• Frederic (1/5): Horreur à Bruxelles - Rien Une honte de proposer ça en location, hyper sale , crasseux , manque d hygiène total, le proprio ne respecte pas l heure d arrivée et injoignable, bordélique à l interieur comme à l extérieur, manque de vaisselle, reste les courses des anciens locataires enfin je pourrai écrire un roman, mais le pire je pense que s est les espèces de cafards qui sortent la nuit dans la salle de bain et cuisine.

• Ahmed (1/5): - What could you possibly like in such a wretched place wery wery bad This is a complete disappointment. I booked a room for four people, and the room we got only had one bed. It's supposed to be a bed and a sofa bed, but it's only a double bed. We called the number, it rang, but no one answered. It's a total disappointment. Booking.com is disgracing this accommodation; it should be removed from Booking.com.

• Isabelle (5/5): - L’emplacement, les grandes fenêtres et pour un studio plutôt assez grand Il y a tristement beaucoup plus à dire, ce qui est propre, en apparence, et quand même sale car il y a des anciennes auréoles partout sur le matelas, sur les housses du matelas, le canapé là où c’était sale avec des taches, tout à été nettoyé succinctement. Tout est assez vétuste le rangement dans le placard couette en boule salle les oreillers sales, heureusement que nous avions pris les nôtres et heureusement que nous avions pris du désinfectant au cas où, (le matelas n’avait pas de punaises de lit) bien heureusement. La moquette au niveau des couchages, il vaut mieux garder ses chaussettes ou ses pantoufles. Des équipements basique, sauf la partie avec les casseroles, et la cafetière. Ce studio dont tout devrait être refait dans ce petit appartement. La montée d’escalier est sale, la porte d’entrée est sale, un rafraîchissement général devrait être envisagée. Pas beaucoup d’accroche pour les vêtements. On sent que tout est fait à l’ économie. OK le tarif n’est pas cher mais ajouter des housses, des coussins et draps sans anciennes auréole de tâches, ce n’est pas compliqué et ça ne coûte pas cher et rajouter un peu plus de vaisselle et nettoyer un peu plus l’appartement. Ce n’est quand même pas compliqué non plus, surtout pour obtenir une note supérieure, ce qui en plus donnerai envie aux gens de reprendre cette location. Le tarif est pas cher, et ça c’est très bien mais il ne faut quand même pas exagérer avec la propreté. Franchement mettre des housses de matelas propre sans anciennes tâches c’est faisable. Mettre une housse de clic clac c’est pas compliqué non plus et rajouter des éléments fonctionnels pour le quotidien. Ça ne coûte pas très cher non plus ! dommage car il y aurait du potentiel nous reviendrons si c’est nettoyer et refait, la salle de bain pas aux normes, il y a les WC dedans et pas de ventilation, rien a été fait pour des petites attentions de base, ex: mettre un produit désodorisant le minimum ! Gras carrelage cuisine, au final peu de propreté

• Fathima (5/5): Passé votre chemin - L'emplacement de l'appartement. La maison est tres poussiéreux, même l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé, les toilettes sont sale dans un état immonde, la porte de la douche est cassé, ne peut plus utiliser certains des équipements comme les casserole qui sont tres sale et brûlé au fond. On était 4 avec 2 enfants de bas âge, donc pas d'assez de place pour dormir, le canapé lit qui etait disponible mais impossible d'utiliser : - très sale même pas de draps pour le mettre au dessus et il est également cassé, donc ça resté en canapé, on ne peut pas utiliser comme lit. Donc dormir à 3 dans le même lit etait très très difficile. Les utensils sale pas très propre a mon avis, Franchement ça ne vaut pas le prix. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

• Nicole (1/5): HORRIBLE - There was absolutely NOTHING I liked about this property. Where do I start? .... RUN Whatever religious being you believe in do NOT stay at this property. If negative scoring for reviews were an option, I would have picked it. Even if you are atheist, you would start praying from the moment you arrive. This property was GROSS and had a VILE smell in the bathroom. I honestly thought I was going to vomit. The floors were dirty/sticky. The counters were gross, walls were disgusting, baseboards awful, carpet needs to be vacuumed, lamp has stain marks, bathroom mirror was caked in dust. There was a used towel on the floor (not from me or my husband). The bathroom sink had hairs in it (again, not from me or my husband). Not that I used them, but the dishes need to be cleaned ... so much more. The neighbour's were loud, could hear them arguing in the middle of the night. This property needs a very DEEP CLEANING. Please, do yourself a favor, spend a little more and stay ANYWHERE else. It was so bad, I considered going back to the train station to sleep next to a homeless person (I'm not kidding). If I wasn't as exhausted as I was, I most definitely would have found somewhere else to go/stay. I have stayed in a lit of hotels/apartments. This is by far the WORST place I have ever stayed. The smell .... words really can't describe it. I have smelled cleaner dumpsters and outhouse. I don't know what a dead body smells like but if I had to guess, it might be similar to the smell coming from the bathroom. You do not known me but if you take ANY advice from me, please, I beg you, stay somewhere else. I suffered enough for every one that is considering this property.

