- Reto (8/5): Die Wohnung war sehr Komfortabel und die Gegend sehr modern nahe bei der Fährstation. Es hat und overall sehr gefallen, - Sehr hübsches modernes Apartment mit allem was man braucht, von Haartrockner, sogar Waschmaschine / Trockner und guter Küche. Wir hatten extrem mühe um einzuchecken. Erstens war es sehr schwer zugänglich, der Grab Fahrer hat uns auf der Gegenüberliegenden Strassenseit rausgelassen mit Gepäck und wir konnten die Strasse nicht einfach überqueren da sie stark Befahren ist. Wir mussen hoch bis zur Strassenampel um zu überqueren, was bei dieser Steigung sehr anstrengend war mit Gepäck. Dann beim einchecken war der Code der Keybox verkehrt eingestellt (Zahlendreher) so dass wir nicht an den Schlüssel kamen. War etwas mühsam nach einem langen Flug.
- Briony (9/5): A comfortable and convenient place with everything you need for a short stay. - The location was great with a bus stop right outside and the train station just up the road. Also a 2 min walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment is roomy and comfortable. It was all good!

- Sally (9/5): Lovely apartment - Very nice apartment and we booked it on a discount so it was worth it for us, we enjoyed our stay despite some minor inconveniences. there were a few issues, like one bedroom door handle was broken, the office chair was broken (nearly tipped over when I sat on it). Something in the bathroom leaked? There was no smell but a puddle appeared on the floor in the bathroom so it was either the sink or the tap that was feeding into the toilet. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. Nothing that majorly impacted our stay but it would be worth getting these fixed.

The only negative thing I have to say, was there was no where to leave our bags for free before we - Excellent Property, very modern comfy beds and great location, easy to get to public transport, it was on a very busy road though, which was not great for Uber pick ups. Very spacious for a family of 3. Washing machine and tumble dryer were a real bonus!

Great location, bus stop directly on your doorstep. Train station is up the hill, approx 5 minute walk. Great facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer, umbrellas. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels provided. On a very busy road. WiFi poor
- Soyoun (3/5): 결혼20주년 가족여행을 망칠뻔 했던 숙소 - 숙소가 있던 더블베이라는 곳이 참 좋았습니다. 하루종일 관광을 하고 페리를 타고 더블베이 역에 내리면 숙소 가까이에 있는 울월스 또는 콜스마켓에 가서 장을 보기 좋았고 특히 울월스에서 장을 보고 버스를 한정거장만 타면 바로 숙소 앞에 내려서 들어가기가 참 좋았습니다. 페리에서 내려 걸어나오다 보면 멋진 레스토랑들도 많아서 좋았고 동네가 한적해서 걸어다니기 좋았어요! 결혼20주년 가족여행이었고 초창기 후기였는지 후기가 너무 좋아서 5박을 예약을 했어요. 도착해서 보니 직원이 상주하지 않는 숙소였고 문을 열고 들어가는 것부터 힘들었어요. 한참을 땡볕에서 실갱이를 하다 부킹닷컴 측에서 빠르게 도와주셔서 들어갈수 있었고 들어가서 보니 정말 많이 실망스러웠습니다. 전체적으로 너무 깨끗하지 않았고 소파는 앉기도 싫을 정도로 지저분했고 바닥과 카페트는 정말 최악이었어요. 식탁을 창가쪽에 공간을 만들어 놓은 곳이 있었는데 그 의자도 너무 지저분해서 소파엔 식탁에 깔고 먹을 려고 가져갔던 여러장의 커다란 식탁비닐을 깔고 식탁의자엔 신문을 깔고 지냈어요. 거기다 우리딸들이 너무 싫어하는 엄지손가락 만한 날개 달린 바퀴벌레가 자주 나와서 5박을 어떻게 지내야 되나 정말 힘들었어요. 결재를 할때 분명히 청소비 140달러가 추가로 결재된걸 봤었고 5박이니까 최소한 하루정도는 간단한 청소라도 해주겠지 했는데 거절됐고 이미 결재된 청소비는 퇴실청소비라는 어이없는 대답을 들었어요. 거기다 수건조차 지급되지 않아 직접 빨아쓰라는 답변이 와서 정말 화가 머리끝까지 치밀어 올랐네요. 이숙소는 상주하는 직원이 없고 아무리 길게 머물러도 청소도 없고 수건지급도 되지 않는곳이다 라고 소개를 했어야 했어요. 그리고 제가 싱가폴, 괌, 사이판, 베트남, 러시아, 홍콩, 일본 등 정말 많은 곳으로 아이들과 가족여행을 다니고 있지만 퇴실청소비를 따로 받는 곳은 한번도 본적이 없어요. 수건은 검은 얼룩이 있었고 여분의 수건이 두방에 두개씩 있었는데 먼지가득한 장롱안에 놓여져 있어서 그냥 쓸수 없었어요. 가자마자 소독티슈로 장롱안까지 모든곳을 청소했고 수건지급이 되지 않는 다는걸 알게된 후 마트에서 세탁기 세정제와 빨래세제를 사서 수건을 세탁해서 썼어요. 세제들을 제가 남겨두고 왔으니 다음 투숙객께서 사용하시기 바래요. 호스트님! 숙소에 찾아오는 손님들은 오랜기간 준비하여 부푼 마음을 가지고 여행을 오는 건데요 본인께서는 내가 청소하고 내가 수건 빨아써야 되는 여행을 하고 싶으실까요? 숙소는 참 예뻤어요. 하지만 분명 개선이 필요해요. 이숙소 이후에도 두군데 숙소에 더 머물렀지만 정말 이곳과 달랐어요. 호주는 원래 이런가? 호주사람들은 이렇게 배려가 없나 오해하고 돌아올뻔 했는데 다른 숙소는 만족스러웠고 깨끗했어요. 저의 이후기가 이숙소의 이후의 모습에 변화를 가져오기를 기대합니다.

