Apartment maintenance could be improved - broken things as leaking tap are not repaired. The shower cabin looked a bit moldy. AC is quite loud. There could be more information on building amenities and their operating hours provided

Uncomfortable bed, old sheets towels and blanket. Not super clean. The staff wasn’t very helpful (leaving my bags for only a short time after checkout)

• Jorge (9/5): Muy buena experiencia!! - El espacio de departamento, toda la infraestructura del edificio, las vistar u la ubicacion. Tenia todo lo necesario para cubrir nuestas necesidades. Era como un hotel con mas indepedencia. Habia detalles en algunos utencilios como la llave de la cocina y las cortinas blackout. A mi parecer es un detalle facil de solucionar para tener una experiencia completa. Tambien quizas optar por un roku para tener aplicativos de TV.

Mais bonita que nas fotos. Além disso, o proprietário é muito solícito e responde rapidamente as mensagens. O prédio é antigo. Tem um pequeno trânsito de elevadores, até porque dois dos quatro estavam quebrados nas datas em que eu fiquei no local. Mas é pequeníssimo detalhe perto dos benefícios.

Apartamento muy amplio, con bellísima vista a la playa de Leblon, transporte muy fácil en metro. El anfitrión, siempre pendiente!!!! Aunque el aseo estaba muy bien, las sábanas y el sofá estaban manchados.
• Maria Cristina (9/5): Amo Rio! Hermoso LEBLON - La vista insuperable! Muy lindo cómodo. La pileta no usamos el gym un solo día un poco pequeño. Tiene estacionamiento a la vuelta Podrían dejar un te un café edulcorante y un agua mineral en la heladera. Lo indispensable.

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - Best place I’ve stayed in a really long time. View 10/10 Didn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water in the shower until the last day. Hint: you barely turn it on for hot, and open it all the way for cold.

Host was quick to respond over whatsapp and was helpful. It took a long time to check in and get keys - the reception desk didn't have a record of my arrival and I had to call the host via whatsapp. We got there in the end though.
