• Stephan (9/5): Gute Lage - fast im Zentrum von Salzburg - Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Es stehen 2 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein schönes Bad/Dusche und eine saubere Küche, mit vielen Utensilien. Eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher waren vorhanden. Mir persönlich fehlte ein Toaster. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, Handtücher lagen wunderschön drapiert auf unseren Betten bereit. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vor Ort hatten wir einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, die Bushaltestelle war gleich vor der Tür. Kurz nach der Ankunft mussten wir eine Tourismusabgabe/Nächtigungstaxe an den Vermieter bezahlen und erhielten dann für jede Person ein Guest Mobility Ticket. Hiermit konnten wir alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos benutzen.

• Josep (10/5): - Los propietarios son muy amables y agradables. La casa está bien decorada y muy limpia. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero en coche es fácilmente accesible y hay una parada de bus justo en frente.

The transportation is easily accessible from this place. The host was really amazing and responded to our queries within no time. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

• Youheng (10/5): A good value apartment to stay in Salzburg - We really appreciated the flexibility of our friendly host for the late check-in and slightly late checkout. The apartment was well renovated and very clean. It has ample space for three of us. The location was right across a bus stop. It took us about 10 to 15 minutes to Mirabell Palace but bus 4. The price was really good for the size of the apartment. Some small things like the electric outlets were not at the very convenient spots. Usually they should be by the bed for charging up the cell phones. We had to use the one in the hall way.

Bus stop right outside so could get in to the old town easily (although we chose to walk - 20 minutes in a straight line) Bus to train/bus station also very near by so this makes the location very convenient. Apartment comfortable and little touches like fruit etc made a difference. n/a everything was good.

• Katinka (10/5): Cosy apartment with everything you would need during your stay - The beds were really comfortable, and the whole apartment was clean and neat. -
• Natalie (8/5): Very good - The flat was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very good. The location is excellent for exploring Salzburg and there is a parking spot off the road outside the flat. The kitchen is very small and not big enough to prepare meals. Probably not an issue for most people. The sink is too close to the hob and potentially dangerous (it would be in the UK). There is no living room but we didn't mind this as only stayed for one night. The road outside was very busy, didn't bother us but something to be aware of. We were also asked to leave a city tax of 7 euros in cash on the table before departure. I didn't have any cash so messaged the owner to say I would bank transfer but did not receive a reply. I am not sure why it has be cash only or why the amount of 7 euros and why this is not included in the total price when booking.

• Chetan (10/5): Good stay and city connectivity. - Location and bus connectivity is amazing. Lovely Host who stays on the top floor. Very clean and looks very new. We used a kitchen which was very clean but only one small complaint that it had very very small knives.

• Melissa (10/5): Nice owner and great value for the money 😀 - Outside of city center but bus stop across the street. Catch the # 4 and you are in the center in 10 minutes. They have parking too. It was all nice, kitchen and bathroom all very clean.

The host was nice to give the key even we arrived after 10:30 p.m., and the room was nice There was neither breakfast nor snacks available in the room. When I went out to buy something, I found all supermarkets were closed in Thursday......could be better if can remind of that

• Nora (8/5): Very good - The location is great, bus stop in front of the house, beautiful neighborhood. The windows shut the noise out very well so the road in front of the house didn't bother us. Comfortable mattrasses, nice kitchen and bathroom, tv in both rooms and the adjustable lights are a nice touch. The house has no air-conditioning, but it only gets sun in the afternoon due to the mountain behind it blocking the morning sun, so it was cool even though it was 29°C during our stay. Check in was fairly easy but do expect to get a call from the owner in German. Nothing severe but a few thoughts for improvement: 3 out of the 4 beds were really creaky and one of the frames was broken so it was good we didn't have to use all beds. The pillows aren't the greatest and the kitchen lacks knives to cut bread or anything larger than a tomato, and the bathroom could use a mat on the floor and an additional towel for washing hands. Besides the beds, these were just minor inconveniences, if they fix the beds, I really recommend this place.
• Sim (6/5): Wouldn’t go back - it was just barely adequate for our stay. On a busy main street; noisy all day and night. Incredibly basic provisions - no wine glasses, no kitchen roll, no bath or toilet mats, minuscule towels (we were given another set after the first day which helped). broken head-board in one room, spiders apparent - notably on the shower head - likely due to lack of use. Stench of mildew in the kitchen drawers and under the sink. No mirrors in any room but the bathroom. The apartment and drop box code were changed on our travel day so without internet it was a frustrating start to the stay at almost midnight not being able to access the property.
• Frug (10/5): Exceptional - two full bedrooms with a separate kitchen. exceeded our expectations. It is convenient to travel to the center in 15 minutes by trolleybus. there was no shower gel and/or shampoo. this is such a small thing... everything else is great!

• Jane (8/5): Great place to stay; would stay again - Spacious and Clean throughout. Great shower/Bathroom. Easy to get into the City but a little too far to walk. Looks like it could be a nice area. Beyond the hosts control but there were road works which made it difficult to see the property drove past by accident on two separate occasions. No indication where it was best to park.
• Christiana (6/5): These hosts must be new to the hospitality business. - The flat was super clean, and we appreciated how cool it was despite the unusual heat & humidity during our time there. The location is right across from a trolley stop, which has regular buses/trolleys to take us into the center. We really appreciated the coffee maker, microwave, and kettle. We didn't have the correct PIN code for they key box upon arrival, and it created quite a bit of frustration trying to track down the host by phone in order to actually get in. There was also no indication as to which wifi network we were supposed to use. A password was left for us, but it took us half an hour to guess which network it belonged to, as our devices picked up several from surrounding areas. The only way to connect to the correct network was to stand in the entry hallway. It didn't stretch to the kitchen or second bedroom. We were told to "sing" the guestbook with our personal information, and realized there was no guest book, only pieces of paper with very personal information -including addresses & passport numbers - from several other guests. As we had not received any additional information about check out, we simply placed the keys back into the lock box and left.

• Наталья (9/5): the appartment is pretty great and clean. It is a bit far from the centre, but you came by car, it’s not a problem - 5 m - Nice, clean apartment with kitchen and all things you need. Lovely hosts who brought delicious apples. It was great we really needed hair dryer - I hope the hosts add it to the equipment in the apartment
