- Tania (1/5): It was absolutely filthy! The sheets were stained, the floors and walls had squashed bugs all over them, cobwebs everywh - Nothing Dirty
Noisy

- Bernadette (1/5): Would never go there again - Nothing It was a very stressful experience due to the management. You pay for what you get so definitely won’t be back. Broken diswasher, broken vacuum and no communication when we had to wait outside for over 3 hours till 9pm to get into our property and no phone call to advise us there was going to be a long wait. Very unprofessional.
- Denise (10/5): - Excellent view of mountains.
Clean and well equipped unit. The staff wouldn't tell us where our unit was situated.
The key process was ridiculous.
Took us ages to actually park the car and get into the unit.

- Jonathan (8/5): Good Stay otherwise - Great convenient location, clean and spacious rooms.
Beautiful views from the property.
Pool looks great but didn't get to use it this time. Beds a little too soft.

- Karen (8/5): - Central to where we needed to be and good value for money, well equipped, great view of the mountains Not as clean as it could have been, but of a stuff around getting the keys from a different location.
- Nicole (8/5): Spacious apartment, great location, with a lovely mountain view. - Great apartment. Very spacious and good facilities (ie. washing machine etc). Great location, however a little tricky picking up the keys… traffic at the roundabout it hectic! Main bathroom didn’t have a bath mat or hand towel, but we made do. We were a little late checking out and appreciated the owner being understanding. Would highly recommend this accommodation. We enjoyed our stay!

- Karen (8/5): - Apartment block very clean. Location easy to find and local to what we needed.
Everything like linen fresh and clean. Apartment itself nice and roomy. The cleaners/owners need to spend a few minutes longer on windows and cob webs in corners.
- Scott (9/5): Exactly what we wanted for the weekend, close to everything we needed -
- Leanne (10/5): I had a great family catch up and the location and facilities of the unit including parking was great. - The property was clean, spacious and secure. I was frustrated at the way I needed to collect the key. There was no person on site ad such so after calling I found that I needed to pay a holding deposit and then I had to go back to a 7/11 and pick the key up. Luckily I had a hire car. It was partly my fault as I received a message the day before asking for my details for $200 which I was unsure was a legitimate message as I had already paid for the apartment in full days before arriving.
Sadly we live in a world where it’s hard to know if the asking for more money is real or fraudulent by hackers.

