• Natalia (5/5): I do not recommend this place. - Location and attentive staff. Although decorated in a modern style, the structure has serious problems. There is a very strong moldy smell, and the soundproofing is practically nonexistent, since you can hear everything from the street and from the neighboring apartment. It was impossible to sleep. In addition, there are safety concerns: an elevated structure leads to the bedrooms, with low glass walls. The main bathroom door is made of glass and has no safety markings whatsoever. In fact, two people in my group hit their heads and got injured because, during the night, it was impossible to see that the door was closed. The staff stayed in contact with us at all times and offered us another unit. However, we lost a lot of time with the move and were barely able to enjoy the city. They tried to make up for the inconvenience, but the truth is that the overall experience was quite negative.

• Tushar (10/5): De perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een weekend (of langer) in Sevilla - Perfecte locatie, het appartement is compleet ingericht en de host is enorm behulpzaam, echt een aanrader! Het stoorde ons niet maar het is in het weekend tot laat rumoerig op straat en de glascontainers worden vroeg geleegd 😉

• Fanny (3/5): L’emplacement idéal est totalement gâché par le bruit - L’emplacement L’appartement est très bruyant, aucune isolation de fenêtre alors que l’appartement est au niveau de la rue, dans un quartier très vivant. On entend les conversations des gens comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir avant 3 heures du matin. 3 grandes fenêtres composent cet appartement et l’une d’entre elles était condamnée donc une luminosité médiocre, on se croirait dans une cave… très bruyante!

• Jordi (10/5): Tot perfecte - Apartament molt cèntric i ben situat. Espaiós i acollidor. Molt ben equipat i amb tot allò necessari per tenir-hi una bona estada. Els edificis més importants de Sevilla, com ara la catedral, l'Alcázar o la Torre del Oro estan a menys de 10 minuts a peu. I a més, en aquesta zona hi ha a prop molta oferta gastronòmica. Com que és molt cèntric i els carrers són una mica estrets, de matinada es pot sentir algun soroll com ara alguna moto o el camió de les escombraries. Però nosaltres hem dormit bé.
• JOSÉ RAMÓN (10/5): Perfecto para conocer la ciudad - Lugar perfecto para visitar la ciudad, limpio, céntrico y bien equipado, tanto la directora como el resto del personal son muy amables y atentos. Nada que objetar.

• María (3/5): Un alojamiento para no repetir - Sin duda, lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación Las camas y almohadas muy incómodas. Los colchones te empujan hacia al medio de la cama, es algo que pudimos comprobar diferentes personas de pesos diferentes. 2 baños completos: uno con ducha al descubierto (te ven desde la habitación) y el otro con ducha traslúcida (distinguen tu silueta desde el salón) Acceso mediante enlace muy incómodo, solo permite la apertura desde un único dispositivo a la vez. Se puede dar acceso a otro dispositivo, pero entonces el primero queda inactivado. Muy incómodo cuando hay varias personas. Malos olores, como a cañerías, en todo el apartamento. Presencia de cucarachas, no una ni dos, muchas y de varios tamaños, que salen de noche de paseo y te las encuentras en la cocina, salón y en el baño de la planta baja.

• Felipe (10/5): ¡Gran apartamento al lado de La Meastranza! - Es un apartamento MUY bien dotado. Tiene vajilla, la adora y secadora, una amplia y cómoda cocina, comedor y sala. Y dos habitaciones abiertas en el segundo piso con dos baños completos arriba y uno sin ducha abajo. Todo de maravilla.

There were little details, such as some toys for kids, which made life easier. Communication with the hosts were very good and they were very receptive to our needs.

• Agata (10/5): couldnt be better for a relaxed city break in Sevilla - host reccomendations and help, great interior design, everything taken care of till the last detail I like everything, but if you travel with a group of ppl, you should consider there are no doors to the bedrooms, it]s like a big open space - all the apartment. For us it was perfect.

• Kelly (8/5): Despite the minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for families with older kids. - Location, location, location! The property was within a short walking distance to the Alcazar, Cathedral and Loewe store if that’s your thing. A contrast to the Spanish architecture outdoors and kids would have a lot of fun on the spiral staircase ◡̈ We didn’t cook but they had cutlery, pots and electric kettle if you prefer to. The apartment was also on the ground floor so you don’t need to worry about hauling luggage up stairs but the bedrooms are located on the second level so you do have to bring your suitcases up on the narrow spiral stairs. You can request for a private parking space before arriving because you don’t really need a car since the location is so central. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. This might be a cultural difference but we don’t wear shoes indoors and expected the floors to be clean. But there were black marks and hairs probably due to local custom of wearing shoes indoors. There was also a lot of dust so something to keep in mind for those with allergies. The edge of each step on the metal stairs are slightly sharp, so keep an eye for younger children. As one reviewer noted, the bathroom in the master bedroom only has glass door so the shower and toilet is completely exposed. The guest room has a private bathroom and there is another private toilet next to the living area. Also, we heard scratching on the inside walls of the downstairs toilet but a flush scared the creature away. We didn’t hear it again during our stay. There are no condiments for cooking and they were out of laundry detergent so we got a bottle and left it for the next guest. One important thing to note, the two upstairs AC were broken and one of the AC covers fell on my sleeping child. Needless to say, we all started our morning earlier than we intended to. The central AC was working fine and cooled the house enough but my partner runs hot and it was inadequate for him. Construction is still going on next doors. Ear plugs work perfectly for me but if you are a light sleeper, you would be woken up early.
