• Ludmiła (4/5): - Jest drobinka na antresole - brak przejścia do WC. Jest bardzo duża szafa - brak wieszaków. Jest telewizor - pokazuje jedno: brak signalu. Apartament to patodeweloperka, kompletnie nie nadaje się dla trzech osób.
• Stoll (6/5): Gut und etwas langsam im Service. - Praktische Ausstattung, mit kleiner Kochnische. Leider hatte der Zugangscode nicht funktioniert und ich musste anrufen. Eine Rechnung habe ich erst nach zweimaliger Erinnerung bekommen.

Качество соответствует цене.Рекомендую. - Всё было очень хорошо,чисто и есть кофейный аппарат и чайник и микроволновка и даже кухонные принадлежности в виде кастрюль и сковородок. Мне понравилось! Лестница на второй этаж- стремянка можно было бы что то сделать по удобнее , чтобы ступеньки были чуть-чуть шире. И не хватает бумажных полотенец.

• Miriam (9/5): Nettes Zimmer - Es war Sauber, gemütlich und es ist in einer guten Lage. Beim Aufenthalt hat das Wlan nicht funktioniert und das Wasser in der Dusche war leider nicht ganz funktionstüchtig aber das hat keine Zacke abgebrochen.
• Andrii (9/5): - Хорошее расположение рядом с метро. В номере чисто. Уютно. Всё необходимое в номере есть. К кофеварке прилагаются капсулы. В холодильнике - бутылка воды Маленький размер номера. Апартаменты только переночевать. Обеденный стол мал для четверых. При резервации номера на 4 персоны, кровати были заправлены 1 двуспальная и 2 односпальные на втором этаже. На телевизоре не настроены каналы.

• Ruiz (8/5): - Great overall. Clean and organized space in a residential area. Easy to access, although it’s still a 10–15 minute walk to/from the nearest metro station. The only issue was that the bed on the first floor received some light from outside because the exterior light remained on, but the bed upstairs had no such problem.

• Jacobson (6/5): - The owner was very helpful and dropped off a heater when we mentioned it was a bit cold. The room was clean and tidy. The kitchen facilities were good. The room was very small and the premises were not close to public transport. This was very poor value for money. The shower had minimal water pressure, the cupboard was broken and instead of being fixed, was covered in tin foil. The pillows had no support and I ended up folding clothes to be a pillow.

• Elisabeth (10/5): - Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, alles da, was man braucht, Ansprechpartner bei Estelada sehr, sehr nett und gut erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Komme gerne wieder!

• Anna (9/5): - Komfortable, saubere Apartments. Die Lage ist sehr bequem. Es gab ein Problem mit der Eingangstür, aber die Verwaltung hat das Problem schnell behoben.
• Yorinn (8/5): Modern en comfortabel, maar het mag schoner - Mooie, moderne studio met een zeer comfortabel bed en fijne douche. Toen we binnen kwamen stond er nog vies servies van de vorige gasten, er lagen nog gebruikte handdoeken en de vloer en toilet waren nog vies. Na een belletje mochten we naar een andere, grotere studio verhuizen. De vrouw aan de telefoon was zeer vriendelijk en verontschuldigde zich. Prima opgelost. Maar ook bij de tweede studio hadden de schoonmakers iets beter hun best mogen doen.

• Carmen (9/5): Very reasonable, easy access to the U-Bahn system and much more than expected for a hostel. - It was nice not having to share bathrooms with strangers, but only those staying in our rooms. We also made use of the kitchenettes and didn't have to eat out every night. When we first arrived, there was an issue with the hot water, which they fixed within 24 hours. Also there is no air/windows that reach the lofted beds, so it got unbearable hot up there.

Stategic position close to underground station that permits to connect with airport easily (few minute walking and 2 very good konditorei around!) 2 market in the same area. Appartement small but very comfortable for 4 person (2 bed upstairs by ladder)...clean and well heated.

• Ines (4/5): Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Zentrumsnahe Lage, Miniküche, Bett nicht durchgelegen Info mit Checkin Code erst nach zweimaliger Aufforderung am Anreisetag nach offizieller Checkinzeit erhalten, Fernseher nicht funktionsfähig, Herdanzeige defekt, übler Abflussgeruch im Bad, kein Hygieneabfalleimer im Bad, dunkle Rückstände im Klosett, kein Fußhandtuch vor der Duschzelle vorhanden, leere Duschbehälter Duschbad und Haarshampoo, abgerissene Handtuchhalterung im Bad, Türschloss defekt - Tür ließ sich nicht einmal einklinken, Schimmelgeruch unter der Spüle, Türrahmen zur Badtür löst sich in Bodennähe durch die Feuchtigkeit auf, Lüftungsmöglichkeit nur über Badfenster oder Haustür möglich, dabei Gefühl der Unsicherheit, unangenehme Wohnlage, insgesamt feucht und zügig

Für München gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. eine kurze Erklärung, wie man die Tür von innen schließen kann ( nämlich durch Drücken der Schloss-Taste am elektronischen Code-Schloss aussen kurz vor dem Schließen der Tür von innen), wäre hilfreich. Sonst war alles sehr gut, ich würde das Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