- Annamarie (10/5): Superb Apartmemt in Double Bay - The property was very well located in Double Bay. Close to all amenities and transport. Great restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Short walk to beaches & ferry to the CDB. The apartment is one of six units in the building. It was very quiet and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean with great facilities - Laundry, Kitchen. Highly recommend and I will definitely return when in Sydney. Nothing

- Lexi (6/5): Great for a short stay - Great location very close to where I needed to go for my surgery, apartment was clean and bed was comfy. Apartment decorated nicely and had a cozy feel to it. The people upstairs were stomping and speaking very loudly, it felt like the walls were made of paper we could hear everything. The lock box was broken which was a little disconcerting as It stressed me a bit when retrieving the keys/putti bc them back.
There were no tissues or extra bin liners in the room or even a pen which we usually have when we stay in apartments

- Stefan (10/5): - Fully equipped apartment, just about 300m from Edgecliff train station that connects via T4 to city or eastern suburbs like Bondi and other beaches. There is also a supermarket and other shops. It saves a lot of money if you are able to have breakfast in the apartment and also cook partly instead of going to restaurants all the time.
Just be aware that Sydney is full of hills and the way to Edgecliff is uphill. But there is a bus downhill or the next ferry in Double Bay Wharf about 15 min downhill.

Apartment was modern and clean and the double-glazing helped block out any noise from the main road.

- Geena (8/5): Great apartment & location in double bay. - The location of this apartment was excellent and easy to get the keys as they were located in a secure key box and the code was emailed to me. That we had to cross a very busy road to get to the house. Uber drivers and taxis cannot park outside the property making it very difficult and dangerous to access with such a busy road out the front.

The security door did not lock and sadly, the elephant in the room upstairs kept rooming across the floor, so some soundproofing would be advised. Double Bay location is between Edgecliff station and Doubnel Bay shops, requiring walking to cross the road.
- Marian (9/5): Have recommended Henrietta Apartments to a local friend for its excellent facilities, great location and comfortable acc - Very new, clean and tidy with excellent amenities, all in very good working order. Great bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space.
Air conditioning was amazing. Not a lot of street noise despite being on a very busy road. No outlook but had lots of natural light.
Had trouble using the cooktop but realised the pan was not suitable for induction.

- Steven (2/5): - Firstly, the images on Wotif do not reflect the room. When we rang Urban Rest they basically said we give you what’s available and not to go by the images! Getting an Uber… they only will pick you up or drop you off opposite the road. That may be ok but this is one of the busiest roads I have seen and drivers do not care! You have to walk to the nearest crossing 250m an and then back up again! This may sound easy but when you’re with two elderly people… it is an impossible task! Very underwhelming!
