• Paweł (9/5): - Spacious apartment for a comfortable and short-tome stay (3 days). Quick access to the city center within 4 stations by subway line U1. The subway station is located on Reumannplatz and it's only 300 meters away. Moderate safety feeling in the neighbourhood, especially after sunset. Do not worry, it is not as dangerous as no-go zones in different large cities.

• Strakova (8/5): Chaos - Nepáčilo sa mi ,že aj keď sme už boli prihlásení cez elektronický ubytovaci formulár, informácie o čísle izby a celkovo o tom ako sa dostať do komplexu,sme dostali až po urgencii na Rakúskom telefónnom čísle, kde nám dotyčný poslal všetko,čo sme potrebovali, tj. Kód zámku na kľúče nie len od izby ale aj od výťahu. Ďakujem.

• Milan (8/5): good location, each check in, spacious, but not so clean and unstable and used furniture - location (close to subway), spacious apartment with nice arrangement, comfortable bathroom, easy check-in and check out, balcony. The walls all around the apartment have scuffs and grime. In general the furniture is unstable, shaky and requires fixes (e.g. chairs, wardrobe, etc.). Some parts of the apartment were not clean and with dust that accumulated over time. I can imagine, in summer it might be hot in the apartment (there is no air conditioning and its in the highest floor).

• DIMITRIOS (1/5): Ακατάλληλο-χρίζει ολικής ανακαίνισης - Τίποτα. Δεν είχε καμια σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Το κατάλυμα είναι απαράδεκτο και βρωμικο. Χρειάζεται ολική ανακαίνιση, πλήρως ακατάλληλο για οικογένειες. Είχαμε κλείσει για 3 βραδια, μείναμε μονο ένα και φύγαμε. Αναγκαστήκαμε να κλείσουμε αλλου.

Nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter des placards : on les a laissé tels quels. Nous avons laissé le logement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée.

• Misel (2/5): Werden diese nicht nochmal buchen. - Die Unterkunft war nicht in Ordnung aus folgenden Gründen: - mangelnde Sauberkeit (Wohnung, Gadgets etc.) - extrem unausstehlicher Geruch aus der unteren Dusche - Kaputte Möbel - Schimmel und Verkalkung - Heizung ging aus, kalte Nacht - nachdem wir Kontakt aufgenommen haben, sind wir auf Unverständnis gestossen, später dann ignoriert worden (trotz Bilder etc.) Fazit nach einer langen und schweren Nacht, haben wir uns gezwungen Gefühlt eine neue Unterkunft aufzusuchen.
• Tony (10/5): Great Flat for your holidays - Excellent location — 300 meters from the Reumannplatz metro station. Everything is near with easy access even to all Christmas markets and to Stephansplatz city center. 200 meteres-supermarket The Penthouse I stayed in for 7 nights was amazing. Spacious place, 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, and a balcony with a terrace. Modern flat with a very organized kitchen and kitchenette. The host is a great guy and very helpful. When I arrived, I called him because I was lost with my GPS and he explained to me how to find the flat. Also, when I lost the keys of the apartment and the elevator (my wallet was stolen in the metro), he came 30 minutes later in the middle of the night to provide me with new keys so I could enter inside, as it was freezing outside—3 degrees. Needs curtains in the room and more stable hot water
• Evelina (9/5): В целом мы были счастливы там оставаться - Аппараты очень комфортные и было все необходимое для проживания , персонал быстро и очень вежливо отвечал, постельные принадлежности идеально чистые, очень комфортные постели Высокая стоимость уборки которая не соответствует качеству. Духовка была грязная, на вытяжке духовки слой пыли , на веранде мусор. Подушки на втором этаже очень плоские и очень не удобные. Учитывая что апартаменты рассчитаны на семь человек, а в лифт помещается только два-три , один ключ от лифта не удобно.

