• Lili_sabell (10/5): Cozy and sweet apartment at Milan - The apartment was super cozy, nicely equipped and clean. The team was very helpful in any doubt we had. The place were the house is located is beautiful with a garden.
• Mariab82 (4/5): Disappointing on a number of levels - The main reason for the poor score is we had to spend an hour following a treasure hunt series of wrong instructions to get keys, access doors to get into apartment. The lockbox codes were all wrong and most of the door codes didn't work. We were very lucky a porter saved us on the first night at 10pm as the host didn't answer the phone or messages until the next day. The area is full of graffiti so it was quite unnerving. The next morning we awoke to more graffiti directed at us outside saying "have you ever got lost?" The WiFi didn't work and the host didn't answer when we asked about it. The wall was full of dangerous looking wires so we didn't touch them to be safe. Also please wash the sofa as it smells bad.
