Jolien (3/5): Slecht schoongemaakt - waardeloze communicatie. - De locatie is prima. Het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen: vieze vloeren, keutels van muizen of kakkerlakken, lege batterijen airco, lege zeepcontainer. Afhandeling en communicatie met de host was slecht, op verzoek om compensatie wordt niet gereageerd. Dit appartement is ingesteld op zoveel mogelijk winst maken voor zo weinig mogelijk werk. Absolute afrader.

Pallave (4/5): Disappointing experience. I spent a lot of time with maintenance issues. - Modern and the location Air conditioner in the top floor was not working so this made the second bedroom unusable on hot days/nights. The ground floor also had a bad odour from the bathroom. A few maintenance issues I had to deal with as well - top shower, damaged clothes line, slow draining bathroom basin. Floors and stairs were also dusty.

Therese (7/5): It was good, we chose it for location. Some small comfort modifications would've made it perfect. - The keys were easy to retrieve, we followed the instructions, were Welcomed and pushed the door and entered. However, the key to the building (I'm not sure if that is the fob?) only worked on initial entry, after that it failed to allow us access. For the rest of our stay we entered via the garage. The key to our apartment was fine. We were very busy while there and did not have time to call and try and work out why we could only get in the main entrance door once - it was easier for us just to enter via the garage. This didn't matter much, but was just a bit annoying. The apartment was very clean, and smart, and had most things we needed. It was just "awkward". Simple little things would have made it more comfortable and warmer. There were only 2 of us in this big apartment. The beds were fine but ALL the pillows were VERY FIRM - there were no medium of softer pillow options. (We use softer pillows so got a neck ache). The bathrooms were glamourous but lacking - the main bathroom had not even one towel rail or hook to hang wet towels, or a shelf in the shower for our own cosmetics (a lot of people travel with their own stuff). It had a small hand towel rail only. Because of this both of us used the downstairs shower, because it was more user friendly, and had towel rails. Which was annoying as we slept upstairs - 36 stairs. Having said that, the towels were plentiful and fabulous. We would've loved a disposable shower cap. A couple of towelling gowns would've made it sensational. We would've used the washing machine but could not find the manual to work out how it worked. It took us a while to work out the dishwasher. However, when we did a double check of cupboards before leaving we spotted the manuals way up high sticking out on the top shelf - unreachable for shorter people. Why would they be hidden there? made no sense.