- Derek (7/5): Overall very disappointing experience - Location was possibly the most positive aspect of the property Key collection, disabled parking strict rules last of cutlery, glassware and Crockery having to put up a $ 300 bond and having to wait up to 10 days for refund understand this is not an unusual practice but we were three 75year olds can’t see the threat
- Stephin (4/5): BRING BACK PROFESSIONAL HOSPITALITY TO AUSTRALIA - Location to central Robina was great... BUT Got to the apartment after a 3hr drive for a 3pm check-in, to find it was a mess from the previous guests and not ready for us. Then to be told it might be ready between 4.30pm and 5pm, when we had a function to attend to at 5.45pm...
Furthermore there was not even the barest of anything, such as salt, pepper, enough cups, glasses, so you could prepare food or have breakfast.
Frankly the Chinese hosts need a right kick in the backside and an eduction in hospitality. At least in China guests receive meticulous and plight treatment, rooms are clean and well appointed.
Booking.com needs to evaluate allowing such host without any hospitality or professional standards to let these properties.
This is now the 4th time we have experienced shocking hospitality at the hands of these types of companies on the Gold Coast and in Melbourne...
- Nicole (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the property and close proximity to shops was great. Having access to the gym and pool and use of carpark was super handy. The place itself is fine but let down by the VERY under stocked. We had to buy forks as there was only one supplied. No mixing bowls, no serving dishes, no dishes suitable for use in the oven or microwave. Only having one key to share around all guests made life extremely hard and at times a pain. The shower in the main bathroom needs a longer glass door to stop water from going everywhere. With no means to clean up the water and limited towels made it a safety hazard.
- Laura (8/5): Was really lovely, but please restock the forks :) - The unit itself was spacious and airy.
The washing machine was handy (didn’t use the dryer as we made use of the breeze, so thank you for supplying the clothes airer).
Loved having access to the pool.
Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were user friendly.
The entire complex felt secure. We had 1 fork available, but about 10 steak knives.
Plates and bowls were good but only 2 coffee cups for the unit.
The remainder of the property - no air flow and stuffy in hallways with no breeze or air con. Made for a very uncomfortable experience walking back to our unit.
- Sean (7/5): Good -
- Phillip (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and facilities.
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (8/5): Well equipped accommodation for a short stay to be in the area for a family Christmas celebration. - It was what we required to be close to family in the area. It was hot due to western afternoon sun. So when we arrived it was hard to cool it down
- Kate (8/5): Accommodation good, but not worth the stress of the key pick up AND drop off process. - Clean and open space, comfortable beds. Unnecessary stress due to needing to sign documents, provide additional licence info and ID, requested only the day prior to arrival - required before information would be released regarding key pickup.
Picking up the keys was an absolute muck around. Pick up location reasonable distance off site at petrol station in busy shopping area, would be an absolute disaster at night if you didn’t have a car to drive around. On pickup staff unaware regarding process for lockbox to access keys.
Second bedroom quite stuffy overnight, would benefit from a fan (unable to sleep with windows open due to local noise and aircon does not reach room).
- Katrina (5/5): Passable -
- Adrian (9/5): Superb - Location and facilities. Views. Bed was too soft.
- Beverley (8/5): Apart from the crazy key collection everything else was ok - Secure Had to go to 7-11 service station for the key
- Natasha (1/5): Don't stay here. - Close to shopping centre so we didn't have to be in the room as much. Mould all in the room, we told them as soon as we arrived at 4pm and then told them we would be out from 7am to 4pm only to have them come at 5pm which we then told to leave as they had all day to clean, carpets are gross, bugs everywhere and keys are at a different location which was super annoying ohh and then a $300bond which you're only told about the day before fyi
- Brian (6/5): Great area but we were not comfortable knowing it had not been cleaned properly - Key pick up is ridiculous especially if you don’t have a vehicle to pick up and apartment was not very clean and one toilet still had poo 💩 in it 🤮
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - Close to everything & a very nice area No information about what is in the area
- Karen (7/5): Good - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Needed dishwash liquid so could wash dishes in sink. Plates were dirty from previous customers. Main bedroom carpet not vacuumed. Blinds need cleaning.
- Nicole (6/5): Great walking distance to shopping centre and football stadium - Conveniently situated in walking distance to shopping centre and football stadium. We were given amazing instructions the day prior to arriving on how and where to collect key and return. This was the best instructions with photos amazing details. Thank you.
The property owner catered for our needs of an earlier check in, just communication and I can’t fault it. Cleanliness, could have been a tad better but I wouldn’t not stay again because of it.
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (7/5): Good - Was close to shopping. Having go somewhere else to pick up keys wasn’t communicated very well and the property was very sparse. Needs a fan in second bedroom as aircon doesn’t reach in there.
- Jeni (6/5): Pleasant - The unit was very unclean and very overpriced.
- Brad (7/5): Has potential-quite a nice apartment-but the handling of communications between staff managing this property and guests - The apartment is spacious, the two bedrooms have good separation and there’s a good-sized balcony. Before booking, it should be made clear that a) this is not a hotel, it’s a private residence b) you have to drive down the road to the 7-Eleven petrol station at Robina to collect the key/fob from a lock box for the apartment before you can gain access c) the check out instructions ask guests to return the key/fob to the 7-Eleven BEFORE check out time, although in the same spiel they say you can leave the key/fob on the table (this is flawed, because you need the fob to gain access to the car park to drive your car out). The people I liaised with before check in (Roger, Emma, Allison) were unhelpful when I asked if we could check in early just to get changed for a wedding we were going to. They were given a lot of notice but they said we had to ask 1 DAY ahead, then said ‘no’ due to ‘limited availability’. Limited availability of what I don’t know … helpfulness? Turns out we were able to collect the key early but this was not communicated to us (we happened to drive to the 7-Eleven early and it was there, ready, so we didn’t need the stress leading up to that point). With improvement on communications this would be a much more pleasant experience, because the apartment itself was nice.
