• Vicki (8/5): Great value - Great value for a place to stay in Brisbane. Loved having private ensuite and airconditioning in our bedroom. Owners made it special by having a Christmas tree in the shared area 🙂 We were in Brisbane for a family emergency at short notice and extended our stay twice with no hassles. Ended up staying 19 days in total. The key lock box made check in and out hassle free as well. The bedroom was huge, great potential to add a small lounge, TV, table/chair for 2 - seemed like a wasted opportunity to not have those items in the room. Have never stayed in a "share" house before - obviously its only as good as the other tenants are. Some of them were messy in the kitchen 😪 first world problems 🙃 The shared living areas/kitchen/dining had no air-conditioner or fans - as it was upstairs, it was very warm in those areas. There was only 2 coffee cups and 2 glasses for 3 rooms to share 😪 As we ended up staying so long, we bought our own coffee cups, some extra pillows and a pedestal fan for when we were in the shared areas.

• Susan (6/5): Good place to stay overall with value compared to other accommodation but is shared common space. - Didn't use the WIFI, had my own internet. Size of room and privacy was great. Location was very convenient for my travel. Furniture and decor dated but room pleasant. Common areas had Notices stuck up everywhere to turn off lights or appliances. Did so and then others just turned them on again unnecessarily. Furniture and decor dated but could easily be remedied. Washing machine but no dryer, so had to go to laundromat.

Smelly aircon Lack of Towels Broken furnitures Far from airport/ Brisbane city Safety issue No house rule Dodgy place No recommending for family stay Room B is next to the street and extremely noisy at night while cars are passing by. Bed was uncomfortable and 2X pillows were very old Air condition was smelling disgustingly and smelt like something died inside Another guest was online gaming loudly at middle of the night (11pm to 1am at night). property caretaker was unable to rectify the issue and there is no house rule in this shared property Overall not a family place to stay, security in this shared property also not very best. Would not recommend family stay.
