• Jimenez (10/5): Bien alojamiento familiar - El pisito es muy cuco, pequeñito pero muy cómodo. Totalmente recomendable para ir cuatro personas y pasar un buen finde. Está al lado de la playa. El anfitrión muy amable, además de resolverme dos problemillas que surgieron por mí parte sin mayor importancia. Lo que no me gustó, que diez minutos antes de la hora del check out intentaron entrar con las llaves "las chicas de la limpieza me pegaron un buen susto. Solo apuntaría como detalle el tema de organizar bien el horario de la salida del huésped con la entrada de la limpieza. Y revisaría también las horas de estancia....entramos a las 5 de la tarde para salir a las 11 de la mañana....por lo menos que la estancia cuente con algo más de tiempo.
• VICENTE MANUEL (3/5): Nos sentimos engañados. - No nos gustó que antes de recoger las llaves, nos hicieran pagar 25 € más, para eximirnos de responsabilidad o una fianza de 350 € que la devolverían pasados unos días. Luces no funcionaban, el baño super estrecho que no se cabía en la taza, el suelo con signos notables de haber tenido humedad, faltaban servicios de cubertería (si pone para 4 personas, lo normal es que haya servicio para 4 personas). En resumen, por 25 € más habían otras opciones que de haberlo sabido, hubiéramos optado por eso. Y cuando llamamos, nos dijeron que lo ponía en el anuncio, cosa que no era verdad !!!
• Rafael (7/5): Limpio y nuevo , detalles que mejorar . - Lo mejor todo nuevo y limpio A última hora cuando hacemos la admisión nos piden 25 de fondo perdido como garantía o un fondo reembolsable de 300 por si dejamos algo roto , no me parece bien y es la primera vez que lo veo en este tipo de estancias . Poco menaje de cocina (no tenía espumaderas , tan solo dos cucharillas chicas y cuchillos ridículos ) Termo eléctrico de 50 litros que para 4 personas es ridículo . No podíamos ducharnos todos . Ruido de aviones todo el tiempo aunque a mí no me molesta personalmente.

• Gaetana (8/5): Tranquila parada de dos noches. - El apartamento es muy bien ubicado, supermercado y cafetería y panadería están cerca, la parada del autobús está también bastante cerca y el autobús que lleva al aeropuerto viaja cada hora, a partir de temprano. La cama matrimonial es cómoda y nos encantó que hay un baño dentro del dormitorio. El personal de asistencia muy amable, cuando llegamos no teníamos detalles de cómo entrar en el apartamento y llamamos por ayuda y nos mandaron todo por WhatsApp . El apartamento es bastante cómodo, sólo estuvimos en dos, pero es muy cómodo también para cuatro personas. Nos gustaría regresar, y de seguro aconsejarlo a nuestros amigos. Hay unos vecinos de apartamentos qué gritan mucho, y eso no nos gustó. Pero entiendo qué eso no depende de los asistentes del apartamento. En el piso de la cocina hay alguna falla, pero no estorban.

• Palina (5/5): Please answer your customers’ phone calls when they try to reach you. - The apartment is nice, fairly spacious, there’s enough room for everyone, and it’s quite clean. We didn’t like that when we arrived, the key was not in the place mentioned in the instructions. We tried calling the phone number provided, but no one answered at first. Then our calls were declined. Eventually, we received an SMS saying we should text instead of calling. But even then, it took a long time for them to reply. All of this happened at night, and we couldn’t get into the apartment. We didn’t understand why our calls were being rejected or how we were supposed to get help or what to do. We also tried reaching out through Booking, but got no response. It was a terrible situation, and we thought we might end up stuck outside for the night. Another issue is that it’s very difficult to get an Uber from this location — it’s unclear how to call a taxi at all, which is very inconvenient. However, there is public transportation from a nearby stop that can take you into the city.

• Magdalena (8/5): Nice short stay directly after the arrival to Alicante airport - Short distance from the airport, walking distance to beautiful beach, shops and local places to eat nearby. Very spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms, rather silent neighbourhood, only sometimes the noise from the planes above, but we didn't mind - observing the planes from the nearby airport was an attraction for the kids 😉 Nothing

• Konrad (8/5): Good spot to spend the last night before your morning flight out - Convenient location relatively close to the Alicante airport. Great if you are dropping off a car just before your morning flight out. The air conditioning unit in the living room was not working. This made the room pretty cold in winter. Fortunately the other two AC units in the rooms were fine.

• Michael (8/5): Apartamentos cerca del Mar - Plenty of towels, air con was good, lots of toiletries shampoo etc. very clean, would stay again. Had to buy toilet rolls as there was only one for 2 toilets and it was not a full one, disappointed with the roof terrace as it was very dirty obviously not been used for sometime.
