• Tana (10/5): Great - The location is excellent, very close to the metro and well connected to all attractions and amenities. The host was great and responded to messages very quickly. The only downside was the noisy neighbors upstairs who were arguing at 5 a.m., although of course that’s not something the host can really control. It also seemed like the walls were quite thin.

• Silvia (3/5): - Die Lage zur Metro Es war quasi eine Souterrain-Whng., das stand nicht in der Anzeige. Man musste daher den ganzen Tag die Vorhänge vor den Fenstern lassen, damit vorbei laufende Leute nicht reinschauen können. Daher war es ständig dunkel. Die Küche war in keinem guten Zustand, es klebte alles, Teller standen noch neben der Spüle zum trocknen. Die Geräte waren teils verrostet, teils verdreckt. Wie haben Sie daher nicht benutzen können. Die ursprüngliche Glas-Duschtür gab es nicht mehr, stattdessen einen Vorhang, der mehr schlecht als recht angebracht, viel zu lang war und nicht verhindern konnte, dass das Duschwasser nicht in der Duschkabine blieb.
• Luis Alberto (8/5): Para disfrutar Roma, a tu ritmo - Espacio justo para una pareja. Ambientes bien distribuidos, habitación confortable y protegida del ruido. Baño adecuado. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario, incluso para cocinar. Minimarket y fruterías en la zona. A 50 pasos de la estación de metro, ideal para moverse por la ciudad sin vivir en la locura del centro. Lo recomiendo. Solo por pedir algo: cambiar el sillón rojo por uno más cómodo. El agua caliente de la ducha se agota rápido. La televisión es un enigma: no pude hacerla funcionar, aunque no la necesité.
• Constanza (9/5): Ideal para conocer Roma - Bien ubicado, al lado del metro. Lugar muy limpio y cómodo. Barrio tranquilo. Ely fue muy atenta, tuvimos un inconveniente con el hervidor de agua y lo solucionó el mismo día, facilitándonos uno nuevo. Volveríamos sin duda!. Lo único a mejorar sería el colchón de la cama que ya estaba hundido por el uso.

Luoghi di interesse facilmente raggiungibili in metro, fermata proprio a pochi metri.Zona tranquilla con tutti i servizi necessari, negozi ristoranti e anche gastronomia con piatti pronti.

• Amélie (8/5): Appartement très bien placé et fonctionnel - Les explications pour récupérer la clef ont été très claires et sans difficultés. L'hôte a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes. L'appartement est plutôt bien agencé. Les volets ferment entièrement (utiles pour les personnes sensibles à la lumière pour dormir). L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux commerces, restaurants et metro A. Nous avons eu des problèmes de douche sur 2 jours (avec intervention d'un plombier). L'appartement est un peu bruyant : nous avions l'impression que les voisins du dessus déménageaient les meubles et marchaient en talon.

Metro vos už kelių žingsnių, netoli yra parduotuvė dirbanti visą parą, tad jeigu ir vėlai atvyksite kažko nusipirkti valgyti rasite. Labai švari patalynė, daug rankšluosčių, patogi lova. Sausio mėnesį buvo vėsoka bute, reikia ištisai naudoti kondicionierių kad pūstų šilumą, tik išjungi ir šalta, ten toks kaip pusrūsis, langai žemai į gatvę- pro langą jokio vaizdo, bet kadangi bute mažai buvom ir grįždavom tik nakvoti, tai tinka.

• Christine (8/5): Très bon séjour, très bien situé - Appartement très bien situé proche du métro pour visiter Rome et avec un magasin d'alimentation proche pour les courses. Idéal pour 1 couple. L'hôte est très sympathique et la communication est facile. Très bon séjour Nous ne prenions que nos petits déjeuner à l'appartement donc la cuisine était suffisante pour notre usage, mais elle n'est pas assez bien équipée si vous comptez cuisiner et prendre vos repas sur place (pas de four, pas de lave vaisselle, peu de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine)
• Carolina (7/5): - La ubicación es lo único destacable. El apartamento es un semi sótano viejo. No es desastroso pero es viejo. El colchón demasiado blando y usado, las almohadas malas y la televisión microscópica. El baño viejo y desgastado, la cocina se cae a trozos... Además nos dejó productos empezados en mal estado como el azúcar o el café soluble. En cuanto al edificio, las paredes son de papel y por lo tanto el apartamento es muy ruidoso, ya que se encuentra en la entrada del edificio. Los portazos de la calle y la gente yendo y viniendo se escuchan a todas horas. Los alrededores no son la gran cosa tampoco, supermercados pequeños y de personal borde y muchas pizzerías. En resumen, para pasar la noche un par de días es aceptable por la ubicación, pero nada más.

