day, guests must not leave any trash in the accommodations. Guests are responsible for removing all trash; otherwise, a €150 fee for waste disposal will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, we will send you a link for online guest registration approximately one week before your arrival date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Rebecka (5/5): Ok men skulle inte rekomendera det vidare - Läget, storleken. Täcken kuddar och mycket annat var smutsigt. Speciellt äckligt var det att sängkläder och sängtillbehör var otvättade. Poolen var smutsig. Köket saknade redskap så som stekspade. Det var trasiga sladdar, trasigt i duschen. Dåligt vattentryck. Antingen kallt vatten eller skållande hett. Många småskador som gjorde huset i sin helhet till lägre standard än vad vi förväntat oss.

Steven (6/5): Property ok - Space of villa was good Garden felt unattached to the property, everytime you wanted a drink or something from the property you had to keep using external stairs, felt very disjointed, pool unusable was absolutely freezing

Also water in the bathroom gets extremely hot so that you can burn so be careful. WiFi doesn’t work. Could do with a chopping board. There is shower head missing in ensuit. Kayleigh (10/5): Exceptional - It was in a lovely area with walking distance to a beach and shops. The pool was clean and the house was very spacious. The hosts were lovely and responded fast to questions

Natalia (7/5): Great and comfortable house, but not very clean - Overall the house is nice. There is a lot of space, both inside and outside of the house. We loved chilling on the terrace during the evenings and at the pool during the day. It has everything you need, even for big groups like ours (7ppl + baby) - plates, sunbeds etc. the pool is nice and CLEAN with perfect temperature. We never needed an aircon because the house was nice and cool even in hot days. The location is great - 10min max to the beach, close to lidl, in a calm neighbourhood. It was not clean - especially the kitchen (floor, fridge, shelves) and the floor. I reported it to the property separately, because it was not a great experience, which is a pity coz the house is really really nice.
