• Alessia (1/5): - La distanza dal centro e la gentilezza del ragazzo che preparava la colazione e teneva la camera in ordine Sono arrivata il 16 alle 23 e 30, dal messaggio inviatomi dal proprietario la camera doveva essere la sant Agata numero 4, arrivata in struttura inserisco il codice inviatomi e la cassetta che doveva contenere la chiave era vuota , contatto il numero di riferimento e dopo vari tentativi mi manda un messaggio su whatsapp, rispondo informando che non vi erano le chiavi e non mi risponde più per mezz’ora , quindi resto fuori dalla stanza fino alla mezzanotte, per fortuna è arrivata una ragazza che accompagnava degli amici in camera e mi fornisce un recapito telefonico alternativo, contatto e una signora mi riferisce che la camera corretta era la numero due non la 4, le riferisco che nessuno mi aveva informata e alla fine riesco ad entrare in camera dopo la mezzanotte. Oggi durante il check out con mio stupore mi vengono richieste 4 notti di tassa di soggiorno , nonostante io abbia pernottato solo 3 notti, tra l’altro per colpa loro dato che mi hanno lasciata aspettare più di 30 minuti fuori dalla mia stanza di notte.pertanto la mia esperienza con il proprietario proprietaria è stata pessima

Frühstück war inklusive – man musste am Tag vorher eine Liste mit Frühstückswünschen ausfüllen. Für italienische Verhältnisse absolut in Ordnung. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß. Im Zimmer standen außerdem ein Wasserkocher, Teebeutel, Kaffeesticks sowie Wasser zur Verfügung.

• jorge (4/5): The location is decent but probably not worth all the other shortcomings. - The location was decent, being very close to the station so you can save a few bucks on transportation. Plus not too far from the main cathedral and others. Breakfast was on time and exactly what is offered. This feels much more like a hostel than anything. The first door you enter on the second floor goes to a hallway with about 8 rooms. I believe the key to the actual room is the same for each one though I can't obviously confirm this (the key has no distinctive grooves). The air-conditioning doesn't actually work and its really old but if you leave the window open, mosquitos will come in all night and bite you.

Estaba muy céntrico y manejable a la ciudad sin sufrir la aglomeración del centro. La habitación era amplia y con decoración agradable I liked the location of the B&B. It was very central and easy to get around the city without having to deal with the crowds in the city centre. The room was spacious and nicely decorated La parte negativa de la ubicación es que en la noche era bastante ruidoso. Mejor con tapones. Tampoco me gustó la organización ya que al llegar, la dirección no había realizado mi reserva correctamente. Tuvieron que ubicarme el otra habitación y me perdieron una medicación y me desaparecieron unas joyas tras que alguien accediera a prepara mi habitación. La dirección se ha desentendido de los hechos con lo que me he visto obligada a iniciar acciones legales. The downside of the location is that it was quite noisy at night. Earplugs are a must. I wasn’t happy with the management either, as when I arrived, they hadn’t processed my booking properly. They had to move me to another room, and they lost some of my medication and some jewellery went missing after someone had been in to prepare my room. The management has washed its hands of the matter, so I’ve been forced to take legal action.

La finestra della stanza non chiudeva correttamente, quindi i rumori della strada entravano in modo amplificato e hanno reso difficile il riposo.. Il materasso era in condizioni pessime: completamente sfondato, tanto che mi sono svegliato con un forte mal di collo. Un livello di qualità così basso non dovrebbe trovarsi neppure in un ostello, considerando pure il prezzo della stanza.

Tuve que usar datos de mi línea móvil por la pésima señal de wifi. Tenía que pedir que reinicien el módem muy seguido. No hay donde poner las valijas.

Close to all of the sights, bars, restaurants etc. The breakfast was very good and the owner was a very kind and friendly man. The safe supplied in the room. It was a small safe in the wardrobe which wasn’t secured to anything. Anyone could have picked it up and taken it.

No hot water after 11PM or midnight means no showers if you come back late. No wine glasses IN ITALY is beyond excuse. Windows are either to noisy street or dead small inner yard, neither of options could be loved. Shower booth leaks water to the bathroom floor badly. And the last but not the least - even if formally it's a hotel entity in reality it is certainly something that is typically named B&B with separate bedrooms and private bathrooms in most countries.

