• Anthony (Tony) (10/5): Great Apartment, wonderful location, and well worth the price. - Fantastic location and I would stay here again without a moments hesitation. This is a beautiful apartment for a couple, perhaps with kids, but maybe not so much for two couples who are not intimately familiar with each other. Several people have fussed about the shower, however, if the owners just removed the massive soap dish, it would be perfectly fine and within the normal expectations of a European shower. This is a lovely apartment and is as good as, or better than, any others we’ve stayed in throughout Europe.

• Iain (3/5): Don’t stay here if you want to deal with a trustworthy owner. - It was spacious and close to popular attractions Our clothes got stuck in the washing machine. We couldn’t get it open. When the owner couldn’t get the washer open, she offered to compensate us or send us our clothes. We asked her to send our clothes. After a week had passed with no word from her, we reached out and she told us the clothes were moldy and she threw them away. We have reached out several more times to ask for compensation with no response. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Rent this place at your own risk.

The apartment is quite stunning with high ceilings and large rooms. The building itself is nice and there is a large balcony that wraps around the front of the apartment. The service and support from the staff was great with good communication and support during our stay via WhatsApp. All requests were responded to promptly with a positive outcome.

• Wesley (10/5): I have already recommended it to friends and I would stay again. - We got the keys from a lock box because we were running very late and I insisted Anna not wait for us; she would have otherwise plus she gave me very specific instructions(written as well as a video)on how to retrieve keys and to get into the apartment complex and apartment. She also said to call her if we needed her. I had been in touch through email from the beginning of our reservation. She was always very fast to respond. As you can tell she was wonderful. There was nothing we didn't like. As I have already stated the apartment was beautiful, quiet, fabulous location and a wonderful contact person. One of our specific requests was 2 bathrooms. I was expecting a much smaller second bathroom but they were equal, wonderful bonus for 3 ladies

Really helpful, she solved any question we had about the property and she also arranged for us our transportation from and to the airport. The apartment was really nice, spacious, absolutely clean and comfortable. It also has a great balcony fully equipped. The location is very convenient (just 6 minutes from Spanish steps). Definitely, we will choose the same apartment for our next trip to Rome.

• Donna (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location - The apartment was amazing, immaculately clean and had everything that we needed and was in a fantastic location. Anna, our host, was very friendly, attentive, helpful and accommodating and gave great recommendations. It set us up for an amazing 5 nights in Roma! Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Its location is excellent with all the major attractions within walking distance, and Anna was a fantastic host. She supplied lots of useful information and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Just a minor niggle - the shower heads could do with a descale.
• Nicola (9/5): Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment, would return. - Lovely apartment, small but well equipped kitchen meant cooking was possible, useful basic supplies, comfortable bed, quiet at night, nice big table, quiet and effective air conditioning, great wrap around terrace, lovely building. Super responsive and kind host but also very respectful of your privacy. Todi supermarket just around the corner - Carrefour and Tigre only a few minutes further away. Not a big deal but the showers compartments are on the small side.

• Mark (10/5): Beautiful city to visit at least once, great shops and lovely food. - The apartment was fantastic, centrally located to all the sites and lots of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything you need for the stay. Very reasonably priced for where it is and the balcony was really nice, to sit in the evenings and listen to the city. If you want to stay within walking distance to the Spanish steps and the trevi fountain this is the property and our host was excellent and made sure we were looked after at a moments notice. No problem getting the keys either, made very straightforward by Anna our host. We were really happy with our stay and would highly recommend it and would stay there again. Nothing to dislike

She also arranged two transfers for us (one from the airport and one to the Cruiseport). Both transfers were seamless. The location is really great. Near several restaurants. Very close to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Pantheon. The Wifi was also lightning fast which was a big help as our cell provider didn't work so great for us. The place was big. The fridge kept our drinks very cold. The A/C worked great. The outside of the building has columns which makes it unique, cool and easy to spot. Big fan of this place. It's big, it's unique, it has character and it's in a great location.

The only small negative thing I can say and they are going to work on this, the shower leaked water and the seal needed to be adjusted.

