• Iryna (8/5): Гаряча вода є , чиста постіль і душ і рушники. Але не для одного чи двох - забагато кімнат і простору . І для двох не за - Чиста підлога , постіль, рушники Це ідеально для групи 7 людей , здавати її 1-2 людям - не затишно .
• Rianne (8/5): Goede locatie om Florence te bezoeken. (Vooral als je met eigen vervoer komt) - Heel ruime kamers, allemaal voorzien van een eigen badkamer. Goede mogelijkheid voor parkeren in de parkeergarage tegenover het appartement. Het centrum van Florence was op loopafstand. De inventaris van de keuken was een beetje karig.

• Dhanu (5/5): Ok, not worse but not great as well. - Quick handover of the keys as per the check-in times. No reception, whereas the initial mail indicated to go to the reception. No flexibility in check-in times. Humble request leads to 12pm otherwise 4pm. We reached there by 7am n were roaming around with huge luggage until 12pm. I prefer to go to hotel instead of apartments.
• Bogdan (4/5): An apartment with a hostel vibe to it. Good for a large group of friends but not ideal for a family. - We liked that the apartment is large and has lots of beds. Therefore you can fit a large family in it. Location was ok, but not central. Either a 30 min walk from the train station or 10 min tram ride. If you are planning on staying multiple days, and planning on multiple trips a day to and from the apartment, take into account the cost of the tram ride. The apartment has a hostel vibe to it. Not very clean, The rooms pretty much include many beds and some rundown furniture. Some of the furniture had stains on it. Walls are full of squished mosquitos. Also one of the rooms was very loud due to it being right next to the main road and having only one set of windows. We also forgot a book inside the apartment at checkout, and we inquired about it right after but we did not hear back from the hosting company about it.
• Ankica (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment has the perfect location if you like to explore Florence. It is very spacious and offers extreme privacy since all three bedrooms have separate bathrooms. It is very rare to find such an apartment. Waiting for an hour in front of the building during check-in after we announced the exact arrival time 8 hours before was a bad start, but the girl who let us in was very friendly and polite. The stains on the walls, probably made by other guests trying to eliminate a large number of mosquitoes, are giving a bad impression of the quality of the apartment. Some old and stained pieces of furniture need to be replaced. The noise from the street in one of the bedrooms that doesn't have a double window is extreme, so I don't recommend it to people who have problems sleeping with noise around.

• Robert (8/5): Very convenient - Location was very convenient for access to restaurants, train, etc. Very spacious apartment, access to a beautiful back yard area. The lacking for the apartment was two of the rooms showers appeared not to drain well and the floors would get flooded, and, the washer had a fair leak, wouldn't spin dry due to shutting down.
• Mangesh (8/5): Very good - Everything was good. Location, surprised by of the apartment 3 bed 3 bath was more than expected. The appartment was on 3rd floor with no lift. Difficult with senior citizens. The ad should list if elevators are there or not and the floor. # Did have a lot of mosquitoes as well. # Also city tax being charged over and above the room rate and most importantly being sprung upon unexpectedly isn't right. Must be listed in ad so we know exactly what we are paying. We ended paying 50 euros over and above the room rate at a rate of 4€ per person per nite which was told to us after check in.