• Pablo (8/5): - Buena ubicación cerca del metro, supermercados y restaurantes. El tamaño general es bastante bueno, con cocina bien equipada, dormitorios grande y muy comodo. Al ser un piso -1 no se puede abrir las ventanas para ventilar bien y se siente el ambiente muy húmedo, y se agradece que tenga lavadora pero al no haber circulación de aire se demora incluso mas de un día en secar bien.
• Venanzi (10/5): Ideal para compartir con tu pareja. - Estas a 100 metros del metro, ideal para cuando quieres volver luego de un largo día conociendo Roma, en minutos estás en el hospedaje. Aunque es mejor recorrer Roma en colectivo o caminando. Tenes parada de autobús cerca que te deja en el centro. El lugar estaba limpio, algo que siempre me fijo es el baño, estaba impecable. Super completo en cuanto a los equipamientos necesarios para alojarte. Amé que tenga secador de pelo, plancha, tabla de planchar, muchas perchas para colgar la ropa. Ely un encanto. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con mi pareja. Ideal para tener una corta estancia y conocer Roma! Nosotros nos quedamos 4 noches.

Aunque necesita de un poco de limpieza más y alguna reparación y pintura. El colchón es muy blando y despierta a la pareja en los giros durante el sueño. 8/10
• ISABEL (8/5): - Ely, encantadora. Totalmente accesible por wsp. La estancia muy cómoda y limpia. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. Muy bien comunicada. Pequeñita, ideal para una pareja. A 2 minutos de la boca de Metro, línea A, parada RE DI ROMA. Barrio bastante tranquilo y agradable. Muy recomendable. Es un bajo, pie de calle, lo que no te da mucha intimidad y es un poco ruidosa, a veces parece que la gente que pasa por la calle está en la casa, de bueno, tiene ventanas renovadas y si bajas las persianas clausuras bastante el ruido.
• Oleksandr (10/5): Wonderful impressions of Rome - Very good value for money. The apartment is equipped with all amenities, even pleasant little things like coffee, salt, sugar, and oil. It has a separate entrance from the street and a lockable mini courtyard. This may be convenient for those who use bicycles or scooters. There is a supermarket and a red metro line nearby. At first, there was a slightly "musty" smell, but it disappeared after airing. Well, or we got used to it). Overall, it wasn't a problem.
• Erik (10/5): Adorable comfort with access to the center - Good location (short walk to the metro and busses to the center), comfortable bed, functional AC/appliances, fast response from staff when there was a problem. Things were well-used and a bit run-down. Plus, there were a few ants occasionally. Not surprising given the season and the flat's location (slightly below ground). The staff definitely seemed to be working to stop it, as there were insect traps in the flat. Not huge issues, but worth noting.

• Suranyi (8/5): Adequate for a couple of days. - The host was really helpful and nice. Gave all the info one day prior the flight. Even a video on how to get the keys and where they are. Had all the basic facilities. Supplied 3 towels each, all different sizes. Kitchen doesn't have any heating, was a bit cold. AC in the bedroom wasn't really able to warm the room but there's a radiator in the bathroom, that helped a bit. Matrasse is a bit soft but it's up to personal preference. The upstairs neighbors like moving furniture at 11pm and 7am, but it wasn't that annoying.

• Helen (6/5): Overall we were pleased. The connection with the metro was great and we didn’t have to use a taxi. Supermarkets and rest - It was at a very good location - near the metro station and all the main cultural objects. It wasn’t in the centre of Rome, so we got to see, how “regular” people in Rome live. It was very cold. We were able to use the air conditioner to heat up the bedroom, but the warmth didn’t go into the other rooms (the kitchen for example). So it was very cold for us.

Subway was convenient but ends early in the evenings. This neighborhood in general is dirty and full of graffiti but we still felt safe for 2 women.

• Prashant (9/5): Quaint Apartment - Nice quaint apartment. Very near the Metro station Line A, in a good neighbourhood. Hostess Ely was very forthcoming and agreed to keep our luggage after check-out in her office nearby. The Air Conditioner and dish washer were not functional. We found the bed a little uncomfortable and sloping inwards while sleeping.

The house is amazing and located in the centre of the city. We had an amazing time in Rome thanks to this lovely house and it's location. Everything exceeded our expectations.

• Paul (7/5): I was there for a rugby match and everything was fine for that. - The location is great, right next to a metro station Couldn't open the windows as the appt. is just below street level and the view is just of car tyres and litter.
