• david (7/5): El futuro ha llegado para bien o para mal - Bien ubicado. Reformado y diáfano. Camas amplias y cómodas. Buena climatización y acústica. Moderno y actual. Horario de entrada tardío, en cambio salida temprana con presión de la señora de la limpieza. Atencion muy digitalizada, atencion telefonica,indicaciones por internet. Menaje escaso, si quieres cocinar tendrás q comprar muchas cosas.
• Maria (6/5): Ok, pero muy mejorable - El piso es amplio y la localización del piso es estupenda * El termo de agua caliente apenas nos daba para ducharnos 4 personas rápidamente. Los colchones no eran incómodos, pero la cama no tenían edredones, sino mantas y colchas que dudamos se lavasen. En el piso hacía mucho frío cuando llegamos, que conseguimos calentar en horas con la bomba de calor. Las paredes son de papel, así que se oía todo lo que pasaba, especialmente el baño. El menaje está muy limitado, 4 cucharas, cuatro platos, cuatro tazas... tampoco había papel higiénico suficiente para 4 personas los 4 días que estábamos y solo unos sobrecitos de gel. También cabe mencionar que aunque llegas con el ascensor hasta el quinto, el piso se encuentra en la azotea y hay que subir un tramo de escaleras adicional. El código para abrir la puerta es excesivamente largo e incómodo para abrir la puerta cada vez que se entra.

• Hedwige (9/5): Séjour très agréable et à refaire - La proximité dans le centre-ville, où tout peut être fait à pied. Appartement au dernier étage et très calme. Bien agencé, très propre et agréable. Pour mon prochain séjour à Murcia, c’est sans hésiter que je prendrai cet appartement. Il n’y a pas de parking inclu avec la location de l’appartement mais il y a un parking public de l’autre côté de la rue (30 €/jour). Mais personnellement j’ai préféré réserver en ligne un autre parking public nommé José Barnes à 10 mn à pied qui est vraiment compétitif : j’ai payé au total pour une entrée au 5/11 jusqu’au 8/11 seulement 27,80€

• Francois (10/5): Appartement sympathique, bien placé - Appartement propre et très bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Parking juste en face de l’immeuble, pratique pour décharger (30€ la journée) Ustensiles de cuisine à revoir, une seule cuillère à café pour 3 personne , pas de sel par exemple

• Griffin (7/5): Location superb, clean and comfy but lacking essentials - Super location and very quiet despite being so central. Very spacious living area. Nice bathroom, lots of towels and extra bed linen. Nice to have a balcony and great to have the washing machine separate. The owners really over complicated the arrival and key collection process and it would have been nice to have checked in before 4 pm. No kettle or hair dryer!! Only pint glasses, unacceptable. We asked for a few smaller or wine glasses but none provided so we had to buy our own. The lounge is a great space with the lovely wall hanging of the bridge but feels very impersonal and empty with unnecessary, empty shelving, cheap lamps and artificial plants. Ancient magazines left there!! A few key improvements would make this apartment superb and you could charge more!
