• Manon (9/5): Parfait pour cyclistes! - L’équipement, la grandeur de la villa et les sentiers pour rejoindre la villa de nos amis. Les repas congelés à proximité et les commerces. Il manque de bac de récupération.
• Ted Howe (8/5): Nice stay in Collingwood. - The beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent. Very easy to check-in. There were no toiletries, the curtains didn't fit properly and the furniture was very worn. There is also no recycling.
• Michael (8/5): Nice little place - Nice little place close to the ski hills and hiking trails. There is a nice walkable restaurant. It is a bit dated and could use some updating. Could use a sign in the parking lot that points to the unit especially for those arriving on a cold night.
• Filomena (8/5): If I was to go anywhere near Collingwood or blue Mountain, I would book again, for the peace and quiet and privacy. - If you like privacy and quiet, this is the place for you. It was very clean and no shortage of towels. The kitchen was nice and it was fully equipped. No Keurig machine, but a coffee pot. The place itself was very outdated. The one thing that I wanted to do was take a bath and I couldn’t. There was a hole in the tub.

• Nancy (9/5): - I really enjoyed the location and I thought this week was really nice and comfortable, and I enjoyed the privacy of it. The washroom in the bedroom the toilet had no water in the tank when we first arrived, and when I went to use the washroom, I realized I had to turn the water tank on, but then the water tank kept running, so then I constantly had to turn the water tank on and off to use the toilet.
• Jeff (7/5): Everything was good except the strong musty smell - I liked having a kitchen and two bathrooms There was a moldy musty smell the entire time we stayed. Not sure if that smell is in the other villas but it was in ours and it was strong

• Laurice (9/5): Was smooth from booking the place to exiting and want to commend the person/team assigned for the online chat - com - Spacious,open concept with fireplace (working), neat, convenient location, loved that we had a place to ourselves and didn’t hear the neighbours. Overall great, if I had to provide negatives to provide input for suggested improvement: Limited parking (one), some kitchen items needed rewashing, the bed had a couple of stray hairs and wifi could not hold steady connection.

• Claudia (8/5): - Spacious apartment, with a lovely fire place and good heating system. Extra pillows and enough space for your clothing as well as a designated parking for your car. The plug for the tv in the main bedroom does not work, nor does the outside light. Other than that, the property was lovely
• Yevheniia Kulish (10/5): Mountain View Villas offers a serene, comfortable stay with excellent service - We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain View Villas. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided, and communication with the staff was easy and friendly. It felt like a cozy home away from home.

• Bill (8/5): an affordable place to stay with lots to do in the area summer and winter! - Quiet, but close to restaurants, hiking trails, shopping and a theatre.
• Pollard (8/5): - The furniture was comfortable, including the bed. The fireplace was cozy and got the place very warm, very fast. It was a nice place to stay, a bit dated but a nice stay.
• Family (7/5): Would visit again! - Loved having an apartment to relax near everything. Tea pot had tea still in it. Livingroom furniture was bit uncomfortable and I rearranged it so couch was in front of tv. I didn't like that I had to start dishwasher and manage garbage and put outside I was charged $85 for cleaning so I shouldn't have had any responsibility for that stuff.

• Jim (9/5): The villa was a perfect getaway for us! - The location was perfect for us and easy to find. Really liked the set-up and having two washrooms was perfect. The master bathroom plumbing was slow draining but not a huge issue for us because we used the second bathroom.
• Brian (10/5): Great stay! - One bedroom with large living room and fireplace,, full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms! There were bars of soap but no shampoo. Like a hotel, a small bottle of shampoo would have been nice..

• Andy (9/5): Collingwood Getaway - We enjoyed our stay, although a bit cool to sit outside the little private nook would have been nice to sit out. The living area was comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed. Having 2 washrooms with 1 having a walk in shower, can you say lifesaver? My wife just had her knee replaced a couple months ago so the walk in was amazing! And the full cable package was very nice, I was able to watch the 1st football game of the season. I was happy! It was a bit cool in there the 1st night and we couldn't turn on the fireplace to warm up. So we watched TV from bed. The sidewalk ends where there is another car parked so we had to drag our luggage through the grass. If only there were patio stones along the parking spot, to allow one to walk to the designated parking space that would make it so much better. Be sure to bring coffee filters! I brought coffee, but it just wasn't worth buying a package of filters for 2 days. Last thing...wish we were staying longer. It was a great little getaway! We haven't been to Collingwood in 17 years. A LOT of changes that's for sure!

