• Luka (10/5): Perfect place to have your holidays. - Great apartment, 5 minutes walk distance from Nissi beach. Very comfortable beds and location. Perfect place to stay and rest. Savvas is a responsible guy and great host! Almost everything was on point.
• Elisabeth (6/5): Bra läge men med en del brister i övrigt - Läget var bra, nära till den fina stranden! Lugnt område. Väldigt hårda sängar. Inget varmt vatten i handfaten eller i köket, och riktigt dåligt tryck på vattnet överallt utom i kranen ner i badkaret. Tråkigt också att poolen i området inte var igång. Det var en av de viktiga aspekterna när vi gjorde bokningen.

• BOGDANKA (10/5): - Много добро местоположение. Чист и уютен апартамент, обзаведен с вкус, с всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Голяма тераса. Апартаментът е на партерен етаж и нощем затваряхме вратите и прозорците. Непосредствено пред входната врата има стъпало и осветлението трябва да се включва преди да се стигне до него, защото има опасност от падане.

• Florina (10/5): Très jolie appartement - Très beaux logements proches de la fameuse plage Nissi beach, cette plage n'as pas été forcément à notre goût car nous avons voyager avec des jeunes enfants de 4 et 9 ans , mais pour des jeunes ou couple sans enfant c'est parfait pour faire la fête. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, il est très propre est Savvas este très disponible, le grand frigo avec une partie congélateur est très appréciable pour les glace quand ils fais chaud , nous avons également apprécié les epices trouvé sur place qui permet de cuisiner facilement. La seule chose que nous avons regretter c'est d'avoir que 1 seule parasol etant donné l'exposition de la terrasse plein sud , très appréciable d'un côté mais super chaude en plein mois d'août . La résidence est très jolies avec piscine ( très chaude voire trop pour un mois d'août ) composée de 2 bassins simple mais efficace, elle se trouve à quelques pas de l'appartement l'ensemble est très propre avec douche et WC à disposition . Un parking se trouve devant la porte de l'appartement qui est très appréciable et biensur petit point très important l'appartement est climatisé qui est fortement appréciable quand il fais minimum 45° à l'extérieur. Conclusion : Nous reviendront avec plaisirs dans cette résidence. On aurais apprécié un peu d'ombre sur la terrasse, 1 seul parasol est un peux juste en plein de mois août .

• Vladimir (10/5): Excellent apartment near the beaches - The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for independent living. The kitchen has all appliances for food preparation. Its position is excellent and it is very close to Nissi beach and other excellent beaches (Landa, Makronisos). The host is caring and always available. The terrace is large to enjoy. For every recommendation. Everything is OK.
• Gabriel (10/5): Amazing place to spend your vacation in Ayia Napa. - I liked the location as it was in a quite area. Far from the highway and the main road that is always busy. I liked that the owner was very helpful and responsive with all my requests. I enjoyed the place as it exceeded my expectations from the pictures. The only issue was with he neighbors that were very loud all night long. But this has nothing to do with the host and the place.