Bella doccia comoda. La colazione in camera è una buona cosa però è scomodo mangiare perché non ci sono sedie ne un tavolo. In bagno il lavandino è davvero troppo piccolo e poi non ci sono piani d'appoggio o mensole.

Servirebbe almeno una sedia; non è comodissimo fare la colazione seduti sul letto.

• Samanta (8/5): Boa acomodação, boa localização, com pequenos inconvenientes - A acomodação fica perto da estação de Santa Maria Novella e do centro histórico de Florença. Tem elevador. O café da manhã estava bom e Dylan prestou ótima assistência durante a nossa estadia. O apartamento era no primeiro piso e o barulho da rua incomodou muito. Não havia apoio para acomodar as malas. No banheiro, o chuveiro não tem porta e o piso fica todo molhado a cada banho. Não existe um suporte para colocarmos nossos itens de higiene pessoal e sentimos falta de ganchos para pendurar as toalhas.

Il B&b è in una posizione centralissima, ma soprattutto, a pochi passi dalla stazione e a pochi passi dal luogo di lavoro presso cui dovevo recarmi. Il materasso l'ho trovato troppo molle. I rumori provenienti dalla strada si sentivano tutti, soprattutto di notte. Il frigorifero in camera (n.6), quando partiva, faceva un rumore da trattore. Si potrebbe inoltre mettere uno specchio più grande visto che lo spazio c'è

• Antonio (6/5): Calidad justa para precio excesivo - Buena ubicación. Limpieza correcta a nuestra llegada La habitación era bastante simple y un poco descuidada. La nevera está dentro del armario de la ropa y hace bastante ruido por las noches. El desayuno lo traen en un carrito a la habitación, pero resulta algo incómodo consumirlo en el apartamento, ya que no hay espacio para apoyarlo. La mesa del apartamento es muy pequeña (tipo mesita de recibidor), ya ocupada por la hervidora de agua y solo hay una silla. Durante la estancia no hay servicio de limpieza. Hubiéramos agradecido algo de limpieza si se espera que comamos un croissant sin mesa. Mala relación calidad-precio.

• Mariet (7/5): - La camera era carina accogliente pulita Nella discrizione non c'era scritto che dopo a certo orario mezzogiorno devono farr il chek chin da soli,soltanto ce scritto fino le 23.30..ma il ragazzo ha trovato tanti difficolta per entrare...ha passato piu di un ora prima che lui entrato nella struttura
• Garcia (9/5): It’s a great place to stay for a few days in florence - the LOCATION is AMAZING. Really easy to walk around. I liked the breakfast, so cute how they delivery at your door, everything was clean and it was a good stay for the ending of our trip in florence. The bed is super confortable. Hot nice shower. And they were super nice! i had to check out but they let me leave my luggage there during the day so I could enjoy my day before leaving for the station that is super close BTW. for me its not a place to stay too many days because the neighbours can be loud. And the window is pointed to the back of the building so it doesnt have much ventilation in the room. But in general, its super worthy for a couple. They have everything you will need. No windows in the bathroom and like many places in italy. It doesnt work like a proper hotel. Its more like and airbnb with everything digital. But everything worked perfect for me. they sent me the code for the doors, very techy. Its better for conected people, If you dont have access to internet, it can be difficult.

• ERCOLE (5/5): NCS non ci siamo - Punti di forza della struttura sono sicuramente la posizione e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. La camera, carina di per sé, ma non funzionale. Mancano ganci per gli asciugamani in bagno perciò se li usi il primo giorno, l'indomani li ritrovi bagnati ed inutilizzabili. Non c'è una mensola e/o un appoggio in bagno dove poter lasciare i propri effetti personali. In camera non c'è una sedia o altro dove poter appoggiare gli indumenti né un tavolino per le valigie. Da ultimo la colazione che viene servita in camera su un carrellino peccato che non vi sia nulla dove appoggiarsi per consumarla se non sul letto. Insieme alla qualità veramente bassa. Tanto vale non darlo come servizio visto che viene pagato. Pulizia minima. Difatti tanto il calcare sui rubinetti che nel lavandino l'acqua esce appena. Inesistenza di personale. L'unico contatto è con un numero whatsapp. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo quindi non è valido.