• Natalie (9/5): Peaceful and Amazing 👏 - I was a big fan of the privacy. I appreciate the table outside of the door for convenience. We had our own personal parking spot. I loooove the 2 bathroom idea. The location is close to a variety of restaurants. We had an amazing time. Well definitely come again 😊 N/A

Always happy when there's a kitchen private little alcoves outside Everything was provided but there was things you know. Extra garbage bags. Maybe some tin foil or plastic wrap or something in the kitchen when they said they threw some basic spice maybe had some garlic and onion powder and maybe a chili powder. They provide dishwasher powder but the tabs are so much more convenient

• Liixinc (2/5): Horrible experience - I experienced a check in issue during my stay, when i got to the place I notified that the unit assigned to me is already given out to other ppl, like there were ppl living inside that unit already, very difficult to contact anyone from the property management, all calls made went straight to voicemails even it was still within their office hours, we had to stay outdoor making calls trying to reach out to someone on a snowy windy night, horrible experience, finally i msg was received by someone via chat on booking app, after they know urgency of my matter, the average response time was still around 20-30mins. I got assigned to a different unit, (they provided me a new address to go, unit number and lock box number, they offered extended check out hours, no wifi code no other instructions were given) BUT NO EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN FOR THE MATTER EVEN I SAID THAT I AM WAITING FOR A EXPLANATION

We appreciated the fireplace, The fact that we do not have a phone that can receive emails so it made it difficult to communicate to get the info we needed to get into the unit. • Vicky (2/5): Very disappointed - The idea of a villa or suite and the location I arrived on shuttle bus in the dark The door code didn’t work Only number to call was answering machine or email I was fortunate enough to have a driver who would then take me to a hotel instead of leaving me alone on the street in a strange city The next morning I was finally able to get someone to open the door as the lock was broken I was given a key instead The next morning I noticed the faucet in the tub was loose and stopped by the office and told them Later that day I noticed the faucet was not fixed the TV in the bedroom not working as well as the clock 4:30am I heard a loud bang and then ting-ting-ting that continued 45 minutes Sounded like water dripping on tin Finally found it was coming from the furnace room Again no one to call Did the same thing at 7am Finally got up and left early after a shower waiting for the faucet to fall off Still haven’t heard about getting my money back for the first night and after the next two days deserve more Very disappointed in maintenance and response and no one on call after hours Shame really I liked the idea of a villa or suite and the location but will not recommend or return

• Jazz (7/5): Comfortable Accomodation - Big space, well equipped kitchen, working aircon, location is good if you have a car, clean and tidy and there's 2 bathrooms! Would be a good space for a family. Place wasn't as fancy as it looked in the pictures, bit dated, some drawers in the bathroom were broken with nails sticking out, duvet didn't have a cover so we questioned its hygiene, could hear next doors external air-conditioning unit, hard to find the light switches in the property and gym was tiny and not very usable for actual gym goers, pool was also closed.

• David (7/5): Older accommodation that needs some upgrades but priced reasonably compared to other accommodations - Very spacious, nice fireplace, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very clean, lots of pillows, blankets, towels. Great location close to bike paths. Jacuzzi tub was inoperable, no plug and one jet nozzle was missing. Shower in 2nd bathroom made very loud screeching noise. Mattress was very uncomfortable. To get the TV in the bedroom to work, I had to jiggle the wires at the back. There were several cables with electrical tape to hold cables to plugs.
• Treela (10/5): Exceptional - Just about everything was perfect. It was scent free and the space was very accommodating. All of the furniture was very comfortable. The space got stuffy at night. Normally I sleep with a window open but being alone on holiday I didn't want to risk safety. Also the prompt on what to do when you leave was sent a bit late as I had already left. I feel the check out should be 11 am, as 10 am is a bit early, especially if the message comes at 9:30 am.
• Bismark (3/5): Poor - Close to where I want to see or visit Sink was clogged, vent cover is broken at the top, like is going to fall off, jacuzzi was not working, bed headboard was coming off, the place needs proper maintenance
• Cheryl (9/5): We were impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property for the age of this property . - It was very clean, it had a fully equipped kitchen with silverware, would be good to know to bring coffee for an automatic drip. Location was excellent for dining, bycicling, and this particular unit we enjoyed because of its location at the back of the property with trees. It would be good to know up front that you need to call another location /building resort to use the oool. We had trouble finding the Phone number at first. But we’re successful making a reserved time.