• Łukasz (4/5): Żałuję, że nie czytałem wcześniej opinii. - Klucze znajdują się w skrytce na ziemi na stojaku rowerowym. W nocy były bardzo słabo widoczne, przez co długo ich szukaliśmy. Budynek wyglądał tragicznie, okolica bardzo nieprzyjemna, łóżka były zarwane, naczynia brudne. W szafkach pozostałości po poprzednich lokatorach tj. Paragony, reklamówki, papierki.
• Sarawallin89 (1/5): - Nothing the building's stairwell, courtyard full of rubbish. the stairwell untidy. it says penthouse, in the picture it shows glazed, there is only one window on the first floor, there is neither roller blind nor regular curtains so you could pull it down to make it a little cooler. No sofa downstairs, a double bed next to the dining table with a small fan that doesn't help when it's 35 degrees hot. upstairs there was a small balcony from which you could see a bit of the roof and building. I went there with my 3 year old daughter and can't recommend it. outside the front door there was paint, plastic and rubbish. even if you use the key to the elevator to the so-called "penthouse", shady people still have access to the floor. No penthouse and not worth the money. The pictures are just fake and you can't cancel or when you complain that it wasn't like the pictures you get a response that everything is on their side. very bad. unfortunately didn't take any pictures. I just walked in and out and found a hotel with a cheaper price. a mistake before my trip to be fooled by the pictures.
• Laurent (5/5): Décevant et cher - proche du métro et du tram. quartier vivant. terrasse agréable le soir quartier "sensible". A éviter pour personnes vulnérables. Immeuble délabré. Pas de rideau ni de stores aux fenêtres. L'appartement est donc extrêmement lumineux compte tenu du nombre de fenêtres qu'il contient. Sous les toits donc il fait extrêmement chaud lorsqu'il y a du soleil. On entend trop bien les voisins lorsqu'ils sont sur leur terrasse. Des chaises cassées. On capte très mal le wifi à l'étage et sur la terrasse.
• Timur (1/5): We were looking forward to the end of our stay in these "apartments". You can't treat people like that and - our stay in this hell is over 1) the entrance. At that point we should have already guessed what is waiting for us inside. My daughter has asked me, „mom, are we going to live in a junk yard?” 2) the apartment in general. It only looks good on the pictures or if you have poor eye vision. But you notice a lot of issues right after you step into the front door: shower door does not close, night stand should be leaned onto the dresser for it not to fall, the furniture is old and scratched, no one dusted off the flat before we came, spider webs were everywhere, the toiled seat is wobbly, the stair railing stagger. If fire department made an unannounced inspection of the flat, they would be terrified from the state of sockets and its plugs. Fire hazard! 3) beds and pillows. There are huge holes (bedsores) on the mattress, we got the back pain after sleeping just for a couple of nights! The pillows are simply unpleasant filthy pieces of cloth filled with COTTON BALLS! I cannot imaging a single person having a good rest in such conditions, and if you have back problems be sure that the pain will only worsen. 4) internet. We work remotely and for us it was critically important to always be connected to the WiFi. But there was none. At first we wanted to reload the WiFi router but we didn’t find any, turns out it was located in the neighbouring apartment (the owner rents out 3 flats near each other). Lovely British neighbours shared their WiFi with us, but it didn’t work as well! We did a speed test, turns out the speed was only 2 (TWO!) kilobits!! We have contacted the owner, he replied very slowly and showed no interest in helping us to solve the problem. He just asked the neighbour to restart the WiFi, spoiler: nothing changed. Dear future guests! Be careful, the WiFi is nowhere to be found. It doesn’t matter that it was advertised as an amenity. It does not work!!!!! 5) it is extremely hot in the apartment. Feels like a greenhouse. There is an AC, but it cannot cool down both first and second floor.

• Oscar (9/5): Very nice and luxurious appartment with cute balcony. - Cool pentchouse appartment with giant windows and cute balcony. The AC was not strong enogh to cool down the living room in 30C+ weather. Only a problem during a heatwave.

• Milovan (6/5): Not bad, price-quality ratio, too much fee for cleaning - Overall, the apartment is comfortable and spacious, well lit. In a good location, 3-4 minutes from the U-1 metro station (Reumannplatz) and about 200 meters from the tram line. Also close to the main train station (Wien Hbf). I can't say that I didn't like it, but there are some objections, first of all, the apartment is located in an old building that has a dilapidated staircase, which is either in the construction/renovation phase, so a large amount of dust and dirt is brought into the apartment after entering the apartment. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before entering, so in a few places, both on the stairs and behind the small sofas in the living room, there was visible dust, and cobwebs in the corners. Apart from the fact that there is no television in the accommodation, what I have a complaint about is the wifi, which only worked on the first day of the stay and the last evening. It's true that we didn't stay in the apartment during the day, so we didn't use it, but in the evening when we came to rest and when we needed it, someone decided to turn off the wifi router (which is not in the apartment, by the way) so we didn't have internet on the second day of our stay. In the communication with the owner, he told me that the neighbors in the apartment next to us had turned off the internet, so they will turn it on when they return from their walk in the evening. They turned it on at around 9 in the evening, but they also turned it off again immediately on the fourth day when we were supposed to leave the accommodation at 8 in the morning, so while we were at the accommodation we could not organize transportation and activities around the city before going to the airport.
• Noah (6/5): Easy, affordable, and comfortable - There is easy access to transit, modern appliances that look great, is comfortable, and is overall cheap for Vienna. I was satisfied with the apartment, but the building needs some serious work. For anyone in the future, the hot water is tricky to operate. You have to let it warm up before using it, and it cannot be at full flow.

• Aris (2/5): Scary - Location Where do I begin and where do I end… First, I’ll tell you about the first night when we realized, after returning to the hotel at 11 p.m., that we didn’t have hot water. Around 3 a.m., we were woken up by a deafening noise, as if someone was hitting the radiators with a hammer (literally, as if hitting them with a hammer). I contacted the owner to inform him both about the noise that scared us and kept us from sleeping, and about the hot water issue. Every night, we went to sleep anxious, wondering if we would wake up in the middle of the night again, thinking someone had broken into the room to rob us. Regarding the hot water, the owner visited the property and insisted that the water was warm enough for a shower, despite the fact that the outside temperature was below zero. Overall, our experience with this accommodation was not good. The place was not clean enough, the provided utensils were dirty, and the coffee maker was filthy as well. Ελπίζω να είναι όπως το ήθελες! Αν χρειάζεται κάποια άλλη αλλαγή, πες μου.
• Arthur (3/5): The worst experience we ever had with booking.com - It looks quite new - Ikea style 1) We were requested by the owner (manager) - not clear who he was to share all our personal data and to download our passport copies to the absolutely unknown web site. It was an order to get the checking instructions. Two hours of calling to the client's support on our way to Vienna. Very strange messages from the property - it was our first and really bad experience with Booking for so many years... 2) We booked it as a two-bedroom apartment. It has no bedrooms. Literally - no bedrooms. There is a double bed in the living room and a sofa on the second level. And kind of a room next to the sofa.Please do not be fooled. I will attach the pictures - pay your attention. 3) The gas heater is located just opposite the bed and it's quite noisy.
