- Χριστίνα (10/5): - Amazing stay!!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and everything was well organized.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the hotel team was incredibly kind, welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made a huge difference and made us feel truly cared for. We would definitely choose this place again for our next trip. Highly recommended!

- Simon (7/5): -
- Piers (4/5): -
- Kamel (1/5): - The depiction of the rooms is deceptive and fraudulent. Upon seeing the premises, I immediately canceled but the staff was belligerent and refused to refund. I am reporting the matter to the French anti-fraud authorities.
- Lala (8/5): Paris - Good location, spacious room Dusty sofa, old blankets, repetitive and poor breakfast
- Bernard (10/5): Marvellous place! - A peaceful place within reach of all services. Train, metro and attractions.
- Tereza (7/5): - Poloha hotelu super, v blízkosti potraviny, restaurace a metro. Žádná zelenina a ovoce.
- Caroline (7/5): -
- Tomasz (7/5): Perfect family weekend! - We've just been there last long weekend with family for two nights. Very good hotel if you are focused on intensive sightseeing Paris. Perfect and safe location, with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops, metro stations 100-250 meters which is also a very big advantage. The staff is very friendly, we didn’t take breakfast as we preferred to eat in town. Parking spot 25 EUR/ per 24 hours, which is also not very expensive in that area.
- Shahnawaz (7/5): - Thanks I liked to stay there
- Louis (7/5): -
Camera pulita e confortevole
- nkL153QZ (6/5): Bad room and horrible customer service - Not in the best part of town. The concierge was sleep on the sofa with his shoes on the floor when we arrived at 1 AM. We did not get the room that we paid for online. The room was too small to turn around in no room for luggage and there were bugs in the sink. The hallway to the room had no lights whatsoever. There is no shuttle as advertised, and there are no balconies as promised when we booked. Fighting tooth and nail for a partial refund for the 1 night of 2 booked that we stayed. Checked out asap next morning.
- K4629XSenriquep (4/5): Mixed reviews - I want to rate the employees with five stars. All the people working in the hotel were GREAT and helpful. They were very accommodating and responded to our needs.
But the facilities and rooms were not as good as you would expect from a 3-star hotel. I believe that the facilities are substandard for a 3-star hotel, but the employees are great. THUS 2 STARS FOR THE FACILITIES, ROOMS, AND 5 STARS FOR THE EMPLOYEES.
- Laetitia (8/5): -
- Marta (8/5): Zentral, ruhig und angenehm - Die sehr gute und gleichzeitig sehr ruhige Lage
- NICOLAS (1/5): Hôtel déconseillé, sale, vétuste, personnel exécrable. Fuyez ! Ne croyez pas les photos. - Absolument rien.
- Faton (4/5): Not recommended - Location Breakfast, room , bathroom,
- Gregory (8/5): - Calme
- ninoi87 (4/5): General review - Location:
The location of the hotel is excellent. We were able to walk to most of the must-see places, such as the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame.
Staff:
The staff were very friendly and nice.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was quite poor.
Cleanliness and Facilities:
The main issue the hotel faces is cleanliness and maintenance. Our room was dirty — there were spider webs on the ceiling, and the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned. It seemed that housekeeping was not done on a daily basis, and we noticed they don’t even have a vacuum cleaner.
If I had known about these conditions, I wouldn’t have stayed there, even considering the perfect location.
Room:
We had booked a quadruple room, which according to the invoice was supposed to include one king-size bed and two single beds. However, when we arrived, we found one king-size bed (which was comfortable), one single bed, and a sofa. The sofa was very old and made noise every time we moved.
Additionally, we were expecting one room but were given two rooms — which could have been a nice surprise — except that they were located on two different floors. The hotel itself is very old, the stairs creak, and it was quite inconvenient to have two floors with only one bathroom located upstairs.
Amenities:
There were no slippers, no minibar, no kettle for making coffee or tea, and no bottled water provided.
City tax: This tax was calculated as if the hotel were a 3-star property. Considering all of the above, I would rate this hotel one star at most.
- Deborah (6/5): - Plenty of dining options nearby and close to public transport
- Pascal (7/5): - Hôtel correct et bien situé
- Marisol (8/5): - I love the bed, it was very comfortable, staffers were very frendly, the were beyond and above. The location of the hotel was good for transportation.
- Maria Elisa (6/5): - Old property but , but still good, the location is good close to Metro
- Dennis (4/5): Find another place to stay. . . - First room they gave us the air-conditioning didn't work. I asked for another room and they said they were sold out. I hung out at the front desk and asked when it would be fixed . . .got no answer. He asked me how was New York (I'm from NYC) I told him New York was not happy. Then just like that we got a new room. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. If I had to say two good things about it, the location was great, and the shower worked well.
