• Julie (9/5): Fantastic facilities and location - close to beach and Busselton. - This was a great place for me and my adult kids to stay for a couple of days. It was awesome to have a full kitchen and a BBQ. The place had a great indoor-outdoor flow. Inside was roomy. We particularly enjoyed utilising the board/card games that were there and the kayaks and fishing rods. The unit is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. We got to witness a beautiful sunset and dolphins. The outdoor pool was closed for the season when we were there. But it didn't bother us as we were busy exploring during the day.

• Giulia (10/5): Great family holiday. 5 nights was sufficient especially with kids. - Family friendly, walking distance to the beach, pool, playground and bbq As the property was the first unit off Bussell highway, we had to walk that extra bit to the beach. Not a big deal, but when you have young kids it can be slightly annoying. Obviously there’s nothing you can do about that

So many things provided already in the kitchen, salt & pepper, cooking oil, flour for the fish I didn't catch. Coffee pods and plunger. TV in the lounge plus one in each bedroom, it goes on and on. We would be happy to stay again anytime.

Literally everything you need is in there, from coffee/milo, to sugar to cleaning supplies if you feel the need to. Laundry/drier with detergent and powder - makes it so handy esp with kids. Bed was comfortable and clean Kids and my partner loved just relaxing at the house and still often ask when we get to go back ☺️ There was so much to see and even though we were there a week we still didn't see it all. We all would love to come back! Maybe some coat hangers for the main room so I could hang my coats up, internet dropped out at night time a little but we just used our hotspot and it could just be the area but we only used it a couple nights to watch a movie, but that's pretty much it☺️

Really appreciate the little things that was set aside through the house and it really made the stay very pleasant. Great location, short drive to Bunbury Market at Vasse, Cole’s, and other food establishments. Host also listed down details of various eateries and takeaways. Would love to stay again if we come back to Busselton. :)

• Noel (7/5): A quiet Autumn stay by the beach. - The property was clean and had all the appropriate appliances for our stay. The beds were good but a better range of pillows (soft/firm) would make it a bit more comfortable. We had a few small issues with the wi-fi only working sometimes and the bathroom towel rail falling off. For us in the autumn weather we would have liked to sit outside in the sun and enjoy a cuppa or a drink but unfortunately the layout of the house didn't allow that.

• Heather (9/5): Fantastic accommodation for young families. - To begin with, the communication from MJ and Josh was great. Very prompt with updating us with any info and replying to my questions. This accommodation was perfect for our needs. The unit itself was spacious and had a very homely feel. A bottle of sparkling in the fridge ready to welcome us after a day driving with a toddler was so appreciated. The beds were super comfy. Even our almost 3 year old asked if we could take the porta cot home with us. Facilities available were great. 3 pools gave good options, 2 playgrounds and just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Kayaks, pool noodles, a scooter, and fishing rods all available to use and were so appreciated. Really helped keep everyone entertained and limited how much stuff we needed to cram our car with. The internet at nighttime is abysmal. It was impossible to watch any streaming service. But it's not the worst thing in the world to not watch netflix for a few nights. I wouldnt say we didnt like it or that we did, but a point of note is that the hwy is literally behind the unit. After a short time it becomes white noise and is no drama. But if youre sensitive to car noise....

• Katherine (7/5): Geographe bay is just beautiful. This accomodation option is an ideal place to stay for a small family. Would have given - Loved the location and proximity to beach. We booked for a week. Air con did not work from the moment we got there. Temps got to 37 degrees during the day. When we approached the owner he apologised and told us he had ordered a new one but not due to be delivered in time for our stay. It was hot the whole week so the days were not pleasant and some nights uncomfortable. Washing machine also did not work on first attempt of using it. Owner replaced as soon as possible. Arrived within 3 days.

Modern interior, felt like a home away from home! Excellent communication from hosts. Would definitely book again!
• Renata (10/5): This was the perfect spot for our Christmas getaway and Josh& Mj were quick to respond to us with anything we needed - It was clean, modern and spacious for our family. It had a lovely feeling as soon as we stepped in the door. The location was great with only a short walk to the beach. The only thing I could say that we didn’t like about the accomodation was the mattress as we are use to our sleeping duck mattress back home :)

Pools were fantastic for the kids. Accommodation was excellent. Even the use of owners personal items for the beach or pool use. Thank you. We will come again. Air conditioner was a little faulty but weather was excellent so didn’t need it.

• Kinga (10/5): An absolute beachside delight - It’s our 3rd stay at the FortyTwo property and we absolutely love it. The house is modern cozy and clean , fully equipped with anything you might desire to holiday beach side. The property has everything you might desire including basic condiments fully equipped kitchen. Close to local IGA. Owners have supplied a beach buggy, fishing rods, beach chairs as well as two kayaks to be used at your leisure. Daughter had an absolute ball. Property is located a short walking distance from the most beautiful beach also within a complex there is a pool and a cute play room for kids. Also a bottle of bubbly or arrival was a lovely touch. • Deborah (9/5): Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation, only a few minutes walk from the beach. - The property was fresh and clean and had everything we could want. There was a tv in the living space and both bedrooms. There were kayaks, pool toys, fishing rods and a pull beach caddy. Also a pleasant outdoor area with an outdoor setting and b b q. When there was a minor issue the hosts were attentive and were happy to come and rectify the issue. Nothing not to like.
