• Anja (6/5): Lovely apartment - brusque management company - Airy, light spacious and well-decorated property. The management company looking after the property. From the emphasis on collecting Euros 25 for an anticipated 8:20 arrival (we got there just before 8 as it turned out) to the unfriendly tone of the rep the company in my view spoiled what was otherwise a lovely stay.
• Chihi (10/5): We had a wonderful time staying at the GC Penthouse. The space is great, comfortable, appreciate the elevator and the AC - The amount of space we had for a European apartment. and the AC!
• Steven (10/5): I would return to this property and thoroughly recommend it. It provides wonderful tranquility after a day enjoying the - Great size; very good mattress/pillows/sheets; spotlessly clean; perfect location for subway, safety; great AC in main room and main bedroom. Very quiet at night.Great restaurants near by.Wifi/TV/ Netflix worked very well. I would recommend the property without hesitation but for two couples , one couple is going to be delighted in the master bedroom; the other couple , less so. Second bedroom has a shut-able door for privacy but it is a room off of the main family room

• Nopparat (10/5): Great place to stay. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean. It’s a convinient location with Mrtro and bus stop right outs - Nice, clean and comfortable place. Very close to Metro and bus in quiet neighborhood that is close to tourist places. No blinds curtains on windows
• Jonathan (1/5): See above basically very feed up as we took our king standing friends away and it was really embarrassing Couldn’t sleep - Lovely light apartment The electricity kept cutting off in the middle of the night often was not on when we got back. We were unable to charge our phones and most importantly NO HOT water so could not shower. There was no washing up liquid minimal shampoo the fridge smelt. We got to know the electrician well The second bedroom had a pull out bed that rolled around as had no breaks. All in all disappointing and staff never resolved our lack of power nor suggested an solutions

• Houldsworth (6/5): Lovely apartment if only someone cared about the guests! - The apartment was very well located, literally a few steps from the Lepanto metro but it was nice and quiet. There are lots of restaurants close by and also small grocery stores. You could use a train from the airport to Termini station and then the metro to the apartment. We asked to have a car pick us up at the airport and they arranged that for us. Probably cost no more for 4 people and certainly less hassle. A guy met us on arrival and showed us round very quickly . The apartment is lovely, spacious, good quality furnishings. I found the mattress very hard but I hate hard mattresses. The washer worked well as did the stove, plumbing, a/c etc. What was really annoying and prevents me from giving a better score was the lack of attention after we arrived. There was no cover for our bed, just a sheet. I searched everywhere but found nothing. I wrote at least 4 messages asking for a cover. I was told the cleaners had put it under the bed, totally not the case. Then I was told by Francesca (owner? agent?) that she thought the cleaners had brought it round. We spent 5 nights without a cover. I also complained about the key to the street door. Even the guy who let us in struggled with it. On a couple of occasions we only managed to get in when someone else came out! Again, despite several messages it was only on our last day that I was sent a code.
• Emersen (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, the Metro is right outside the door, which is easy access to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Coliseum, Rome Termini or anywhere you would want to go. This apartment is HUGE for Rome, so much space and decorated in a minimal clean way. There was coffee and tea provided with many espresso options. The windows in both bedrooms have blackout shutters, you can sleep in if you wish. The view from all 4 windows is of a beautiful church nearby. I highly recommend this apartment. I emailed many times on Booking.com that there were no towels. I never received a response from the host nor from Booking.com Very frustrating how do you take a shower with no towels?

• M (9/5): Prata is a lovely area. - The location was away from the tourists and accommodation was clean. Many local dining places that were not touristy. Metro just a few steps away was also a bonus. The beds were hard with one very flat pillow. More linen and spare blankets would not go astray. . We were also waiting for over an hour outside the building waiting to be let in. Had to ring twice on the mobile provided to receive a response or an update as to whether someone was going to check us in. Sent a message during our stay and never received a response. The service could of been better.