- Mohammad (10/5): - Location
- Andrey (8/5): - The hotel is located in a really nice area- quiet, with many cafés around, and it’s easy to get both a taxi and enjoy walks from there.
The staff were welcoming. The only downside was that one of the beds in our room was broken, so the rooms could benefit from some updates.
Overall, we appreciated the atmosphere and the location very much.
- mahfoud (2/5): - I think I was moved to a different building with lower quality rooms.
- Sharene (8/5): - Works for one night pit stop
- Denis (7/5): -
- Lisa (6/5): - The hotel was surrounded by cafes. Great choices for dining. The hotel room was clean but the furniture was rather old and worn. The carpet in the common area was very dirty. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were sent to the second location when we checked in. That site was not acceptable. The room was clean but bathroom was not acceptable as the toilet seat was damaged and very stained. We were moved when we voiced our issues. The staff were helpful and courteous.
- Saskia (10/5): - Super nettes Personal. Leichter Check-Inn. Sehr gute schöne Lage des Hotels. Direkt eine U-Bahn Station und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Süße Geschäfte und Cafés vor Ort. Schöner ruhiger Innenhof. Feines Frühstück. Sanitäranlagen waren teils verschimmelt und kaputt.
- Luke (8/5): - Would definitely recommend. In an excellent location. Had some weird situations that may only be weird for cultural reasons. AC didn’t really work.
- TOAN (10/5): - Safe, friendly.
- Alain (8/5): -
- Jason (10/5): - We are a family of 5 and had a wonder Stay at this great property in the older area of Paris. Staff is incredibly polite and helpful!
- Paul (6/5): - Bathroom was extremely small. Rooms were small and no where to put the luggage. Only one fan, very hot in the room.
- Anthony (8/5): -
- Yusie (10/5): - Great location! Easy access to all the transportation. Lot’s of restaurant around, close to the touristic places. Descent place to stay in Paris.
- Daniel (2/5): - front desk clerk was a nightmare, changed rooms then just left as it was horrible
- Jean-Philippe (6/5): - Ok for a Paris hotel in a prime location.
- Cecile (7/5): - Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff Some parts a bit run-down and could do with a refresh
- Patricia (6/5): - The location
- Bahjat (10/5): - Beautiful and nice earea
- Sonila (10/5): - The hotel was old and had room for improvement. It was ok since we mostly stayed out until 1 am but if you looking for something luxury it is not.
It is very good place , no need for car, easy to get public transportation the team was very nice and friendly.
They did help us for taxi in the morning and all check in and check out it was smooth.
We do recommend it base on your needs.
- MARKO (10/5): - Very good walkable from a lot of attractions and very close to metro and train stations
- Sarah (10/5): - Great service
- Jan Garner (8/5): - We’re lucky to be upgraded to a triple room due to our last minute booking. The hotel is a small Parisienne hotel in the restaurant strip of Montparnasse. It is an old building but our room has had a refurbishment of the bathroom so apart from a small bit of mould on the window frame it was very clean. We opened the window to air the bathroom while showering. The room had a balcony looking over the street which we could use to dry laundry. Access to the Metro was excellent with two stations very close. Staff were helpful and friendly. Quite acceptable.
- Lee (2/5): not value for money. 1500e for 4 nights. No coffee/tea making facilities, layout very poor - n/a n/a
- lenalD6628ZF (4/5): Not recommended. - The location is quite convenient, about a 6-minute walk to Gare Montparnasse, with lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. The manager did try a few times to fix it, but without success. If you rely on internet access for work or directions, this might be a challenge.
The hotel is a bit dated, and some of the facilities could be cleaner. There was also a noticeable dripping sound at night, which made it hard to sleep. Not recommended.
Chambre correcte. Personnel agréable
- Tu (8/5): - The check-in staff and staff in general were incredibly friendly and kind! They welcomed us with smiles, jokes, and laughs and made us feel right at home. The rooms themselves were quite dated and old, but clean and did the job for a few nights in Paris. It is decent if you want to stay close to the city for a decent price, but don’t want to stay in the city. The metro is also only 5 minutes walk (although there’s no elevators, just stairs if you have hefty luggage), and it easily gets you to the Eiffel Tower without any changes.
- Margaret (4/5): - Unfriendly and unhelpful reception. Request for towels delayed for 3 days. Request for a bulb for the reading lamp, never happened. Toilet seat not fastened down and shifted around. The first night was NOT the room we requested. So we had to change rooms for the rest of the stay. The Hotel was NOT the one I paid for. They made us move to another building down the street. I don't know why. They didn't answer questions and were NOT friendly
- Licia (8/5): - Is not Únic
Is Renor Germain , best tan Unic
- mikael (4/5): - could be a very cosy place but is not managed properly
- Sukhanova (10/5): Exceptional - the hotel left a very pleasant impression! the staff deserves special attention - very nice guys at the reception, they will always help with everything
- Miguel (6/5): - I had privacy concerns. In two occasions the housekeeping personnel opened my room door with my family sleeping. The interior door lock does not prevent to open from the exterior
There was mold in the bathroom
- dandy (10/5): - great place to stay ...
super quiet
10/10 clean.
close to any transportation like metro .. and close to shopping centers
Rauhallista kuitenkin.
