• Franziska (7/5): - Location was good and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very tidy and so was the kitchen. It is good for a night or two. There is a lovely coffee place just outside the building. Definitely recommend going there in the morning for your caffeine fix. Getting into the building and finding the apartment with the rooms was a bit tricky, but manageable if you have wifi and reception on your phone. The bedroom I got given was right next to a very noisy road, and you could not sleep with the window open due to the noise level. The window had to be open, though, because the entire room and apartment smelled like someone had doused it in room refreshener or fabric softener. Everything smelled of peachy florals for the time I was there.

• Paul J (7/5): - Great location for tourists activities in the heart of Bilbao. Short walk to art museum, parks and old town. Extensive shopping and urban fair. Excessive use of detergent on the linens. Strong fragrance gave me a headache. Smelled like sleeping in a bottle of perfume.

• Karpova (5/5): Very disappointing - Unfortunately, nothing. The location was ok. When you are a tourist, it is better to stay near the old city. All the furniture was quite used and in some cases needed renovation. The cleanness was ok, though once you scratch the surface, it was not cleaned properly. The most unpleasant thing was a window into the inner yard/roof, which was close to the ventilation from the kitchen downstairs and one can smell what was cooking. The bedsheets were washed away and do need replacement.

Algo tan básico como tomar un café se convirtió en un problema: al solicitarlo, me indicaron que, aunque había cafetera, tenía que salir a comprar las cápsulas a un supermercado si quería usarla. Me pareció una falta de previsión y de atención al cliente, especialmente tratándose de un servicio tan simple que debería estar cubierto. En general, una estancia poco satisfactoria.

Truly terrible communication (no idea how to find or get into the room I pre-paid for, no instructions for anything actually), the only reception person spoke zero English and could not translate via apps, put me into a tiny, dirty apartment that did not match photos, description, or the reviews provided (after taking a photo of my passport)!☹️

• Antonio (10/5): - La disponibilità della proprietaria: a causa di un contrattempo sono dovuto andare via un giorno prima rispetto alla prenotazione che avevo effettuato su Booking. Lei è stata disponibilissima nell’aiutarmi ad effettuare il check out anticipato e mi ha concesso anche il rimborso di quella notte. Oltre ad avere una posizione centralissima e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo la camera è molto confortevole e pulita. Sicuramente sarà il mio punto di riferimento per le prossime volte che tornerò a Bilbao. Consigliatissimo. Niente

• Michael (7/5): Für eine oder zwei Nächte ok. Für einen Urlaub in der Region ungeeignet. - Der Flughafenbus hält genau vor dem Apartment. Die Lage ist super. Die Räume waren sauber. Die Dusche können nur schmale Menschen benutzen. Alles andere ist unmöglich.

• Mads (3/5): - Really nice and big room. Very centrally located in Bilbao, 40m from the airport shuttle bus. Shared kitchen that seemed well equipped too, so should be able to cook yourself. Bed mattress was way too soft (mattress too cheap?). When lying on the side, my hip sank to the bottom of the mattress and I am normal build, albeit 1.95m in height. Slept on the floor to avoid back troubles. Luckily we only booked one night. What's a room worth if you can't sleep comfortably?

• Lilla (10/5): - The location is absolutely extraordinary, it's the heart of Bilbao! The building is really impressive, never have I been in such a beautiful flat! It's not 'fake luxurios' as many hotels nowadays, it's stone and wood with a lot of real :) paintings... I loved this place and was happy to be ale to stary there :). I didn't use the kitchen so I don't know anything about it. The staff was very helpful and easy to contact. I asked to turn the heating up, they did it and IT was pleasantly warm. Absolutely recommend ❤️ Nothing

The staff was helpful over WhatsApp The rooms were very small but also a bit depressing and the window is to the concrete middle, not to outside so there wasn’t good air flow … they also tried to put me into a different type of room that I didn’t book at first, and I requested to be put into the room I booked

Anche senza bagno privato, l’ambiente è piacevole e curato: ottima scelta per visitare Bilbao.

• R (10/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt! - Die Lage ist super zentral, direkt an dem bekannten Kreisel und die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr edlen, modernen Gebäude. Die Wohnung selbst hat mehrere Zimmer auf den Fluren und zwei Gemeinschaftsbäder, die top sauber sind. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt Fächer im Kühlschrank für jedes Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst war schön eingerichtet, Sofa, Kommode, Fernseher plus Bett und Rollladen. Ich habe mich richtig wohl und zuhause gefühlt! Ich würde es immer wieder machen. Auch Liliana war eine liebe Seele, die sich um alles super gekümmert hat.
