• Benjamin (10/5): Great place with a comfortable bed. Excellent value - Great location in chapinero, certainly a much better value than any hotels in the area. No AC unit, needs another window shade to keep the sun out at 6am.
• João (5/5): Passable - The property is located directly across from a square where hundreds of people gather on weekends to drink and play music. It's very loud and made it hard to sleep well as you can hear a lot from inside the apartment.
• Olson (6/5): Inside needs some details, shower works great, curtains don’t really block light, host is nice, building staff are the w - The front desk staff are amongst the worse in Bogota. They allowed my deliveries to come , but then all of a sudden one staff didn’t and it caused many troubles. The place itself needs to be painted. The host was nice and caring and the place wasn’t too bad. But the front desk staff, always rude, not kind, and we tested them and they let random people walk through that didn’t pay, yet, good paying guests they push away so they can never return. I feel bad for the host, cause it’s not his fault.
• Vuk (3/5): Noisy and unsafe immediate vicinity of the building and no WiFi 5 out of 7 days - The building;s security was very thorough and efficient. Not surprising when we discovered that the Hippie Park, on the North side of the building is a main drug dealing venue in this part of Bogota, and the bulding security had to be alert 24/7. We liked to an extent, continuous presence of police at the Hippie Park and adjacent gas station. We liked Chapinero Alto neighbourhood, East of the Carrera 7, approximately 300 meters from the building, offering nice cafes and restaurants. If one is staying in Chapinero, we suggest to look for a property East of Carrera 7, 2-3 blocks away (noise), but NEVER near the Hippie Park! The location was very bad: super noisy until 3AM due to the Hippie Park on the North side of the building where our balcony was facing. Lots of teenagers, drug deals going and lots of police raiding and arresting people. On the East side of the building is a 24/7 gas station with a cafe where people were congregating until 2-3AM. Carrera 7, to the East of the property is a high traffic street with noise level unsuitable for proper sleep. The bed / mattress was on its last legs; equipment in the kitchen was minimal and of poor quality; there were no bedside lamps (one n the pic had no batteries nor power cable), and MOST ANNOYING of all, WiFi was not working 5 out of 7 days. Property manager was no help at all. Nor was Booking.com's Customer Service always hidden behind NoReply email address. Please refer to the chat in the Booking.com App. Booking.com clearly did not do a due diligence in regards to the description of the property's location. Relying on owner'd description and learning about the deficiencies from customer reviews is WRONG! As a platform offering the property you have Duty of Care to vet teh descriptions, locations and above all, Safety of the property / vicinity. If your propert partner advertises always available WiFi, and if their supplier has issues, they need to find alternative solution (portable WiFi modem) free of charge to the customer. In a city like Bogota, a traveller relies on the internet for transportation, sight reservation and other arrangements - so it is. more important than in some other global destinations.
• Facundo (8/5): Very good - It is very well located and has great facilites (gym and laundry). The street is too noisy. It is very difficult to sleep from thrusday to sunday.
• Joshuway (1/5): Bad - I was very unhappy with these accommodations. The rules were restrictive with them not allowing you to bring in a guest without pre-registering them. Additionally I had 24 hours without water which I understand is because of city restrictions but I was only informed of this the night before. That should be disclosed when booking. Also was not enough toilet paper at all for the length of my stay. The location is very loud which didn't bother me that much but if your even remotely sensitive to sound while you sleep do not stay here. Overall I just was not happy and would never stay here again.
• Krystian (7/5): the non-tourist Bogotá - Pretty comfy abundantly sized apartment in a central area. Nice view. The host was helpful and responsive. Enjoyed having the laundry room available a few floors down. Seems like there was a mix up in the cleaning dept. because when I arrived the bedsheets were not clean. The host was very quick to provide new bedsheets the following day. Besides the bedsheets I felt obliged to clean some surfaces and the coffee maker before using it.
• Glenn (1/5): Do not rent this condo from this owner, sloppy manager! - Good location, had terrace, good price, great view. When I arrived at desk they had no record of my reservation so they had to contact owner of apartment to straighten that out, this process took 45 minutes. There was no microwave on unit as advertised, no safe , no toaster, bed had hard worn out mattress on it, pillows were worn out and flat. I had to wait 30 minutes to check in a guest to my room.

• Horace (5/5): The property needs to be more transparent about their policy - The location and the rate The fact that you could not have visitors at all without a regulus approval process that would take too long for even someone staying there, and this was not mentioned in the advertisement, totally unacceptable

• Theophane (7/5): Good - I liked the building, the gym is very clean and you can do a good workout. The washing machine cost 10 mil pesos and the dryer also 10 mil pesos. The flat is very large, you have a lot of space for your stuff. The wifi worked very well. The bathroom is really functionnal. I didn't like the noise in the street, especially during the night. From the bed, we can hear literally everything and the isolation is very bad. It's like there are no windows. Even with earplugs, I could hear everything everynight of the week and we are on the 7th floor. I had to clean the forks and knifes when I arrived as it was not clean. I stayed there one week (7nights) and only had 1 toilet paper. For the price, I think it could be nice to add more. I think it's a nice building, the neighborhood is just not for me, especially at night!

• Mozhgan (9/5): Overall we were happy with our stay. - It was spacious and very safe. The location and proximity to the city center was great. Easy to get around by bus or taxi. It had a smart TV and we were able to watch Netflix and YouTube easily The stove top was a convection one and was very hard to work. There wasn’t enough cutlery or cooking utensils. It was quite noisy at night because the Hippie plaza is a place of gathering for many young people.

Vast studio apartment, big comfy beds, well-working bathroom and sensibly-equipped kitchen Staff reasonably helpful at check-in and concierge staff in building friendly It's not an apart-hotel, just one apartment rented out short-term in a building of apartments (some of, I guess, have long-term residents). So the concierge desk is not a check-in, and the apartment manager has to deal with you separately. Payment was a bit of a palaver - 3 on-line payment systems failed to work for a non-Colombian credit card, and eventually I had to get cash from an ATM to give to the apartment manager in arrival