- Adrian Stefan (4/5): - When we tried to check in , the front office couldn’t find our booking and we were sent at another hotel that had a similar name cause he thought it was that one , just to get there and be told that it’s not that one , then after a while the booking was found at the first hotel and we were given a room in the back “garden” of the hotel and we were told it’s a “matrimonial room” , which it was obviously not as it was next to the hotel bins, had mould , the bed sheets were ripped , no phone in the room to get in touch with front office , the overall condition of the room was absolutely awful and beforehand we were told “we have no other rooms available “ , but because we were tired from the trip we had no other choice and decided to take it just to get some rest and eventually in the morning to find out that there were plenty of rooms available which was ok, breakfast was very limited with incredibly few options and from time to time pigeons were flying in and serving themselves from the empty table as bread and brioche were left for the next customer to come in . The hotel is in a nice area and it was easy to travel around as the metro station was next to the hotel . Awful experience for our first night in Paris
- Leann (8/5): - GREAT location!!! Though the rooms are definitely not sound proof. Liked enough that will stay there again next time in Paris.
- Lucy M. (8/5): - Close to metro
- Maria (10/5): - we basically stayed in our room to sleep, shower and get ready for the day. I wasn't happy with the original room they assigned to me so i told the concierge and the next day they showed me 3 possible rooms I can choose from. Robbie is very accommodating to my family. The staff is friendly as well. The location is perfect! walking distance to Edgar-Quintet station and theres many areas to eat, shop and drink. it is close to 5 corners and areas are not so far, easy uber rides and taxi to major attractions.
- Cecilia (7/5): Good - The location is good, the staff friendly and nice Nothing
- Anna (7/5): All in all - good - The hotel is perfectly located - easy to reach by bus, metro or taxi (20-25 minutes from Gare de Lyon); 10 minutes walk to Luxembourg Park. For breakfast we went to the nearest café, there are plenty of them. Unexpectedly comfortable bed. If you don't have inflated expectations - this is the place for you. All in all, the hotel is ok, no more. As we knew we would not be spending much time in the room, it was enough for us. The room was tidy and the bed was clean. The furniture and especially the bathroom/toilet are very old and need renovation or at least a good cleaning.
- marlene (10/5): - very accesible to everything, metro is a 5 min walk, convenient stores is nearby, a lot of choices of places to eat.
the hotel itself is ok, one bathroom for 5 people, 2 levels of sleeping area. toiletries provided.
the staff is great, Guilles and Mateo
- Idaerth (10/5): - Everything was nice
(Hotellrommet var over 2 etasjer). God frokost.
- John (7/5): If you make a renovation then it might look like the photos - Great location Run Down appearance, carpet, walls, interior paint...
- NYLIANA (8/5): - The property is a lil’ bit old but cozy. However, the location is the BEST. Great restaurants and cafes options and the train station around the corner.
- Amber (10/5): - Location was great.
- Yuechun (10/5): - We liked this boutique hotel. Since it was in traditional Parisian style building, the rooms were not big but adequate, and very clean. Great location, close to several different metro stations. There were a lot of crepe restaurants on the same street and a couple of good bakeries close by.
- Charbel (10/5): - It was a walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bakeries,… very quiet, beds are so comfortable. Staff are very friendly and very safe area.I highly recommend this hotel.
- Olav (4/5): - Ikke som forventet. Bildene lyvere. Sovesofaen knirket veldig.
- Krisztian (8/5): Nice suites in nice area - It was a good hotel in a good neighbourhood. Lot’s of reaturants and countless creperies are situated in walking distance. 3 metro lines are less than 5 mins walk which makes this hotel connected to the downtown / old Paris very well. It was clean, and the clean the suites every day, except before your last night. Which is normal, I think. The staff was helpful and kind. They were willing to speak English which is a big thing in Paris. :-)
There are 2 negatives with their suites. The toilet is upstairs. So whoever sleeps dowstairs has to climb a steep staircase to do “their thing”. It is very uncomfortable during the night when you basically cannot even see. Secondly, the heating… If you go there during the winter, the upstairs will be hot as hell, and you’ll freeze downstairs. We weren’t able to set a good balance. We couldn’t sleep in 32 degrees upstairs. But if you bring down the thermostat to 22-24 (which is a nice temperature upstairs) you need to sleep literarly in coats downstairs.
- Omar (10/5): - A really nice experience in the center of Montparnasse, everything is close and the reception is available 24/7
- Brian (6/5): Pleasant -