• Baker (3/5): Poor - The towels smelt and had stains, the floor by the bed had a strange stain and smelled of urine. The shower was insufferable, adjusted the temperature ever so slightly and was burnt by how sensitive it was. All the plates and cups were chipped. The seats on the chairs were ripped and stained as if someone had pulled them out of a skip. None of the glasses in the cupboard were clean. The place didn't feel safe the key to get in was open in the box and the door to the flat looked like it had been kicked in, didn't feel safe with a child present

The apartment, even though in a beautiful place, well communicated, was as dirty as one can not even imagine. The bathroom, the kitchen and the living room were probably never cleaned. Hair on the couch, on lamps in the kitchen and in the shower, filthy chairs, the cloth for the dishes wich stains like someone cleaned the floor with it. I didn’t even touch it as I wouild probably vomit if I did. The entrance door hard to open. Tv not working. When I asked about it I got the answer that there is Netflix. Sorry, when I ask about tv, I don’t expect the answer about Netflix. If the owner. Didn’t know until now- Netflix is not tv. Ba aware and avoid the place. I started my stay with cleaning the bathroom otherwise I wouldn’t be able to use it. It was the worst booking experience ever. • H (4/5): Pretty rough looking property. Room was ok. - The room was neat enough. The cleanliness of the front and back yard was appalling. Even the stairwell was untidy. The fold out bed was uncomfortable. TV on the wall but no free to air and could not connect Netflix etc. either. Not a great suburb (apparently quite dangerous).

The owner's attitude is rude despite even admitting that it is his mistake because he forgot to put the keys on the agreed box. so I found another key of another room, we used it but then he came with a very rude attitude and said move to the other room and I will give you the right keys. No apologies because he forgot the right keys, no compromises in order to not move all our stuff to another room with high stairs!
• Bhagya (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good. It was easy to go there by bus. Overall place was dirty. Main bed was not stable and third person bed was very dirty. Kitchen towel must be replaced to a new one. It was very old and stinky.

• Olano (5/5): Passable - It’s close from the central plaza. They didn’t supply the soap. The bathroom doesn’t have a plate. It’s a second floor with a very thin stairs.
• Becski (3/5): Dirty and smelly. Not the best price value option. - Calm neighbourhood. Great tram lines. We got room number 3. Cigarette smell with a full ashtray, zero soundproofing, no bathroom products, the host gave the 2 of us only one towel and a tiny hand towel and almost no toilet paper. We tried to contact the host but we got no response what so ever. Many weird stains on the carpets. Very stainy used sponge at the kitchen sink. The room key's locker was left with the code that we were given to open it. Booking says the accomondation follows the cleaning policiy standards, but I have serious doubts!

• Juan (5/5): Passable - 25 minutes away by traim from city center. Enough room for 2 people. The bathroom is too small and the kitchen has almost no elements to cook. We've seen a mouse coming out of a hole on a wall.

• Andrew_le (9/5): i will stay here for next time in Brussels, hope they read my review and make some innovation. - FACILITY: exactly what i expected, they have enough thing for a family or a solo travel feel like home, then refresh and preparing for the next trip. LOCATION: Metro Helmet 350m, seafood shop 150m, butcher shop 150m, good snack-kebab shop 90m, and many other shop around 350m. You can have a convenient living there and easy to moving everywhere in Brussels there is no kitchen kinves, i have to using a small steak knives the heater doesn't work at the nights i stay when the weather with 13 degrees, it was very cold for us but as the landlord said the heater is automatically turn on when degrees goes low, hope next time they setup turn on when weather is 15 degrees, it will be perfect
• Lennart (5/5): Decent location for the price if you don't intend to spend a lot of time in the apartment. - The location was ok (Schaerbeck) and trainstation within walking distance. Many things did not work properly in the apartment (toaster, water boiler).