• Loretta (10/5): A memorable Roman vacation stay in a stunning apartment near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain - The property manager, Anna, met us at the property and explained how to use the keys for access to the apartment, and showed us how to use the internet, the kitchen appliances, which light switches turned on which areas and lamps, how to operate the thermostat and where extra towels and linens were located. It was thorough move-in tour for the 5 day stay. The apartment itself is exquisite in its location and its appointments. It is located in the middle of everything you want to walk to or take a short taxi ride to. The shopping districts are close by, for both standard and luxury shops. It is a short walk to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Pharmacies and grocery stores are also conveniently located on just the next block. Back to the apartment itself - it is obviously located in a very old building that has been renovated for modern living. The ceilings must be around 16 feet high, which gives you a feeling of spaciousness, even though the unit is large to begin with, with 2 bedrooms (one of which is behind a sliding glass wall), two bathrooms with rain shower heads and hand-held spray attachments in the shower stalls, a large walk-in closet, a galley kitchen with SMEG appliances, a dining room and adjoining modest living room. The decor and furnishings are evocative of the European Regency style, with some modern touches (beautiful cream/white couches). There is a full wrap-around terrace with marble balustrades on the street-side corner. We felt like royalty going out onto that balcony to observe the city buzz and goings on. What luxury! The property manager, Anna, was so gracious and made restaurant recommendations that were perfect. Each restaurant she recommended was spectacular, the food and service better than anything we have experienced in years. She also coordinated our transportation to and from the apartment, and checked on us to make sure we made it ok to the airport for our departure back to the US. Can't think of anything at all. It was such a great choice over the hotel selections we had been looking at. So spacious, quiet and elegant.
• Vladimir (1/5): My worst experience in over 50 years of travels around the he world - The worst experience I have had in over 50 years of traveling around the world. We booked the whole apartment, we were two couples and explicitly informed them of this via Booking com, by message, 41 days before our arrival. The hosts even offered to arrange transportation for us from.the airport, albeit at more than double the price of a taxi, but we never the less accepted. Upon our arrival at the airport there was no transportation waiting, instead we got a call that we have to pay an extra 160 euro per night because we are not one but two couples, this after I booked the whole two bedroom apartment , with two bathrooms, and had told them that we are two couples 41 days before our arrival, at a cost of 1,280 euro for 3 nights. They insisted that we call Booking com and agree to this increase, otherwise, they said, they would not let us into the apartment. So we had no choice. We feel tricked and humiliated. There was not even a single.bottle of water in the apartment, only a limited amount of coffee capsules. We were told that the tap water in Rome is OK to drink and there is no need for bottled water. We are disgusted by this unwarranted price hike, announced only after our arrival, not during the free cancelation period, when we would have cancelled at the his price Disgusting approach
• Grzywaczyk (9/5): Elegant apartment in the center of Rome - Elegant sizable apartment conveniently located just a short distance from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Check out out time way to early in the morning. Second bedroom is just cut out from the living room and separated by the sliding glass door and see trough curtain.This may not work for some of the guests.
• Hamad (10/5): Highly recommend safe place to stay best for family’s or ppl of 4 - Great place to stay in I highly recommend for all people from my side very wild and so comfortable to 4 people to stay in this apartment. Very safe location and there is a small grocery very close just front of the apartment. Give it a try once and u will will visit it again Nothing really not well everything was perfect more then what i thought.

We only stayed for one night but she gave us a bunch of recommendations for restaurants as well as Chiesa di Santa Maria della Concezione dei Cappuccini which is right up the road. I have stayed in quite a few rentals throughout Italy and this was the first without a moka pot, but there was a coffee maker available. For the price I would absolutely stay here again, super convenient to many of the places you'll want to see in Rome.

• Dr. (7/5): Good - We enjoyed our stay and the place is beautiful and nicely decorated. It is spacious and a strategic location less than 5 min from Spanish Strps and other landmarks. However, they do not provide hand soap or any dish soap, sponge, or kitchen towels which most rental apartment hotels offer. Also the toilets are very stained and seem they need a good brush bleach cleanse. The staff was very friendly at our check in and assisted us smoothly. However, their check in is very early 10am and we asked for an extension until 12pm due to a later flight home. She was accommodating and offered an 11:30am check out but before we knew it at 11:13am a cleaning man was standing outside our door demanding that we exit the apartment. This is when our experience took a different turn because soon after we informed him of our arrangement the lady phoned us and also asked us to exit. We reminded her of the 11;30am time and she gave us a the few extra minutes as planned. As we prepared to exit the apartment with our bags my wife was throwing her shirt over her head and the man stormed in and said it’s 11:30am luckily my wife backed away from the door so he did not see her body. But I felt it was very rude and tried to speak to the lady and in return she accused me of not respecting her because she was a woman. This left us very confused and upset as we have high reviews from a month long vacation where we stayed at similar accommodations which would love to have us back due to our cleanliness and the care we take for the places we rent. We would recommend this due to its space and location but I would suggest to plan ahead of time for the points mentioned. We enjoyed our stay and the place is beautiful and nicely decorated. Apartment was spotless and huge with beautiful decor. The balacony was also fantastic and great to sit there for breakfast. Anna was a great host who organised our transport from and to the airport and let us store our luggage on our last day. We will definitely return. Nothing, it was perfect.

WiFi very spotty.

• Will (10/5): Perfect all round. - Apartment is huge. 2 Big bedrooms with big beds and huge living room with 2 couches, big dinner table. Lots of space to relax. Furnished to an excellent quality. Kitchen has all the utensils, cutlery, pots and pans that we needed. Location is perfect. TV in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet each. Hairdryer, ironing board, Kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer all provided. Free wifi. Central Heating and air-con available. Lots of space for clothes, coats, shoes, luggage. Close to supermarket, cash machines, bars/restaurants as well. Would highly recommend. Anna the host was a great help arranging airport pickups, bag drops and any help we needed.
