• Angelo (7/5): Come fate senza il bidet? - Ottima posizione per vivere il mare, in 3 minuti sei in spiaggia. Capolinea di diversi bus per raggiungere ogni punto di valencia e la metro. Supermercati e tutti i servizi in zona. L'appartamento è al piano terra e non ha altri affacci o prese d'aria se non quello della porta d'ingresso, ma essendo al piano terra tenere aperto per arieggiare vuol dire stare sulla strada. In bagno non c'era un normale lavabo ma un lavandino microscopico inutilizzabile per lavarsi, abbiamo dovuto lavarci al mattino in cucina. Ma peggio ancora, almeno per noi italiani: non c'era il bidet.
• Sonia (7/5): Estancia en Valencia - La ubicación, el gusto en la decoración, la equipacion . À pesar de lo nuevo que se ve, hay un ligero deshuso en el papel de las paredes. Aparecieron un par de cucarachas de tamaño considerable

• Antonia (6/5): - Limpio, nuevo y muy bien equipado. Había cucarachas en el baño, la puerta de entrada no aisla bien del exterior (hueco en la parte inferior), el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. No tiene ninguna ventana .
• Fatima (5/5): War nicht so ideal.ich war nur am Staub fegen .und mich aufgeregt über diese winzige Waschbecken - Die Lage .und alles war neu Kein Fenster für frische Luft .Haupt gangtür war nicht dicht da kommt viel zu viel Staub und Bäume Blätter und Ungeziefer.das Waschbecken war ein Witz .sooo klein ,ich könnte nichtmal meine Hände waschen.beim Gesicht waschen oder Zähneputzen ist alles am Boden gelandet .

Lo abandonamos nada más llegar - Nada, ni la ubicación cuyo acceso era directamente desde la calle, el mal olor en la habitación, la sensación de inseguridad, y el agua de la cisterna estaba ardiendo. De hecho no nos quedamos allí ninguna de las dos noches que teníamos reservadas. No me gustó nada. Este tipo de apartamentos no deberían ofrecerse en booking
• Kateryna (6/5): Можна знайти кращі варіанти за ці кошти - Близько до моря. Море - неймовірне. Чудовий пляж. Поруч два великий магазини. Зручне ліжко. Є духова шафа, мікрохвильовка, чайник, тостер. Два телевізори (хоча ми не дивилися). Пралка одразу з сушкою. Мало туристів. Почуваєшся як іспанець. Багато чого просто не доглянуто. Кондиціонер весь у пилу, через це він міг увімкнутися і не вимкнутися чи навпаки. Не можна було зрозуміти як увімкнути витяжку. І персонал теж не знав (надали хибні інструкції). Каналізація дуже дешева. І за час перебування вона почала текти. Дуже незручний замок. Якщо у тебе немає телефону чи він сів - ти не потрапиш у помешкання. Персонал відповідає швидко, але майже нічим не допомагає. Нам також неправильно сказали як саме називається наше помешкання. Ми все намагалися зайти у нього згідно інструкції, але не вдавалось. Кілька разів перепитували, може персонал помилився у назві, але ні. Ніхто не вийшов і не допоміг. Ми спробували за тими інструкціями відкрити інше помешкання і вийшло. А то так в провели б відпустку на вулиці не зайшовши у квартиру. На 14 днів перебування трьох людей нам виділили 30 мл шампуню, 1 таблетка для прання, 4 пакети для сміття, 3 рулони туалетного паперу… Все довелося купувати і там же залишати, бо у літаку залишки не помістяться. Не було кришок до пателень. Не було посуду для духової шафи. Також дуже брудний сам район. Навкруги сміття і какашки собак. Двері не відкривалися нормально. Немає вікна фактично. Скляні двері і закрите жалюзями вікно мають поверхню, через яку видно тільки тіні того що за ними. Сусід постійно курив біля наших дверей. Дитина боялася спати, бо весь час тінь. Вихід на вулицю.
• Sobreviela (9/5): - El apartamento esta monisimo y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación perfecta para ir a la playa y cerquisima de autobuses. Nos costo un monton abrir la puerta. La ducha se salia un plco por el suelo Nos hubieraa gustado que la puerta tuviese estor o que fuese opaca. Daba un pkco de cosa estar casi en la calle
• Andrés (10/5): - La ubicación sin duda es su punto fuerte a tan sólo 230m de la playa en línea recta, menos de 5 minutos andando. La vivienda está en una zona muy tranquila, con decoración moderna está super bien equipada, dispone de todo tipo de pequeños electrodomésticos, la cama amplia y muy cómoda y todo bastante limpio. Totalmente recomendable, repetiremos! El tamaño del lavabo es demasiado pequeño y sin motivo para ello, el baño es grande como para tener un lavabo de este calibre tan diminuto. El agua del váter se carga con agua caliente del termo, lo que provoca un ambiente nada agradable en verano.

• Sara (3/5): INSEGURIDAD - La cama era cómoda y en general estaba limpia al entrar, además estaba bien equipado Tuvimos muy mala experiencia en cuanto a la seguridad dentro del alojamiento ya que el último día a las 10 de la mañana nos abrieron la puerta del apartamento los siguientes huéspedes utilizando el mismo código que nos dieron a nosotros, es decir, podría haber entrado cualquiera, me parece vergonzoso que pesan estas cosas, me encontraba en ropa interior en ese momento y aún quedaba una hora para mi salida. Por no hablar de que a la puerta de la entrada la faltaba la parte de abajo y siendo un bajo y estando en una zona de mucha humedad nos entraban cucarachas y otros insectos a diario o pesar de echar insecticida todos los días. Solo echamos la foto el último día pero era de manera continua. La atención telefónica solo podía ser en inglés o francés nada de español.

• Krismer (8/5): If you are looking for a budget friendly near the beach. This apartment is a good choice for a small family. - Location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Near supermarkets, fruit shops, restaurants and bus stops going to the city centre and train station. They give essentials like laundry soap, dishwashing soap etc. Door should have blinds because when the sun is out the house it too bright. If you wanted to sleep more, bring eye mask. Mop smells bad that we didn’t want to use it. Bathroom sink is too small to use. Bathroom shower is splashing water because it didn’t have any covers or good water system to keep the water in the shower area. There are insects (flies, grasshopper) got inside the house eventhough we keep our door closed always. The towels doesn’t absorbed well.

• Daniel (4/5): Disappointing - The bathroom was all times wet because the bath/shower area didn't have a door or a simple system to stop water from pouring out. On Monday, our third day we found an ant colonie inside the house. The location, while close to the beach is inside an unpleasant neighborhood. The problems and the location doesn't justify the price.
