• Elizabeth (9/5): - Clean, modern, position, view. Be warned. No dryer. No washing powder. No pegs. We had to go to a laundry. Needed a shelf in the shower. Water temp was very difficult to control in the shower. Precisely why I hate those type of taps.

• Sharon (10/5): Truly unforgettable place to stay and views were pretty special. 🥰 - The location and the views were spectacular. It was such a lovely place to stay in and you could walk to the wharf area and Salamanca Market so easily. The beds were soo comfy and everything you needed was there. We will most certainly be back and recommend to all our friends. There was nothing to dislike, it truly exceeded our expectations.

Didn’t dislike and it wouldn’t stop us from booking the apartment again but a fan in the main bedroom would be useful.

• ZOE (9/5): Beautiful views, close to everything - It was huge, beautiful views and can walk to the Salamanca markets. All one level, parking right outside the door (and another park downstairs). Comfy beds. Full kitchen. Washing machine and laundry space (no drier). Great tv set up and small balcony area. We think the cleaners forgot hand towels and bath mats, no big drama so let the owners know as a bit of water does come out of one of the showers. It’s an uphill walk from the markets, could be hard work for older or push chairs, smaller legs but less than $10 from town in an uber!
• Eileen (10/5): Fantastic location, and superb apartment. - The apartment exceeded expectations, right in the center of Battery Point, walkable to Salamanca market, and multiple restaurants in proximity. Parking was available (option of 2 spaces) which was a bonus. Very well appointed, comfortable, and great views. The sofa was too low for the likes of our age group (60+), and seating was comfortable for 3 people rather than 4 in the living room.

• Lorraine (7/5): Enjoyed the sights of Hobart - NA The host was totally non responsive. The blind covering the window looking at the river views wouldn’t raise on day 2. We checked the remote then tried to contact the host. Emails were returned undelivered. Phone calls went to voice mail with no return call and texts wouldn’t deliver. She sent some info on things we had already tried and by day 3 with no response we were extremely frustrated. I talked to a neighbour outside and on the 2 nd occasion she asked if there had been a change. She then offered to contact a maintenance man. He came that evening and it was a cylindrical battery that had a charger in a cupboard. No in house information on this. Easily fixed. An info sheet could have addressed it. A couple of other small problems that we were able to live with. Never heard from host in entire week until she texted on our last night at 9:30 pm asking us to put out the garbage bins. It left a bad impression of a great facility

• Darren (1/5): Horrible and misled - The location There was no air conditioning no fans and one little heater in the lounge room. The staff stated the master bedroom was heated but in fact it was the tile floor in the bathroom that was heated. We slept in our clothes both nights there because of the coldness.

The views were stunning, and the location was ideal—within walking distance to the Salamanca Markets and the city centre. The master bedroom was very spacious, and all the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and readily available to assist with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!
• Marnie (9/5): Superb - Awesome little unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, really well furnished/decorated with everything you need for a short stay. It was reasonably close to town and most Hobart attractions within an easy walk. Found a great cafe that was fairly close. The floor heating was a nice touch, but a little warm. We had to try and work out how to turn it off. It would be a great feature in Winter!

• Jennie (8/5): A great apartment however expected more for the price paid. - The location, the furnishings and decor are all fantastic. Apartment is much larger than anticipated. Good walking distance to Battery Point and surrounds. Top marks for using Zero refillable products etc. No street number was provided. Contact to host took some time to actually locate the correct set of apartments. For the price I would expect some salad and serving bowls. And at least some cling wrap and aluminum foil. Kitchen provisions whilst of good quality were very basic. Also, we inquired about an early check in and never received a reply.
